CILËSIA E SHËRBIMEVE TË OFRUARA NË GJYKATAT

THEMELORE TË KOSOVËS - SIPAS VLERËSIMIT TË

AVOKATËVE

PROGRAMI PËR FUQIZIMIN E SISTEMIT TË DREJTËSISË I USAID është një aktivitet pesë vjeçar i sundimit të ligjit në Kosovë si vazhdimësi e përpjekjeve të mëhershme të USAID për të avancuar sundimin e ligjit në Kosovë dhe të siguroj që sistemi i drejtësisë operon në mënyrë profesionale, efikase dhe llogaridhënëse. Programi foku-sohet në promovimin e sistemit të drejtësisë bazuar në standardet më të larta të pavarësisë, paanësisë, integritetit, llogaridhënies, transparencës dhe në mbështetje të funksionimit dhe integritetit të strukturave gjyqësore në komunat në veri.

DEMOKRACI PLUS (D+) është organizatë e pavarur, jofitimprurëse dhe jopolitike e themeluar nga një grup aktivistësh të cilët besojnë në forcimin e mëtejshëm të vlerave demokratike në Kosovë. Objektivi kryesor i D + është të nxisë vlerat dhe praktikat demokratike që do të forcojnë më tej zërin e shoqërisë kosovare. D + synon të kontribuojë në krijimin e praktikave të qeverisjes së mirë, forcimin e sundimit të ligjit, ndihmën për partitë politike dhe procesin e zgjedhjeve të lira dhe të ndershme, dhe nxitjen e respektimit të të drejtave të njeriut dhe çështjeve sociale. D + ka zbatuar projekte të ndryshme që synojnë t’i sjellin vendimmarrësit më pranë qytetarëve përmes hulumtimit të politikave, lehtësimit të dialogut dhe ndërveprimit, si dhe edukimit publik.

QENDRA AVOKUESE PËR KULTURË DEMOKRATIKE (ACDC) është një organizatë lokale e shoqërisë civile, me qendër në Mitrovicën e Veriut, Kosovë dhe është themel-uar në dhjetor 2011. Qëllimi i organizatës është të forcojë angazhimin e popullatës shumetnike në rajonin e Mitrovicës dhe të ngris vetëdijen e qytetarëve për kulturën demokratike.

Mohim përgjegjësieKy botim është prodhuar për shqyrtim nga Agjencia e Shteteve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim Ndërkombëtar. U përgatit nga Demokraci Plus dhe Qendra Avokuese për Kul-turë Demokratike. Pikëpamjet e autorit të shprehura në këtë botim nuk pasqyrojnë domosdoshmërisht pikëpamjet e Agjencisë së Shteteve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim Ndërkombëtar ose të Qeverisë së Shteteve të Bashkuara.

LAWYERS

USAID’S JUSTICE SYSTEM STRENGTHENING PROGRAM is a five-year rule of law activity that builds upon USAID’s prior efforts to advance the rule of law in Kosovo and ensure that the justice system operates in a professional, efficient, and accountable manner. The program focuses on promoting a judicial system that adheres to high standards of independence, impartiality, integrity, accountability, and transparency, and on supporting the functioning and integration of judicial structures in the North

DEMOCRACY PLUS (D+) is an independent, nonprofit and nonpartisan organization founded by a group of activists who believe in further strengthening democratic values in Kosovo. The main objective of D+ is to foster democratic values and practices that will further strengthen the voice of the Kosovar society. D+ aims at contrib-uting in establishing good governance practices, strengthening the rule of law, assisting political parties and the process of free and fair elections, and fostering respect for human rights and social issues. D+ has implemented different projects that aim to bring decision-makers closer to citizens through policy research, facilitation of dialogue and interaction as well as public education.

ADVOCACY CENTER FOR DEMOCRATIC CULTURE (ACDC) is a local Civil Society Organization (CSO), based in North Mitrovica, Kosovo, which was established in De-cember 2011. The goal of the organization is to improve the engagement of a multiethnic population in Mitrovica region and raise the awareness of the citizens about democratic culture.

KVALITET USLUGA KOJE PRUŽENIH U OSNOVNIM

SUDOVIMA NA KOSOVU - PREMA OCENI ADVOKATA

USAID-OV PROGRAM ZA JAČANJE PRAVOSUDNOG SISTEMA JE petorogodišnja aktivnost na polju vladavine prava koja se zapravo nadovezuje na prethodna zalaganja USAID-a da unapredi vladavinu prava na Kosovu i da obezbedi da pravosudni sistem funkcioniše na profesionalan, efikasan i odgovoran način. Program se usredsređuje na promovisanje pravosudnog sistema koji poštuje visoke standarde nezavisnosti, nepristrasnosti, integriteta, odgovornosti i transparentnosti i na podržavanje funk-cionisanja i integracije pravosudnih struktura na severu.

DEMOKRATIJA PLUS (D+) je nezavisna, neprofitna i nepristrasna organizacija koju je obrazovala grupa aktivista koji veruju u dalje jačanje demokratskih vrednosti na Kosovu. Glavni je cilj D+ da neguje demokratske vrednosti i prakse koje će dalje ojačati glas kosovskog društva. D+ ima za cilj da doprinese u uspostavljanju praksi dobre uprave, jačanju vladavine prava, pomaganju političkih stranaka i procesu održavanja slobodnih i pravičnih izbora i negovanju poštovanja ljudskih prava i socijalnih pitan-ja. D+ je realizovao različite projekte koji imaju za cilj da približe donosioce odluka građanima kroz istraživanje politike, vođenje dijaloga i interakciju i javnu edukaciju.

CENTAR ZA ZASTUPANJE DEMOKRATSKE KULTURE (ACDC) je lokalna organizacija civilnog društva, sa sedištem u Severnoj Mitrovici, na Kosovu, a osnovana je u de-cembru 2011. godine. Cilj organizacije je unapređenje angažovanja multietničke populacije u regionu Mitrovice u cilju podizanja svesti građana o demokratskoj kulturi.Ograničenje od odgovornosti
