The Company intends to display on consignment and sell publications at the Cinema Ritrovato Book Fair,
which will také place from 19 to 27 July 2021 during the Cinema Ritrovato Festival.
1) The Company may send the books with (tick the box that applies):
O - Consignment invoice followed by a credit note
O - Sales invoice at the end of the Book Fair
2) Cineteca di Bologna will keep 30% of the retail price of the sold items
3) The Company will pay for to and from delivery using Cineteca’s Courier.
The cost o f the delivery will either be added to the Credit Note or deducted from the Sales Invoice.
ATTN: Unsold items may not be stored at Cineteca di Bologna

4) The publications mušt be delivered with a transport document containing at least the following
Information:
- titles and number of copies (maximum eight titles and no more than five copies of each title)
- retail price in Euros
- total order amount in Euros
6) The Company agrees to send the publications by and no later than 25 June 2021 to the following

7) By September Cineteca di Bologna will inform the Company of:
- the exact number of publications sold
- the q u o te fo r the re tu m d e liv e ry by C ourier (w h ich the C o m p an y m u st ac ce p t p rio r to an y re tu m
m a te ria ls b e in g sen t back )
8) Cineteca di Bologna will pay the balance by bank transfer by 15 November 2021
9) Cineteca di Bologna undertakes responsibility for any theft of or damage to the materials delivered while
said materials are in its possession.
