Some online services will become available as preparations for the show proceed. You will be sent all relevant information as well as technical details for videos and banners in due time. VenueMunich Trade Fair Centre (Messe München)Exhibition Grounds81823 MunichGermany 3. Duration of ExhibitionThe exhibition will be open from 9am – 5pm on 14 – 16 November 2017. Du-ring these times, stands and exhibits must not be covered up and staff must be in attendance. On no account will Exhibitors be permitted to remove goods from the exhibition grounds prior to 5pm on Thursday, 16 November 2017. Opening hours may be subject to alteration. The Organisers reserve the right to change the dates, location and duration of the exhibition or to postpone the event without Exhibitors having the right to claim indemnity. 4. Stand Space Application and AdmissionOnly companies in industry, trade and commerce whose products comply with the Exhibit Categories of InPrint 2017 may exhibit. The decision to admit an Exhibitor is at the discretion of the Organisers.

Once the contract has been submitted via post, fax or email, Exhibitors will receive an official stand space confirmation letter from the Organisers. Confirmation of the allocation of floor space by the Organiser constitutes conclusion of the rental contract between the Exhibitor and Mack-Brooks Exhibitions Ltd. Conditions or reservations added to the contract cannot be considered. For legal reasons contracts returned via email can only be accepted as specified on page 1 of the contract.

The confirmation of stand space allocation signifies admission to exhibit and is valid only for the Exhibitor named therein. In the event of false assumptions or misinterpretations, the Organisers are entitled to revoke admission previously granted. 5. ChargesCharges for Floor Space (Package Basic Services) for InPrint 2017 are as follows:359 € / m² (+ VAT where applicable)A 10% discount on the net cost applies for stand space bookings of over 100 m².

An additional € 0.60 net per m² is charged for the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).

Floor Space packages include the following basic services:• Exhibitor Passes (quantity depending on stand size)• Invitation to the Exhibitor Networking Party• Personalised entry vouchers to invite your customers to InPrint• Entry in the Show Preview• Listing in the alphabetical section of the official Show Catalogue• Entry in the exhibitor list on the InPrint 2017 website• Digital and printed promotional material for your visitor marketing Charges for the All-Inclusive Package are 520 € / m² (+VAT where appli-cable). The All-Inclusive Package includes floor space rental (incl. AUMA fee), stand and marketing services. See detailed description of content on page 1.

The minimum floor space is 12 m2. 6. Payment for Floor Space (Package Basic Services), the All-Inclusive Package, Online Marketing Packages and optional Extras

Immediately after the official confirmation of floor space allocation has been sent, the Exhibitor will receive from the Organisers an invoice for 40% of the total Floor Space Package or All-Inclusive Package cost, as well as an invoice for 100% of the cost for any Online Marketing Packages or optional Extras ordered.

The second payment of 30% of the total Floor Space Package or All-In-clusive Package cost is due by 1st April 2017. The third and final payment of 30% of the total cost should also be paid as invoiced and in any case no later than by 1st July 2017. Invoices issued after 1st July 2017 are payable immediately in full.

Participation by Exhibitors is dependent upon the full cost being paid to the Organisers before taking up space in the exhibition. If the remaining balance is not paid by the stated date, the Organisers shall have the right to re-allocate the space. An Exhibitor is liable for the cost of the Floor Space Package and All-Inclusive Package booked under the terms of the ‚Cancel-lation of Floor Space (Package Basic Services), the All-Inclusive Package, the Online Marketing Packages and optional Extras‘ clause.

If invoices are sent to third parties, on the instructions of the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor nevertheless remains the debtor. 7. Cancellation of Floor Space (Package Basic Services), the All-Inclusive Package, the Online Marketing Packages and optional Extras

An Exhibitor cancelling the Floor Space (Package Basic Services) or All-In-clusive Package booking after official allotment of space is liable for 40% of the total cost until 31st January 2017, 70% of the total cost until 30 June 2017 and 100% of the total cost thereafter by way of liquidated damages.

An Exhibitor reducing stand space after official allotment of space is liable for payment of the total charge of the original booking. All cancellations must be made in writing. A change from a contract for the All-Inclusive Package to a contract for Floor Space (Package Basic Services) is not permitted. A cancellation charge as stated above applies.

By cancelling Floor Space (Package Basic Services) or the All-Inclusi-ve Package, an Exhibitor automatically cancels any Online Marketing Packages and the optional Extras previously booked. The costs for Online Marketing Packages and the optional Extras will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

8. InsolvencyIn the event of an Exhibitor entering into liquidation, whether compulsory or voluntary (save for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation) or, being an individual, committing any act of bankruptcy, or whether a compa-ny or an individual, calling any meeting of, or making any arrangement with, their creditors, or permitting any judgment to remain unsatisfied for seven days, or a receiver of any of the assets of the Exhibitor being appointed by any distress or execution being levied upon any goods or premises of the Exhibitor, the Organisers shall have the right to terminate any contract with the Exhibitor, to cancel the allotment of space and to retain all monies paid by the Exhibitor under such contract.

In any event, the Exhibitor shall immediately inform the Organisers of any proposal for composition or institution of bankruptcy proceedings. 9. Failure to payIn the event of any outstanding amount being due to the Organisers from the Exhibitor, the exhibits shall be subject to lien. 10. Prohibition of TransferExhibitors may not assign, sub-let or grant licenses, in respect of the whole or any part of the space allotted to them, nor may any cards, adver-tisements, or printed matter of firms or companies who are not bona fide Exhibitors be exhibited or distributed from any stand. 11. Amendment to Hall LayoutThe Organisers reserve the right to amend the plan of the halls and move the position of stands if required by the hall owners, fire authorities or for any other reason. 12. Co-Exhibitor PackageThe Main Exhibitor (Contract Partner) must enter names and addresses of any Co-Exhibitor/s on the Stand Space Contract (section ‘Co-exhibitors’). The acceptance of Co-Exhibitors is governed by the criteria in the Exhibit Category section. In addition, the Exhibition Regulations apply to these companies. The Main Exhibitor is bound to notify the Co-Exhibitor of the Exhibition Regulations. Transfer – even in part – of the rights and obliga-tions arising from rental contract to third parties is not permitted. Products/services of companies other than those specified on the Stand Space Con-tract must not be displayed or advertised on the stand. A Co-Exhibitor fee of € 1,195 (+VAT if applicable) applies for every Co-Exhibitor. The fee will be charged directly to the Co-Exhibitor and is not refundable. The Main Exhibi-tor of the stand remains the party liable for payment of the Co-Exhibitor fee. 13. Sales RegulationsNo Exhibitor shall be permitted to take orders for products/services not complying with the Exhibit Categories. Sold exhibits may only be removed after the event. Statutory laws concerning the sale of goods must be adhered to. 14. Promotional ActivityThe distribution of leaflets and promotional material shall be confined to the stand area and is not permitted elsewhere in the halls or exhibition grounds, unless specifically agreed with and confirmed by the Organisers in writing.

Publicity shall be confined to promotion of exhibited goods and shall not be in breach of statutory regulations or good taste, nor shall it be of an ideological or political nature. Comparative advertising is not permitted. The Organisers reserve the right to prohibit the display or distribution of advertising matter that could give rise to offence, and to confiscate the supplies thereof for the duration of the event.

Optical, mobile and acoustic publicity aids are permitted provided they do not disturb neighbouring Exhibitors.

The use of audio and visual equipment, amplifiers, etc. and/or live perfor-mances by Exhibitors at their stands is restricted and details are given in the Technical Handbook. In all cases, Exhibitors are responsible themselves for obtaining, at their own expense, the relevant permits in terms of copy-right licenses and/or performance approval from the respective authorities or institutions. The Organisers accept no responsibility in this respect nor any liability which may arise from an Exhibitor’s failure to obtain clearance. 15. PhotographyCommercial photography (including digital video image capture) within the exhibition grounds is only permitted to photographers licensed in writing by the Organisers. Licensed photographers have fixed commercial rates. Photography by amateurs is only allowed in approved circumstances and, if this is abused, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel this permission. 16. Access to Stands of Other ExhibitorsExhibitors have no right of access to other stands outside the official opening hours unless permission has been obtained from the Exhibitor renting the stand. 17. General Instructions and RegulationsExhibitors must comply with the Organisers’ Regulations, the Rules and Regulations issued by the owner of the exhibition grounds (Messe München GmbH), and all Statutory Regulations that have effect at the exhibition grounds. 18. Technical HandbookDetails regarding the Technical Handbook, which serves as a guide and step-by-step explanation to the exhibition arrangements, will be made available to all Exhibitors approximately three months prior to the show. By signing the stand space contract, Exhibitors are contractually bound to all Rules and Regulations in the Technical Handbook. 19. Exhibition TenancyAdequate time will be allowed by the Organisers for the erection of stands and technical connections, also for the dismantling of stands and the re-moval of all exhibits and contractors’ materials. By signing the stand space contract, Exhibitors are contractually bound to the dates and times for these operations as shown in the Technical Handbook. When vacated, the rented floor space must be left in its original condition. The Organisers re-serve the right to remove any materials or exhibits that may be abandoned within the halls at a cost to be passed on to the Exhibitor. 20. Floor Space (Package Basic Services) ContractsExhibitors who have not booked the All-Inclusive Package must send detailed plans of their stand layout, indicating length, width and height, to Messe München for approval no later than 6 weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition. The Exhibitor is responsible for the construction of the stand including fire resistant floor covering and fixed walling to the perimeter of their stand where it adjoins another stand, stand spaces that are vacant or the wall or the exhibition hall.

21. All-Inclusive PackagesEach Exhibitor will be provided with a drawing and detailed information about All-Inclusive Packages. 22. Electrical InstallationsGeneral lighting within the exhibition facilities is supplied but an official contractor has been appointed, should Exhibitors require extra lighting within their stands. Electrical installations are to be ordered from the ap-pointed official contractor using the order form contained in the Technical Handbook. No other electrical contractor is allowed to work within the exhibition halls.

23. Gas, Water, Waste Disposal and Compressed AirGas, Water, Waste Disposal and Compressed Air are to be ordered from the appointed official contractor through forms contained in the Technical Handbook. 24. Dangerous MaterialsThe following are excluded from the exhibition: explosives, detonating or fulminating compounds, and all dangerous or harmful substances, including primings, fireworks, matches, etc. Primings, fireworks, matches and similar objects can only be exhibited in the form of imitations and on condition that they contain no inflammable matter. The use of compressed gas, liquid gas and flammable liquids is prohibited. Any special authorisati-on for such substances must be obtained from the Munich Fire Department (Branddirektion München). Only goods described at the time of application may be displayed on stands, and any goods not approved by the Organisers must be removed from the building. 25. Fire PrecautionsAll materials used for building, decorating or covering stands must be made of non-flammable or flame resistant material. In the case of horizon-tal fabric structures, the fabric must be sprinkler-proof. Exhibitors must comply with any reasonable instructions given by the Organisers, or the licensees of the exhibition halls, or any local or other authority. 26. Noise ControlThe use of video equipment, loudspeaker systems, audio players, film projectors or slide projectors is permitted provided the noise level is sufficiently low to avoid disturbance to visitors and other Exhibitors. The Organisers reserve the right to exercise their judgment in respect of an acceptable level of noise. Demonstration of noisy machinery must be kept to a minimum in order to avoid annoyance to visitors and exhibitors. 27. SecuritySecurity of the halls and exhibition area is arranged by the Organisers. Security and maintenance of stands are the responsibility of Exhibitors. Official contractors are available for security. 28. CleaningGeneral cleaning of the halls and exhibition area is arranged by the Organisers. Unless an All-Inclusive Package has been booked, cleaning of stands is the responsibility of the Exhibitors. Official contractors are available for cleaning. 29. Limitation of LiabilityThe Organisers will not be responsible for the safety of any exhibit or property of any Exhibitor, its staff, contractors, or agents or any other persons, or for the loss of, damage or destruction to the same, by theft, fire or other cause whatsoever, or for any loss or damage whatsoever sustained by any Exhibitor by reason of any defect in the building, fire, storm, tempest, lightning, national emergency, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, civil dis-turbances, explosion, inevitable accident, force majeure or any other cause not within the control of the Organisers whether ejusdem generis or not, or for any other loss or damage whatsoever, or if by reason of the happenings of any such events, the opening of the exhibition is prevented, postponed or abandoned or the building becomes wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the exhibition or if the Exhibitor suffers any other damage whatsoever. As the Organisers will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any Exhibitor, Exhibitors should cover themselves by insurance in respect thereof. Exhibitors should note that there are no circumstances under which the Organisers can either become contractually bound to an Exhibitor or be regarded as a principal or an agent in relation to any legal agreement into which an Exhibitor may enter with a contractor. 30. Law of ContractThis contract shall be deemed to be governed by English Law. The Exhibition Regulations are available in English and German. In the event of discrepancies between the different language versions the English version shall apply.

Any notice document acceptance or other communication under or in connection with these contract conditions shall be sufficiently served or given if in writing and posted to or left at the last known business address of the company or person to be served and shall also be sufficiently served or given if sent by fax to the person to be served and service shall be deemed to be made or acceptance given on the day of transmission if transmitted before 4pm G.M.T. on a weekday but otherwise on the next following weekday. 31. Intellectual and Industrial Property RightsThe Organisers do not welcome or endorse exhibitors who, through ma-nufacture, sale, possession, dissemination or advertising of their products infringe intellectual or industrial property rights or contravene legislation protecting those rights. In the event that an exhibiting company infringes such laws, as demonstrated by an enforceable judgment of a court with competent jurisdiction, the Organisers shall be entitled to exclude such exhibitor from all or any future events they organise if they consider in its absolute discretion that there is any possibility that a repeated or any new infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights might occur.

Exhibitors should be aware that a holder of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, whether an exhibitor or not, may commence legal procee-dings that could result in statutory or other authorities removing exhibited products and literature, closing the exhibition stand involved and requiring payment of substantial financial securities amongst other available reme-dies. The Organisers will co-operate fully with any local authority entitled to carry out such actions during one of its events.

All exhibitors are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to ensure the appropriate protection of their intellectual and/or industrial property rights prior to the display or promotion of their products at InPrint 2017. The Organisers will not, itself, initiate legal proceedings in relation to intellec-tual and/or industrial property rights. The holder of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights and not the Organisers may commence such proceedings in relation to infringement of those rights.
