Rough rice sweats when it is placed in combine bags with low ventilation and high moisture.The RICERON woven combine bag is the solution to this problem.

・Rough rice that has been harvested with a combine and temporarily stored does not sweat.・Rough rice can be dried while it is kept in a bag in flat dryers, tobacco

dryers, or rush dryers.

Cereal grains such as malting barley sweat as they are harvested during hot and humid periods of the year.RICERON has been developed upon research about this problem at an agricultural experiment station.It is perfect for drying with temporary storing, pre-drying, and flat dryers.(Note) Please avoid stacking them on top of each other when temporarily storing them to dry.

Please fill 70% with raw rough rice, wheat, or soybeans.Have 12 bags facing vertically on the lower level, and 12 bags facing horizontally on the upper level. Make sure that there are no gaps in between them.It is best to stack them in two layers, but when stacking in three layers, the top and the bottom layers should be rotated during the drying process.They can be dried in about 5 hours with only wind, and in about 15 hours with warm air at 35 to 40℃.Please note that the conditions for rough rice, wheat, and soybeans are different.Spread a large piece of paper such as newspaper over the bag. If it rises excessively anywhere, that is where there is an air leak. Move the bag and close off the air leak.

The roof decreases the drying time, so 2,000 to 3,000 square meters a day can be dried. There are fewer cracked rice grains so they provide wonderful flavors. (please refer to flat dryer instructions for details on how to dry)

It is very easy to pour rough rice into and out of them, they do not suck in dust, and they allow for large amounts of rough rice to be dried.

How to dry rough rice with a rush dryer・The air f low is large and 75 bags

(stacked in three layers / 3,000 square meters) can be dried with the 8.3 square meter type. Bags do not need to be rotated due to the large airflow.・Drying can be done with the same

method for flat dryers.

・At about 30℃ with a flat-bed type (bean moisture content at 20% or below)・Dry beans at about 25℃ for 10 to 20 hours when their moisture content is 20% or more.・Rotate bags while drying when they are stacked in three or more layers. When lining up the bags, make sure that their edges overlap and that there are no spaces in between them.

When using a plastic greenhouse and drying rack・Please dry while incorporating the method above. It is the best way to dry the contents naturally.

How to store dry grains for dryingHarvesting: Be sure to use RICERON when harvesting in high temperatures and humidity.Temporarily storing and drying: The moisture content of wheat is 30% when it is harvested so it should be ventilated next to flat dryers for temporary storage while it is still packed in a bag, or completely dried at a temperature of about 40℃.

・Ventilate the plastic greenhouse by keeping the surroundings open and free.・Line the inside of the plastic greenhouse with cheesecloth and block out direct sunlight.・Effectiveness is further increased with an air blower for better ventilation.

“Improving the airflow” The flat type mainly uses 1/4 horsepower, but even more efficient drying can be done if the airflow increases to 1 horsepower or more.

Please rotate the bags when stacking them in three layers or more. Dry properly and evenly.
