in order to become familiar with the operationof the Rockwell
Commander 114. This handbook includes the material required to be
furnished to the pilot byFAR Part 23 and constitutes the Approved
Airplane Flight Manual. It also contains additional data suppliedby
the airframe manufacturer. The FAA Approved data is identified by
