CLOTHING/FURNITURE BANKS

Families who may have lost their homes due to disaster, be in transition from homelessness or on the verge of homelessness, may need access to clothing/furniture banks. These banks provide children and adult clothing and furniture to families either free of charge or at a very small fraction of the costs.

Community based health education programs are designed to reach people outside of traditional health care settings. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Transportation services include different modes of transportation that county residents may utilize for commuting purposes for access to employment settings, healthcare providers, local supportive service organizations and recreational destinations. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS Youth development programs guide youth in their journey toward independence in young adulthood by teaching them the skills and knowledge

needed to function in the adult world. Some examples of these skills include problem solving, collaboration, conflict resolution, peer education,
