The project locates in a prominent gateway location in heart of Rockdale adjoining the art deco pub. It is with proximity to public transports and community facilities. Given its significant value to the precinct, Tony Owen Archiects designed a bespoke piece of architecture that echo the club by re-introducing its art deco archi-tectural language and interpreted in a contemporary way.

Enhance Group, as the client representative, actively collaborates with the consultant team to fasttrack the authority approval process meanwhile obtaining best design outcome and maximize commer-cial yield. Enhance also help to build up a good relationship with local council and deliver a high quality design to benefit community.

The project locates at Caroline Bay’s most prestige water front lo-cation. Comprising fifteen 3 storey extra large townhouses, each of which has its private balcony that extend bay view and maximize Central Cost’s warm natural sunlight.

Enhance is appointed as client representative after Development Consent granted. Enhance take the project to next stage of de-velopment design. Introducing value engineer input, the project is balanced in cost and quality measure.

3.3 Business Hotel Mascot

The site is in its most convenient location that only 5 minutes drive to domestic airport and heart of Sydney airport. The project consists of 8 level business hotel comprising 69 parking spaces, business centre, gym, function rooms, bar and facilities.

EnHance was appointed as project manager after differed com-mencement approval. Enhance manage the team to obtain full DA approve and start to build up relationship with hotel operator and contractors.

3.3 Mascot商务酒店

该酒店项目地理位置得天独厚,距悉尼国内机场仅5分钟车程,位于悉尼航空港的中心地带。酒店为8层商务酒店,包括169个酒店房间,69个车位,并拥有商务中心,健身房,宴会厅,酒吧等诸多功能空间。

Enhance在DA获取后被任命为项目经理。在积极与政府沟通获得完全DA审批同时,成功与酒店运营商和建筑承包商建立了良好的合作关系。在现有设计基础上讨论了不同的采购策略和施工方法。试图尝试用新的建筑方法来大大缩短建筑工期和造价,达到项目利益最大化。

3.4 Primus Hotel Sydney

The project locates in the centre of Sydney CBD. Being former Water Board Building built in 1939, it presents a rich overlay of various historical layers. The client proposed to adapt the state listed heritage building into a 5-star boutique hotel with 172 keys.

The project director has successfully managed authority approval and lead consultant team who work closely with heritage council and specialize contractor to deliver a milestone project.

3.5 Greenland Centre Sydney

Greenland Centre is a landmark projects in Sydney CBD. At 235 meters, the project will be Sydney’s tallest residential tower. The project is challenging in both authority approval and buildability measurement.
