Corporate Viewpoint The Blue Apparel is a name in the knit garments sector of the country widely known to the local manufacturers and local buyers of readymade fashion garments. The unit has emerged in the market in early 2016, since then we are producing quality ready made garments with entire satisfaction for local market and sourcing. To ensure high level of quality, our factory is equipped with modern Jack machines and highly qualified machine operators. Teams of well-groomed technical and non-technical personal are working round the clock to ensure the high level of quality, timeliness and cost effective production, thus ensuring you the best possible quality and prices. We would like to introduce our company “The Blue Apparel” as an independent knit factory in Bangladesh with a clear vision to be one of the best choices for every fashion garments customer. Our main products are all kinds of knitted T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, Sweat Shirt, Sweat pant, Shorts,

Tank-top, Men Hoodies and Leggings etc. We frequently improve our garments production

:: Work flow :: The Management had decided to start a full-fledged laid down operational system from day one.

:: Cutting:: Fabrics: Color continuity card Check for hole and defects (these are duly recorded). Numbering of panels and bundled per batch.

:: Stitching unit:: Use of ball point needles and needle control policy. Checking of cut pieces Bin boxes showing type of defects Each line is supervised by qualified quality controller. Use stitch control card in every machines as per customer requirements.

:: Quality audit:: Factory has a qualified quality controller who checks each aspect of operational and does an AQL as per buyer recommendation and used to reports directly to the Managing Director. He has the right to stop production if a quality standard is not up to the mark.

:: Finishing section:: Garments are again measured against the specification. If garments are within tolerance level they are pressed on, packed, cartooned and waits for final inspection.

:: COC team:: We have independent Code of Conduct Team who monitor the compliance according to buyer requirements where have the safety measurement, cleanliness and others.

:: PC team::

We have the Production Clerical Team who supervises in each line to collect production status

on time to time (hourly) and keep record.

Design & Development The Blue Apparel can comprehend the swinging-pendulum of the fashion world and can therefore adapt to the taste of trendy consumers. This keeps “The Blue Apparel” one step ahead of other garments manufacturers. It has restructured its Sample-Division into a Design & Development Unit. This fully-fledged section, headed by an expert, prepares its own seasonal collection according to the latest market-trends. The Blue Apparel’s insightful R&D team is always on the lookout for new types of fabrics and products. This helps the Design and Development team and results in better client-management.

Quality Control and Assurance: The Blue Apparel has perfected its Quality Control System, which includes scrupulous checks, to ensure flawless production. The experienced Quality-Assurance team extends its operation even into the procurement of raw materials and machinery.

Work place Environment: As a responsible apparel producer, the Blue Apparel provides employees a work environment high above the law-required level. The Blue Apparel installed and has updated lighting, ventilation and ergonomics of its plants using updated technologies like cable tray for electrical fitting, overhead mirror reflectors for lamps, forced duct ventilation and so on. The goal is to exceed requirements of local legislation and reach the global standards, and thereby support clients’ images and sourcing principles. Moreover, usage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle guard in time of sewing and such similar procedures reduces significantly work-related accidents in The Blue Apparel.

Worker’s welfare:

An adequate canteen; safe drinking water; and hygienic lavatories, ensure that workers are

comfortable with the workplace. The Blue Apparel strongly opposes force-labor, child-labor,

racism, discrimination and exploitation of workers, and makes every possible effort to

discourage such misconducts. It employs individuals solely on the basis of their qualifications.

Safety and Integrity: For the safety of its workers, The Blue Apparel has improved workplace-conditions; set up noticeable warning signs in the local language; enforced the usage of safety equipment; and built awareness among the workforce. The work-place has clearly demarcated emergency exits and equipment. As said before, Blue Apparel strongly opposes force-labor, child-labor, racism, discrimination and exploitation of workers, and makes every possible effort to discourage such misconducts. Regarding Quotation: For price & quotation, it depends upon fabric & trims and design of the garments. So we will first collect the design and quantity ratio you need and will place a price quotation. Definitely there will be space for negotiation. We produce minimum order quantity 200pcs per order in one color and one design.
