We, The UNDERSIGNED, being all the incorporators of the PETRONAS Oil Company, organized under the laws of the Malaysian Government, modestly approve the proposal and project presentation of the Setim Royal Construction Inc, a corporation established under the laws of United Kingdom. So therefore, in conclusion at the meeting, the PETRONAS contract board will award the proposed contract project for the supply and installation of Hi-Tec refinery with a throughput of 24,000BPD (barrels per day) to 30,000BPD (barrels per day) pending on when the Setim Royal Construction Inc the “Main Contractor” will present to our notice a foreign Independent Subcontractor at our final resolution board meeting to take place at our Twin Towers building. Thereafter, the PETRONAS contract board will release into the Setim Royal Contruction Inc “the Main Contractor” and Independent Subcontractor’s JV partnership bank account the initial project mobilization funds to fuel the commencement of project kick off. Hence, we advise the “Main Contractor” Setim Royal Construction Inc and the Independent Subcontractor to bring along to the final resolution contract board meeting their respective: Corporate CV of past achievements, Joint JV banking cordinates and Partnership Agreement documents for verifications and acknowledgement.
