Welcome to the 13th Shanghai International Lighting Exhibition, as well as Shanghai International Smart and Innovative Home Exhibition and Shanghai international Screen Exhibition

To make sure you have more effective exhibiting preparation and to get familiar with exhibition facilities and requirements, please read the manual carefully. It offers guidelines of going through exhibiting pro-cedures effectively.

1. Forms

2. Safety Responsibility

All exhibitors shall strictly comply with the management regulations and instructions during the exhibition. The exhibitor is responsible for supervising appointed contractors and forwarders to study relevant regu-lations in the Manual. All exhibitors and contractors shall submit signed “Safety Responsibility Agree-ment” before exhibition starts. Please find download link below,

A. The problems that arise from wrong information show in the submitted forms and files;

B. Late submission after specified deadline may cause delay and / or inability to provide the service;

C. Optional orders which are subject to availability;

D. Late orders which are subject to surcharge;

E. Changes and / or inability to provide services due to non-compliance of rules & regulations set by the

venue and the Organizers;

12. Build-in and Break-up Timetable

1. The Committee will check with exhibition center before exhibition starts about the offered time infor-

mation. The offered time are subject to final confirmation on-site.

2. The written application for overtime must be submitted to exhibition contractor before 14:00 the same

day if exhibitors intend to work after working hours. Overdue order will be charged extra 50% service

fee. Extra overtime application that apply on the exhibiting day will be charged extra 50% service fee

as well..

SECTION 2 Rules and Regulations

1. Badge 1.1 Exhibitor‟s Badge will be issued as entry permits for entering the exhibition halls and business processing. should be worn whenever you are inside the exhibition hall during the move-in, exhibition and move-out periods. The identification system is corresponding to the identification system by means of access

control and photographic recording. Badges resale / transfer are strictly prohibited.

1.2 Pre-application

The exhibitors are requested to complete on-line application through http://www.apppexpo.com be-fore 1st Mar 2018.

1.3 On-site application

If exhibiting company fail to do pre application, or need more badges can go to the reception counter of National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) to get free exhibitor badges by providing the in-voice of the total booth fee, the copy of bank slip and company business card during build -up period.

1.4 Exhibitors shall wear the badge and assist the safe guard to check when entering into the halls. The exhibitors can take the exhibitor badge to come into the hall for booth layout, but they are not allowed to participate in the construction. Once discovered, they will be expelled from the exhibition hall.

2. Construction Permit

2.1 Real Name Certification

The new constructors and transporters should issue the permits which have one year

valid period. The expired permit can be renewed by the Venue.

2.2 Required Materials

● The original ID card of responsible person in construction company

● Two copies of ID card (with two sides) of responsible person in construction company (with

seal)

● Two copies of business license (with official seal) ● The form of real name certification ● National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai) Safety Responsibility Agreement (for Access Permit Issuing Office)

2.3 On-site process

Responsible person in construction company shall bring his/her original ID card as well as the original card of all constructors who need to make permits to Access Permit Issuing Office. Any certificate which prove that he/she is allowed to enter the exhibition, shall show during permit-making. The certificate could be badge, deposit receipt, official standfitting contractor approval, official transport forwarder approval.

2.4 Online appointment

The responsible person in construction company must on-line fill in all contractors information and submit one one-inch photo for each person. Export the completed application forms, print it and make signature on it. The responsible person shall make permits with mentioned forms and ID cards in the Ac-cess Permit Issuing Office. Any certificate which has function of proving one is allowed to enter the exhibi-tion center should also be submitted.

3. Loading Zone Vehicle Permit

3.1 Application process

1) During build-up and break-up period, Exhibitor‟s vehicles shall pour into P2 for the first waiting in

the queue. In there, drivers will receive waiting number vouchers from the staff. Vehicles without number

voucher are not allowed to enter venue.

2)Vehicles with number voucher are allowed to enter North square parting lot for second waiting in

the queue. When entering the halls, the voucher shall be returned.

3)During the second time waiting in the queue,exhibitors shall go to Access Permit Issuing Office

(on the 2nd floor of north hall) to make Loading Zone Vehicle Permit and Loading Zone Vehicle Guide

Permit. Any certificate being able to prove one is allowed to enter the exhibition center, together with vehi-

cle license plate number, should be submitted.

4)After getting the permit, all vehicles must follow instructions and enter halls with permit in turn.

5)Loading Zone Vehicle Permit include a certificate and a IC card . All vehicles shall stamp the card

whenever go in or out of the exhibition venue in order to make a record of start time and end time.

6)After the vehicles leaving the venue, the exhibitors could refund the deposit in Access Permit Is-

suing Office with loading zone vehicle permit, loading zone vehicle guide permit and permit deposit re-

ceipt.

3.2 The permit price includes 30RMB for nominal fee, 20RMB for management cost, 300RMB for deposit.

When the permit has been done, nominal fee and management cost do not return. There is no replacement if any loss of the permit. After completing loading, deposit could be refunded with return of loading zone vehicle

permit and loading zone vehicle guide permit. The deposit will not be returned if vehicle permit lost. 50RMB

will be charged if guide permit lost. The permit is only for single entry into loading zone. The total loading time is 90 minutes. The deposit will all be returned if vehicle leave loading area within 90 minutes. If timeout 30 min-utes, 100RMB will be charged; If timeout 31-60 minutes, 200RMB will be charged; If timeout above 60 minutes, no any refund of the deposit

3.3 During build-up and break-up period, vehicles entering the loading zone must load cargo within

specified area. Vehicles must leave the loading zone right away after all cargos being loaded.

4. Booth Operation

Exhibitors / Contractors should be responsible for the safety of booth. An “Safety Responsibility Sheet” must be signed and returned to the official standfitting contractor before 2 Mar 2018.

4.1 Exhibitor‟s name on fascia board should be same as exhibitor‟s registered name. Stand resale/transfer/re-rent total or partially of exhibiting area, office, conference room or store room is prohibited.

4.2 Fake commodities are not allowed to exhibit. Exhibitors are not allowed to present or promote products for which they are not agent without written permission sheet. The organizers reserve right to keep above mentioned products out of public sight.

4.3 During exhibition, booths shall be full staffed and with smooth operation. People under 18 years old are not allowed to wear badge or appear during build-up and break-up period as well as the show. Be-fore closure of exhibition, all exhibits should be on show. It‟s prohibited to end up exhibition beforehand.

4.4 Organizers of exhibition reserve the rights to re-locate the layout and position of booth, if the or-ganizers confirm the booth relocation is beneficial for the exhibition and all exhibitors.

5. Presentation of Exhibits

Exhibitor intending to present and / or demonstrate equipment, exhibits or products at his booth must:

5.1 Exhibitors shall submit detailed written materials of exhibits they want to present, including mov-ing parts, flammable materials, laser and other hazardous materials. And they shall get approval before exhibition starts.

5.2 Ensure that all moving machines be fitted with safety devices when machines are in operation. Their safety devices may be removed only when machines are disconnected from the source of power.

5.3 Ensure that any moving machines displayed shall only be demonstrated within booth area, oper-ated by qualified persons and shall not be left running without the proper supervision of such persons.

5.4 Safely install and guard all working exhibits to prevent slippage and position the exhibit within the actual booth area and in a way that would not be hazardous or cause any injury to all persons, whether visitors, staff or contractors.

5.5 Isolate starting devices to prevent operation by any visitor or other unauthorized person.

5.6 Ensure that toxic fumes, exhaust or other irritants caused by the exhibits /products are not re-leased into the Exhibition hall. Prior approval from the relevant controlling authority, in addition to that of the Organizers, must be obtained for such purpose.

5.7 Ensure that gas cylinders, naked flames and welding demonstrations are not exposed in the Ex-hibition hall and booths. Prior Fire Safety Bureau (FSB) approval must be obtained and their conditions for such purpose fully met and satisfied before any demonstration is carried out.

5.8 Ensure that adequate protection is catered to prevent damage to the Hall flooring, carpet and fa-cilities. Any damages caused will be at the responsibility of the Exhibitor concerned.

5.9 Ensure that any product or display like roofing, awning, ceiling or lighting pellet must be high-lighted in the respective booth plan and submitted to the Organizers for the Fire Safety Bureau (FSB) ap-proval. Without this FSB approval, no such product or display will be permitted in this Exhibition by the FSB.

5.10 Only with the approval by the local relevant ministry of government administration and the re-quired conditions, are the exhibitors allowed to demonstrate electronics, wireless communications, and satellite transmission equipment.

5.11 Make sure that the exhibitors can only demonstrate the products of their agencies and distribu-tors. If there is any dispute between the exhibitors, the organizers will reserve the ruling Power.

5.12 Make sure that volume from the booth does not interfere with other exhibitors and visitors. Only with the approval by the organizers can any demo caused the high volume or any interference factors be demonstrated at a certain time. The organizers have the right to require the exhibitors turn down or off the audio equipment. If there is any dispute, the decision of the organizers holds the ultimate efficiency.

5.13 Only with the approval by the organizers, are the exhibits, posters, brochures and other relevant pro-

motion materials covering the exhibition subject allowed to display during the daily exhibition. If there is any vio-

lation of this rule, the organizers can remove the exhibits, posters, brochures and any attachment of the exhibits

from the exhibitors.

5.14 Not removal of any exhibits is allowed during exhibition period.

5.15 The exhibitors are not allowed to place stickers, sign notice or posters outside the booth, stick-ing area of paid advertising poster, and adverting board area. The exhibitors also not allowed to hand out brochure, invitation sheet or any similar in the exhibition access, entry and exit area. It‟s prohibited to use any remote control flyers. Only when getting approval from the Organizer that helium balloon and hot air balloon can be used.

5.16 Not 502 glue or super glue could be used on the not-carpeted floor. Any action that cause rule

breaking will result in penalty.

6. Sound Control

Noise level coming from the booth must not exceed 70dB (A) at the booth boundary. During the pres-entation of exhibits or special shows the general noise level in halls may exceeded by 5dB (A) for a brief period. Loudspeakers must be directed towards the inside area of the booth. The exhibitor should submit the project of demonstrate or performance of products to the Organizer in the two weeks before the open-ing of the exhibition and subject to the Organizer‟s suggestion. Loudspeaker of every booth should be placed inside booth. If loudspeaker is found towards outside area of the booth, the Organizer has the rights of stopping providing power for booth before it does the reform. The sound controller of every booth should be on his position when the loudspeaker is working. If the loudspeaker‟s sound is found lost con-trol because the absent of the sound controller, the Organizer has the rights of stopping providing power for that booth directly. If the booth is often complained by other booths because their sound is too high over a long period, and that is proved by the Organizer, the organization can stop its power in part time.

7. Booth Cleaning

The exhibitors are required to keep booth inside tidy and the cleanness of exhibits. The Organizing Committee will arrange for the general cleaning of the Exhibition hall and booths, which include cleaning of carpet/flooring and rubbish disposal before the Exhibition opens in the morning and after the Exhibition closes in the evening. Booth contractors are for maintaining their own booth in a tidy condition at all times.Exhibitors with lockable offices are requested to place refuse outside the office/booth space before departure each evening, for disposal. Exhibitors may contact the Official Cleaning Contractor for quota-tion, should additional cleaning services be required.

8. Liabilities and Insurance

8.1 The Organizers will not be responsible for the safety of any kind brought into exhibition by the

Exhibitors which includes their agents, contractors, visitors or any other person whosoever. The exhibitors are suggested to insure in advance for exhibits transport and all periods between booth build-up till break-

8.2 The exhibitors shall compensate Organizer for any loss or other consequences caused by any act or default of the exhibitor, his agents, contractors or invitees.

Reminder:As it is easer to lost small size valuables during build-up, please make sure the

booth is always being took care before moving out/packaging portable items or returning rented

equipments and facilities to suppler.

9. Damages & Compensations

9.1 Exhibitors are responsible for the damage or dilapidation to the Exhibition hall caused by them-selves, their agents, contractors or any person employed or engaged on their behalf.

9.2 Exhibitors occupying standard booths are also responsible for the damage to the contractor‟s booth structures, floor coverings, light fittings and any other hired items, whether caused by themselves, their agents, contractors or by any person employed or engaged on their behalf.

10. Intellectual Property Right Protection

10.1 The exhibitors should own independent intellectual property right or intellectual property licens-ing of all their exhibits. There shall be no infringement. Without permission of the exhibitors, the exhibition site is strictly prohibited to take photos.

10.2 If there is the infringement, the exhibitors should remove the relevant exhibits and assist the or-ganizers and related legal institutions do the investigation. The exhibitors have no right to ask the organiz-ers to return the booth fee for the reason of the exhibits removing.

11. Force Majeure

In the case of force Majeure - i.e. any cause whatsoever beyond the control of the organizers-the Or-ganizers reserve the right to alter the timing and/or duration of the Exhibition. The Organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss sustained by the Exhibitor, which is directly or indirectly attributed to a so -called “Act of God” such as fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm or other natural disasters, act of any sover-eign government, and any law and judgment relating to labor disputes. In the event of such circum-stances,

12. Authority of Premises

In the event of any problems or disputes on-site, the decision of the Organizers, being lessee of the premises, will be final. The Organizers also reserve the right to amend any earlier decision made in order to meet and satisfy any unforeseen or prevailing circumstance for the Exhibition and concerned parties.

13. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these „Rules and Regulations‟ and the terms of con-tract stated in the contract, the decision of the Organizers shall be final.

14. Security Guidelines

The exhibition has brought in security guards. But the exhibition will not take any responsibility if any loss or damage of exhibitors‟ property from build-up till the end of break-up.

14.1 All the exhibitors should arrange a person as a part-time security staff to assist the organizers and the Venue on security. This person must come into the halls with the contractors during the built -up time to supervise and inspect each security work

14.2 All participants must give education regarding safety management to their staff, strengthen staff's safety awareness and ensure a safe exhibition. The standfitting contractors entering for construc-tion are not allowed to get involve into activities which has nothing to do with construction. Otherwise the Organizer will blacklist him and disqualified him from construction in the hall. For very serious case, the person will be disqualified from construction forever.

14.3 During the expo, the exhibitor is allowed to carry the samples out the venue only with the move-out certificate approved by the organizers.

14.4 Keep samples, documents and belongings properly to prevent them being lost or stolen. All samples must be registered in special list and be managed by assigned person. The exhibitors must take effective measures to keep important samples properly. During move in and out and daily venue closing, the exhibitors must lock all important documents, valuable samples and belongings in the exhibition counter or in the safe or take other effective measures and assign specific person to be in charge of it.

14.5 It is strictly prohibited to carry any explosive and other dangerous chemicals into the venue; Virulent, explosive and radioactive and other exhibits must be replaced by the generic substitutes.

14.6 During the expo, any item you have picked up must be sent to the security department. It is not allowed to take care of them by your own hands.

15. Fire Protection Guidelines

15.1 Responsibility for Fire Safety

1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition venue.

2) All the exhibitors, contractors, staff, agencies and service people must obey “Fire Control Law” and fire control regulations of Shanghai New International Expo Center.

3) Leader of each exhibitor has full responsibility of fire control for their own booth. Any person who sees the fire should start fire alarm; try to extinguish or control fire, and to evacuate all of nearby items.

4) The following circumstances should be approved by Shanghai Fire Bureau in written form:

● Presenting and operating heating, barbecue grill, heat or open flame devices, candles, lanterns, torches, welding equipment, or other raw tobacco materials.

● Presenting and operating any dangerous electric power, mechanical, or chemical apparatus. Any question or any apparatus which is likely to be confirmed as dangerous, please contact the relevant departments for approval.

● Toxic or hazardous materials, including flammable liquids, compressed gases, or dangerous chemicals. It must be noted that there should be no obstacles and blocks for the fire protection sys-tem, air conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation, fire safety equipment, hose cabinets, fire han-dle fastening devices and interior lighting control system.

15.2 Keep Clear for Emergency Exits

1) The man fire exit of the single hall and the upper of the double hall is 12 meters and the one in

the lower of the double hall is 8 meters. The minimum width of the emergency exit is 3 meters; the booth against the wall should be located no less than 0.5 meter from the wall.

2) During the move-in and move out, all kinds of decorative materials and exhibiting samples cannot

be stacked at the door of the halls or the entrances to prevent them blocking the emergency exits. Pack-age materials or brochures cannot be stacked in the area behind the booth panel and other special ser-vice areas. Keep the interior of the hall and its surrounding emergency exits clear. If not, the organizers and fire department reserve the right to deal with them as the unknown waste. Any loss and penalty will be taken by the exhibitors.

3) The items improperly placed will be cleared and relocated by the security management staff. Any loss and cost will be taken by the owner.

15.3 Prohibited and Restricted Use of Dangerous Materials

1) It is prohibited to use the fire and the temporary gas lamps in the venue.

2) It is prohibited to use explosive, flammable, corrosive and other hazardous materials.

● Compressed air: According to Shanghai Public Security Bureau “Pavilion Safety Ordi-nance”: air compressor must be placed outside the halls. Regulations must be strictly en-

forced.

● Industry gas:It is prohibited to use any flammable, corrosive gas for any display inside the halls.

● Radioactive materials: it is prohibited to use any radioactive materials at any time.

● Display needing strong illumination: It is prohibited to use any strong illumination devices without exterior covering in the halls at any time.

● Corrosive materials (waste): corrosive materials (waste) are not allowed to place in the halls.

● Compressed gas container: It is prohibited to bring container which are filled with helium, com-pressed air, argon, carbon dioxide, etc into exhibition venue.

3) All decorative materials should be made of non-combustible or flame retardant materials; It is pro-hibited to use the stretch fabrics.

4) If you decorate the booth with wooden structure, you should use fireproof materials and fire retar-dant coating on it. Various transformers may not be directly installed in the combustible object.

5) Only non-combustible carpets could be used. (Only “B1” level non-combustible carpets meet fire regulations.)

15.4 The Normal Operation of Fire Facilities

1) All exhibitors should take care of various fire facilities in the halls and keep them in proper order.

2) Don‟t stack any items 1.5 meters before the fire hydrants and firefighting equipment. It is prohib-

ited that non-blocking, occupy, damage and misappropriation of fire equipment

3) The height of all the booth structure (including exhibits and light boxes etc) inside of the

hall should be controlled less than 6 m. If the height is over 4.5 meters, the exhibitors should pro-

vide the drawings to be checked. The length and width shall not exceed the specified size.

4) It is strictly prohibited for indoor exhibition stands to adopt enclosed type ceilings.

15.5 Doing the clearing-up before the daily venue closing

1) Before the daily venue closing, the exhibitors should assist the safeguards to do the clearing -up.

2) The main contents of clearing-up: Prevent hazards of combustible debris in the halls; Cut off the

electric power of your own booth; Keep your valued property.

3) Before closing time, exhibitors and contractors (except those getting permission to use 24

hours non-stop electricity) must power off all lightening power and power equipment of the booth.

15.6 Electrical equipment installation must comply with the fire safety requirements.

1) The Installment of Electrical equipment must comply with the relevant national technical regula-

tions on fire prevention.

2) Before entering the halls, the subcontractors should inform the appointed main contractors about

the electricity load for their approval. After completion of construction, the power will be supplied only af-ter checked by the electrician assigned by the organizer.

3) You are required to bring yourself a secondary electrical box with leakage protection. We recom-

mend you to bring famous brand products, (like Schineder、ABB、Siemens and etc), electricity box

(including components)shall be qualified and reliable.

4) The exhibitors should use non-combustible cables with metal covers or non-combustible covers

certified by Fire Prevention Bureau (with certificates or signs) and connect the grounding system accord-ing to requirements if they want to install electric devices for their booths. The cables which will go through the sidewalks, carpets and decorative materials must be properly covered by pipes and there should be no joints in the pipes.

5) The minimum height of neon is 2.5 meters. Please use glass tube to cover the joint part. Don't

use combustible materials; don‟t conceal it

6) It is prohibited to use fire (welding, gas welding, etc.) during construction and mechanical opera-

tion.

16. Electricity Guidelines

16.1 Responsibilities & Duty on Site

Enforce the principles of “The person who is in charge should take responsibility”. The exhibitors and contractors affiliated with special booths should be responsible for safely using the electricity and being obliged to obey what is regulated in this notice. During the exhibition, special booth will assign an onsite electrician who is responsible for turning on and off the lights and cutting the power supply and inform the onsite management office about the electrician‟s name, contact phone number and on duty place for re-cord.

16.2 Safety Regulations of using electrical materials and facilities during built -up

1) The applied electrical materials and facilities should be consistent with the state quality standard

and fire prevention requirements.

2) The distribution box must be equipped with 30mA leakage protector.

3) ZR-BVV cables and cables with protecting covers must be used.

4) Metal protective pipes and metal components must be electrically bridged and safely grounded.

5) Each electric circuit should have a specific protective earth wire and be connected with all metal

components with possibility of leakage.

6) Down lamps and quartz lamps should be protected by asbestos padding; inside the advertise-

ment lamp boxes and posts there should be convective cooler holes. The rectifiers and triggers of the lamps should have certificates issued by Fire Prevention Bureau.

7) Caloric power lamps should be additionally equipped with protective cover (i.e. iodine tungsten

lamp over 100W). It is prohibited to use iodine tungsten lamp over 100W.

8) The exhibitors must apply for using electricity on the booth. It is prohibited to connect electricity

with distribution box and sockets of the exhibition hall discretionarily.

16.3 Safety regulation of using electricity in special booths

1) It is prohibited to block or cover the distribution boxes for lighting, power and telephone

wires of the exhibition halls when built-up.

2) Regulations of using electricity must be strictly enforced. The electrician must have effec-

tive operation permit (photocopy or electronic version are invalid) and obey the procedures of safely using electricity. Otherwise, the special booth exhibitors are not allowed to enter the halls

to construct.

3) Two stage electric box which contractors bring to the exhibition shall be smaller than or

equal to renting electric box.

4) Two stage electric box which contractors bring to the exhibition must be equipped with

electric leakage protection.

5) Only five core cable could be used when two stage electric box which contractors bring to

the exhibition connect to renting electric box.

6) The contractor should be onsite when official exhibition electrician power on the booth.

And they shall connect renting electric box according to electricity regulations of the exhibition

venue,

7) Exhibitors and contractors are not allowed to open or turn over exhibition facilities and

equipment (including the trench cover)

8) When powering on trench of the hall, if there is any request on moving trench cover,

please apply to the official exhibition standfitting contractor. It’s not allowed to open it without permission. Anyone breaking rules must take full responsibility and be fined 500RMB for each time

opening the cover.

16.4 Safety regulation of using electricity in standard booths

1) Building-up and dismantling contractors are not allowed to dismantle, move, add or reduce all

fixing electric devices and lightings in the halls. The sockets applied for must be used strictly within the maximum load of 500W and are not allowed to connect any electric devices exceeding the maximum load.

It is prohibited to concatenating jack panels. Punishment will be meted out.

2) If the exhibitors have to use electricity more than stipulated, they must submit application to the

organizers 20 days in advance and are allowed to begin construction only after approval.

3) Only certified electricians are allowed to install electric devices, lamps, etc. It is prohibited to use

plastic parallel lines, flexible cords and aluminum wires and to use combustible materials

for covering the lamp box.

16.5 Safety regulation of using electricity for arranging exhibited samples

1) All installed lamps must be at least 30cm away from the exhibited samples. The exhibitors should

install junction boxes and cables are not allowed to go out of the boxes.

2) Distribution boxes and plugs cannot be concealed in the exhibited samples but must be installed

in obvious and safe positions.

16.6 Safety regulations of exhibited electric samples

1) It is strictly prohibited to use high power electric heating devices (i.e. electric water kettle,

electric oven, etc.). If the exhibitors need to use electricity, they have to submit application to organizers and they are allowed to use electricity only after the organizers approve the application.

2) If exhibited samples or facilities need power the whole day or in advance, the exhibitor must re-

port to Display and Design Department of Shanghai Modern International Exhibition Co., Ltd before Mar 2,

2018 to get approval. Only with the approval could exhibitor go with power supply formality. The cost for

onsite duty will be borne by the exhibitor.

16.7 Penalties

1) If exhibitors use electricity and connect electric appliances discretionarily without application for

using electricity, the organizers will cut power supply of this booth. Double cost of used

electricity will be charged to the exhibitors.

2) Double cost of damaged electric appliances will be charged to the exhibitor who damaged the

electric appliances.

3) The electricians assigned by the organizers reserve the right to request the exhibitors who

failed to report used electricity honestly to compensate the cost.

4) If organizers find any exhibitors who use electricity against management regulations or safety re-

quirements and lead to hidden trouble, organizers will cut the power supply and request the exhibitors to rectify or remove.

5) Regarding the booths in which accidents occur because of unapproved electricity using, the or-

ganizers reserve the right to ascertain where the responsibility lies until to pursue legal

actions to concerned people and company principal depending on the seriousness.

2.4 Instructions

3. Special Booth Design & Construction Regulations

3.1 Booth Construction Height Limit

1) Max. 4.5 meter for single deck booth (under 36 sqm)

2) Max. 6 meter for single deck booth (equal to or more than 36 sqm)

3) Max. 6 meter for double deck booth

3.2 The design and build-up of special booth, the vertical orthographic projection is not allowed to beyond limit of rental raw space. Any booth structure or exhibits (including company name, sign, posters, light box, etc) is prohibited to beyond boarder of booth area. The illegal build-up will be ordered to remove and exhibitors and contractors must take full responsibility.

3.3 The off-limited backboard and the walls facing to main passage of adjacent booths and audience passenger must be decorated properly. If any one violate the terms or has no abilities to restructure, the Organizer will appoint the official contractor to assist with it. The cost of restructure will be deducted from construction deposit. It‟s no allowed to hinder fire hydrant, plant room door, warning bell or other fire fight-ing device. The passage should keep smooth without any obstructions.

3.4 In order that visitors can easily locate an exhibitor in the venue, the design of each booth should

include the display of booth number and company name. Please note that the entire booth number (i.e. the hall number and the booth number, e.g. 1H-A001) should be displayed at a prominent position on each aisle frontage.

3.5 NECC do not provide with hanging points services.

3.6 No air-conditioners of any kind could be installed in the booth.

3.7 Exhibitors or their contractors should not destroy hall building structure or any assorted facilities

by any way. No shelter or cover on any lighting electric box, power electric box or telephone line box. On-site use of cutting machine, electric saw or paint spray is prohibited. All the decoration materials for booth must be fireproof. Elastic cloth and Tungsten lamp over 150w are prohibited in anytime. Exhibitors or their contractors shall take all responsibilities and liable for all consequences and obligations for any damage.

3.8 Use and storage requirement for special materials of booth construction

1) No use of explosive goods, fossil oil and inflammable, toxic, corrosive or radioactive materials.

2) The storage of hazardous substance shall not exceed use volume of 1 day, which shall be stored

at special container at government or hall management approved place.

3) Toxic waste material shall be stored in sealed containers with marks, which should be managed

by the rules of the government.

3.9 To avoid hidden danger of climbing work, herringbone ladder below 2 meters is allowed to use

onsite. The climbing work between 2 and 3 meter can use mobile scaffold with fixed casters, closed cross supporter and level scaffold. Operating floor shall have guardrail. If the climbing work exceed 3 meter, reliable climbing facilities and safety measurement shall be used abide by the government regulations. All climbing works shall be guarded by appointed staff and isolated by warning label if necessary. The hall management reserve the right to suspend standing construction if exhibitors or their contract violate above regulations. The exhibitors have the responsibility to maintain the stand during exhibition periods.

3.10 Please check up carefully the facility location,and fill in the form correctly. During the construc-

tion, do not put display equipment or build exhibition stand. A movable plate should be reserved on the trench cover of the facility for operating and maintaining. It‟s not allowed to open the trench cover of exhi-bition hall and use trench as electric wire paving.

3.11 Booth that has an area of 90sqm or above 90sqm with four sides open, shall keep all sides of

the booth open. If it need to be sealed, the sealing length could not exceed half of the side length. But the side close to main passage could not be sealed.

3.12 The official standfitting contractors only inspect whether the drawing has violate exhibition regu-

lations. The exhibitors and contractors must ensure the building safety and fire safety. The venue, fire authority or related department reserve the right of final auditing of booth design.

4.2 Instructions

1) The drawing that appoint the Organizer MIE and the official drawing inspecting company to in-

spect must specify dimensions in Arabic numbers. Please avoid to specify with grid line . Otherwise the

drawing will be returned. The exhibitors and contractors must take responsibility if it make overdue.

2) The provided documents from the constructors shall be in both Chinese and English version. All

drawings must be drawn to scale and specify detailed dimensions . The faxed submission will be objected.

3) If construction design drawing of the outdoor booth or double deck booth doesn‟t get approval

from registered structural engineer and the Organizer, the Organizer, the venue and related drawing in-specting company have the rights to prohibit it from construction in exhibition venue.

4) For those who doesn‟t make full payment of inspecting fee, the Organizer, the venue and related

drawing inspecting company have the rights to prohibit from construction in exhibition venue.

5) The inspecting contents do not include fire audit. The fire audit is subject to onsite inspection by

fire authority.

6) The required drawing and documents shall submit to drawing inspecting company 20 working

days before booth build-up. The emergency fee will be charge for overdue submission.

7) Exhibitors and contractors must take responsibilities for problems caused by overdue submission

of booth design drawing, delayed entry or temporary restructure due to admission formalities on-site.

5. Construction management fee and construction deposit of Special Booth 5.1 Constructing Management Fee

1) Special booth shall pay 28RMB/sqm/exhibition period as constructing management fee.

2) Area calculating method of double deck booth: the real constructed area of upper deck × 2 + the

real constructed area of bottom deck. (Considering cost saving and safety issue, the Organizer suggest exhibitors to avoid setting up a upper deck. 5.2 Construction Deposit In order to have effective management of booth construction, cargo loading and booth cleaning, all contractors must pay construction deposit. See price list below,

6.2 The Return of Construction Deposit

If special booth exhibitors do not violate any rules, damage any facilities or equipments from build-up

till break-up, move all stuff within specified period, and getting approval of security guards and related

staff. The exhibitors will be returned the construction deposit with signed and stamped deposit receipt.

7. Overtime Charge During Build-up & Break-up

7.1 The written application for overtime must be submitted to exhibition contractor before 14:00 the

same day if exhibitors intend to work after working hours. Overdue order will be charged extra

50% service fee.

7.2 Booth with size below 1,000 sqm will be charged as 1,000 sqm to pay the overtime charges.

7.3 The application for prolonging extra overtime will be charged extra 50% service fee.

8. Exhibition Equipment Rental

8.1 Equipment Rental Application Form(Application and Payment Deadline:02/03/2018)

8.2 Rental Requirement and Payment 1) Receipt must be submitted before deadline while Rental transactions must be reserved and made pay-

ment before 02/03/2018.

2) Due to the large amount of facilities used in NECC , it may cause the exceed of the maximum load of

the exhibition hall. The on-site application will be carried out according to the technical conditions of the exhi-bition. Please estimate the number of your equipments before exhibition starts. 3) The above booking facilities are for use only during the exhibition period. For those who illegally install electric power, the electricity would be cut off until all illegal facilities or equipment being uninstalled.

4) Overtime rental:Renting on-site on 10th Mar 2018 would be charged 1.5 fold of original rental price.

5) It‟s not allowed to cancel order form and change items in it upon it has been submitted to official con-structor. There‟s no refund if change or cancel order onsite. Except other notices, above prices are valid dur-ing the exhibition. 6) All costs must be transferred fully to specified account. Related invoices must be issued before two months after the exhibition. Late will not be accepted.

9.2 Rental Regulations and Payment Notice

1) Please submit the receipt before the deadline and all the rental items should be ordered and be paid

before March 2nd of 2018. 2) For the late orders, a surcharge of 50% will be imposed on late orders (March 10, 2018) at exhibition venue on site for emergency. 3) All the above mentioned prices will still be available during the show and the items which have not listed will be separately quoted. 4) All orders must be made with full remittance to the bank account specified by the organizers. It is not allowed to issue the invoice beyond two months after the show.

11. Safety Notice for Water, Gas and Electricity

11.1 Water Safety

1) If the installation of water in the booth does not conform to the relevant state regulations, standards, requirements

or hidden dangers of water safety, the Venue has the right to order its immediate rectification. The exhibitor or the con-

structor who doesn‟t correct the hidden troubles will bear all the consequences of water break by the Venue. The acci-

dents and economic losses may have been caused will taken by the exhibitor or the constructor.

2) The Venue will stop the water supply to the booth with no water application, disorderly connection and installation

without permission.

3) Discarded liquid isn‟t allowed to fallen into the booth and should be poured into the own closed containers of the

exhibitor or the ones prepared by the Organizer and then all the containers will be placed at the designated place by the

Organizer. It is prohibited to pour the discarded liquid into the waterway of the exhibition hall and the bathroom sink and s o

on. Once dumping carelessly is found, the exhibitor or the constructor will be punished.

4) When the water supply pipeline passes through the aisle, it must need a bridge board for safety protection.

11.2 Gas Safety

1) It is not allowed to store and use pressurized pressure vessels in the exhibition hall. Compressed air source is pro-

vided centrally in the exhibition halls and the outlet pressure is the general compressed air of 0.6 -0.8Mpa. The exhibitor

can install the dryer, filter and other adaptors according to the condition of their own equipment. The exhibitor, who needs

the special requirement of gas supply, should apply to the Venue 30 days in advance.

2) If the exhibitor or the constructor doesn‟t have the gas application and makes disorderly connection, the Venue has

the right to ask the exhibitor or the constructor order its immediate rectification. The exhibitor or the constructor who doe s-

n‟t correct the hidden troubles will bear all the consequences of water break by the Venue. The accidents and economic

losses may have been caused will taken by the exhibitor or the constructor.

3) The Exhibitor should ensure the booth safety before apply electric power or gas supply to the Organizer. After re-

ceiving the application from the Organizer, the Venue will do the booth safety inspection together with the Organizer and

the Exhibitor. The Venue will supply the electric power or gas with the Exhibitor who has got the approval after the safety

inspection.

4) No gas equipment can be directly connected to the pipeline of the exhibition hall, and the valve should be installed

at the intake port.

5) The gas supply pipeline must have a bridge board for safety protection when it passes through the aisle.

11.3 Electric Power Safety

1) Electrical installations must conform to the standard rules of national electric power industry, in strict accordance

with specification for design of low voltage distribution (GB50054-95) "," construction site temporary electrical safety tech-

nical specification (JGJ 46-2005 J 405) "," the construction of electrical engineering construction quality acceptance speci-

fication (GB50303-2002) "," general electric power distribution equipment design specification (GB5005594) "and other

safety regulations by the Venue. According to the plan drawings approved by the exhibition hall, the general control elec-

tric box must use the metal material electric box.

2) Three phase five wire system of low voltage power supply system is adopted in the venue and its voltage level

380V/220V, 50Hz. The distribution should be made of three phase five wire system or single phase three wire system. If

the voltage and frequency required by the exhibitor are different from that of the venue, the exhibitor or contractor shall

take the power conversion device to solve it.

3) The exhibitor or contractor should keep the electricity safety on the site. All the electricians should carry their qu ali-

fied certificate with them when they do the work during the construction. The one who doesn‟t have the certificate will be

punished by RMB 500 and will be stopped to work.

4) The electric box of the booth with the electric leakage protection switch is connected to the electric box provided by the

Venue (the electric leakage current is not more than 30mA).

Under special circumstances, if the Exhibitor needs to remove the leakage protector for special reasons, the Organizer / Official

Constructor must submit the application of the leakage protection device for the demolition of the trench distribution box before the

application of the electricity load.

The exhibitor or constructor should apply the lighting and power electricity separately. The lighting circuit needs to be

equipped with the leakage protection. The electricity doesn‟t need the leakage protection, if the exhibitor or constructor

has applied to remove it according to the above procedures. If the power equipment is equipped with a switch and less

than 80% load of the switch of the electric box, the electric box provided by the exhibition hall can be connected to one by

one. If a few power equipments share one electric box, the booth must carry the general electric box, and the equipment

can not directly access to the electric box provided by the venue.

5) For temporary during set-up time, the application form of power supply in advance/special power supply must be

submitted the official contractor to designate a electric box. It is not allowed to use the socket supply in the wall of toil ets.

6) The Electricity Regulations are as follows:

● All electric boxes must be placed on the ground or suspended by an insulated pad. It is not allowed to directly

place on the ground.

● Only one cable is allowed to connect to the electric box of the venue, Five core wire must be used and four core

wire added grounding wire and core for decorative chains are not allowed.

● All cable carrying capacity must be large than the rate current of the applied switch. The cable passing through

the passage must use the bridge board.

● All power boxes must be equipped with earthing and all grounding in the booth must be extracted from the

ground. All metal support and equipment shell must be grounded, otherwise, it will be ordered to stop the con-

struction.

● The lighting and power circuit must be separated.

● All the cable wires must use the terminal or the switch.

● The stand must be equipped with a general electric control box and the distribution box must be equipped with

30mA leakage protector. ZR-BVV cables and cables with protecting covers must be used.

● Metal protective pipes and metal components must be electrically bridged and safely grounded.

● Each electric circuit should have a specific protective earth wire and be connected with all metal components

with possibility of leakage. Down lamps and quartz lamps should be protected by asbestos padding; Inside the

advertisement lamp boxes and posts there should be convective cooler holes. The rectifiers and triggers of the

lamps should have certificates issued by Fire Prevention Bureau.

● Caloric power lamps should be additionally equipped with protective cover (i.e. iodine tungsten lamp over 100W).

It is prohibited to use iodine tungsten lamp over 150W.

● The exhibitors must apply for using electricity on the booth. It is prohibited to connect electricity with distribution

box and sockets of the exhibition hall discretionarily.

● It is not allowed/suitable to install the 30mA leakage protector in the circuit of the special power supply such as

mechanical power use and silicon controlled stage dimming equipment, the exhibitor or the constructor will sign

safety responsibility agreement for the Venue‟s approval and the organizer or the official constructor summits the

application form of dismantling the leakage protection device in the trench to apply the electric load and bear all

the responsibilities arising therefrom.

7) It is strictly forbidden to uncover the cover plate of the trench without permission for electric supply or operation.

8) Civilized construction is conducted during set up and move-out period. If any damage of the facilities and equip-

ment in the venue, the constructor or the exhibitor will pay the cost.

9) In case of accident such as tripping and electrical fire, the organizer/the official constructor, the exhibitor, the

venue/the service suppliers should confirm the details of accident record and the letter of settlement. The tripping caused

by the exhibitor, the Venue/the service supplier will have the right to stopping the electric power supply.

10) During set-up and daily exhibition, the power of each stand should be cut off.

11) The space only must need the electrician‟s inspection to ensure failure in time and supply safety.

● The reform notice covered all the above mentioned regulations will be sent by the Venue/service suppliers to the

exhibitor or constructor who is against the construction rules and the electric power supply will be stopped.

● The power supply is stopped during reform and it will be restored within one hour after the inspection. Any delay

loss caused by this will be taken by the company not by the organizer/service suppliers.

12) The Electric Power Safety for Standard Booth

● It is not allowed to remove and increase/decrease the fixed electrical equipment and lighting fixtures in the halls.

The maximum capacity of the power outlet is 500W and it is not allowed to insert electric equipment beyond the al-

lowable capacity. The violator is regarded as a blackout treatment for the hidden danger of safety power supply. The

organizer has the right to stop and confiscate the lamps and sockets and to investigate the responsibilities of the ex-

hibitor.

● Any special requirement of construction form from the constructor, it should be submitted to the organizer and the

official constructor.

● The licensed electrician installs electrical equipment and lamps according to the regulations. It is strictly prohibited

to use plastic parallel lines, core and aluminum core wire. Fireproof material must be used on the outer cover of the

lighting box.

13) Safety Regulation of Using Electricity for Arranging Exhibited Samples.

● All installed lamps must be at least 30cm away from the exhibited samples. The exhibitors should install junction

boxes and cables are not allowed to go out of the boxes.

● Distribution boxes and plugs cannot be concealed in the exhibited samples but must be installed in obvious and

safe positions.

14) Safety Regulation of Using Electricity in Special Booths

Building-up and dismantling contractors are not allowed to dismantle, move, add or reduce all fixing electric devices

and lightings in the halls. The sockets applied for must be used strictly within the maximum load of 500W and are not al-

lowed to connect any electric devices exceeding the maximum load. If the exhibitors have to use electricity more than

stipulated, they must submit application to the organizers 20 days in advance and are allowed to begin construction only

after approval.

15) Penalties

● The exhibitors use electricity and connect electric appliances discretionarily without application for using electricity,

the organizers will cut power supply of this booth. Double cost of used electricity will be charged to the exhibitors.

● Double cost of damaged electric appliances will be charged to the exhibitor who damaged the electric appliances.

● The electricians assigned by the organizers reserve the right to request the exhibitors who failed to report used

electricity honestly to compensate the cost.

● If organizers find any exhibitors who use electricity against management regulations or safety requirements and

lead to hidden trouble, organizers will cut the power supply and request the exhibitors to rectify or remove.

● Regarding the booths in which accidents occur because of unapproved electricity using, the organizers reserve the

right to ascertain where the responsibility lies until to pursue legal actions to concerned people and company principal

depending on the seriousness.

12 The Guide of Dismantling

12.1 It is not allowed for the exhibitors to dismantling or removing the stand structure, goods and exhibitors before

the exhibition closing with the formal approval of the organizer.

12.2 The exhibitor should remove all the exhibits, building materials and waste in a truck to the place beyond the

venue. Manual or cart is not allowed.

12.3 Any item placed at the ground including passage of the venue is regarded as the waste. The organizer will clean

it and the cleaning fee will be deducted from the construction deposit.

12.4 The exhibitor or the constructor cannot clean the stand in time and put the space in order, the organizer will ask

the official constructor do the cleaning and confiscate the construction deposit.

12.5 The exhibitor need the extensive power supply during move-out should apply from the official constructor before

10:00 a.m. of March 31 of 2018 to avoid any damage of the equipment.

3. DEADLINE AND SCHEDULES

Cargo arriving after our deadlines will incur a 30% late arrival surcharge.

Cargo arriving during move-in days will incur a 50% late arrival surcharge.

All storage fee before move-in will be charged as cost.

4. DOCUMENTS

CATALOGUES AND PUBLICITY MATERIALS-CENSORING

It is stipulated by the Chinese Customs Authority that:

„Advertising materials and technical materials including films, lantern slides, recording tapes, video tapes, records,

photos, maps, illustrations, directions and other publicity materials shall be allowed for display or use at the exhibition

only after exhibitors have presented before handing the above mentioned material to Customs Officers for inspection

and approval. Therefore, exhibitors shall not make use of these materials before censoring. For this purpose, exhibi-

tors should send samples of literature (3 copies) and give-away (3 copies) to us before exhibition opening. All

these materials will be handed over to the customs for inspection in advance. CD, VCD or DVD is not allowed to be

imported as exhibition goods according to new regulation from Chinese Customs.

The Chinese Customs Authorities approve this form and as such is the only invoice for-

mat accepted for exhibition cargo. Every exhibitor must submit this form to us without

exception.

A detailed and accurate description of exhibits, including major components and serial

numbers must be declared on the list. The quantities and values of exhibits must be

specified exactly.

5. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

We shall handle the Customs formalities on your behalf, however, on some occasions the presence of exhibitors will be required. As Customs requires the official forwarder to be responsible for the control of all exhibits, should not allow their exhibits to be taker away from the show ground without prior arrangement with Customs through Shun.

6. QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS

According to the rule of Chinese Government, if cargoes are shipped from India, Japan, Korea, USA and EU Coun-

tries to China, it is much better to provide us the Official Quarantine Certificate and Fumigation Certificate for cargoes

packed with wooden materials, at least, there must be the “IPPC” mark on the wooden cases, or shipper‟s declara-

tion of “Non-Wooden Packing” for those packed with non-wooden materials; otherwise, goods are not allowed to im-

port to China.

In accordance to the law of People‟s Republic of China, all plant/food products must be subject to quarantine authori-

zation before shipment to China and on-site sanitary inspection.

7. HAND CARRIED EXHIBITS

We do not recommend that you hand carry exhibits into China. However, if you cannot avoid using this method and

your exhibits are detained by customs, please hand over the detention receipt and List of Exhibits to Shunexpo. We

will handle Customs Clearance and arrange collection of your goods from the airport. It takes two working days to

complete Customs formalities and pick-up procedures.

8. SOLD EXHIBITS

All sold exhibits will be repacked at the close of show and removed to a customs bonded warehouse until the neces-sary domestic customs formalities have been completed. From the time your exhibits are placed in bonded storage, Shunexpo will not be able to assist in the hand-over protocol of sold commodities. Your buyer will be responsible for the presentation of the necessary documents to customs so that temporary status can be converted to a permanent customs entry.

There are only a small number of Chinese companies that are granted with import/export licenses; there-

fore it is advisable that exhibitors check whether or not their potential buyer is allowed to trade with them

directly. If not, the Chinese buyer must use a licensed broker to be his trading agent. Your buyer should

be aware of the import requirements such as import tax, import permit, etc.

9. INSURANCE

Please note that our freight charges do not include insuring your exhibits and all work is undertaken by Shunexpo at

owners‟ risk. Therefore exhibitors should arrange a proper round-trip (including exhibition period) all risk insurance for

their exhibits.

10. DANGEROUS GOODS

Exhibitors need to send us a special form (form B) for dangerous goods. These forms will be provided upon request

and the completed forms should reach un before shipment is dispatched. There will be surcharged 100% for han-

dling such exhibits.

11. HEAVY / OVERSIZED EXHIBITS

Any single exhibit in excess of 3,000kg and 300cm(L) X 220cm(W) X 220cm(H) requires the use of a forklift or mobile

crane for installation will be surcharged as specified in our handling tariff.

12. CASE MARKING AND PACKING

Exhibitors shall be responsible for the consequences of improper packing.

A. Protection against Damage and Rain

As the exhibits are repeatedly loaded and unload during transportation, shocking/bumping will sometimes be inevitable. Exhibits will be placed outdoors many times, including open-air storage at the exhibition center before and after the exhibition. Therefore, exhibitors must take necessary precautions against damage and rain, since we will not assume any responsibility for the damage, especially when the return exhibits are to be packed with original packing materials, which might be damaged already during un-packing.

B. The Case

The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking and in particular be suitable for re-packing and for sale or return movement after the exhibition. It is advisable that the gross weight of individual packages between a few hundred kilograms and 2 tons-smaller case will be handled manually and therefore has more chances to get damaged; while too heavy a case will cause heavy lift surcharges.

Important notes for exhibitors:

As the Yangshan seaport was commenced to use, all the cargoes berthed on Yangshan seaport will be levied at

RMB1,040.00/20’ & RMB1440.00/40’.

LCL THC in Yangshan seaport will be levied at RMB280.00/CBM (MIN: 3CBM)

The container surcharge will be added both inbound and outbound if exhibitors use FCL transportation.

Notes on Tariff

1. Full container loads will be charged at a minimum of 23cbm/20‟GP, 25cbm/20‟HQ,FR & 46cbm/40‟GP, 50cbm/40‟HQ,FR.

2. The volume/weight rotifer airfreight cargo will be calculated at 6:1 and charged based on whichever yields the greater.

3. All LCL/HAWB shipments will incur additional terminal handling and agency fees.

4. Above rates are based on general cargoes only, for specialized cargoes, e.g. dangerous cargo, 100% additional charges will be

levied. The surcharge for handling of dangerous cargo will be given upon request.

5. Above rates exclude destination LCL charges, airport terminal/handling charges, overtime storage dues in pier, airport terminal or in

freight forwarder‟s warehouse, these will be charged in accordance with actual outlay, also exclude any duty/tax payable to Chinese

1. Exhibitor’s Company Info on Show Directory

In order to provide the exhibitors better services and promote the company images well, the organizers

will supply the exhibitors with the free show directory services which include exhibition info, venue map,

exhibitor list, booth no, contact info and product info etc.

1.1 Upload the Exhibitor Info

The exhibitors can upload the company info via internet. The steps are as follows:

Step 1: click the official website: www.apppexpo.com and choose the button of Shanghai Int‟l Ad & Sign

Step 2:click the button of Exhibitor which is on the right side of the page and enter into the user name and

password (The details, please contact the sales team directly)

Step 3: enter into the following info: company name in CH and EN, booth no, company address in CH and

EN, Zip, Tel, Fax, Email, website, product info in CH and EN and the product category

Step 4: double check all the info and upload them then.

1.2 The deadline is February 2nd, 2018

1.3 Word Limit:No more than 75 word s in Chinese and no more than 150 characters in English

(including punctuation). Exceeding the word limit, it will be charged by advertising fee. Otherwise, the or-

2. Award Activity

In order to promote the friendly communication between the upstream and downstream of advertising equipment and equipment

industries, to carry out the mutual sharing of resources and effectively set up an exchange platform for manufacturers of advertis-

ing equipment materials, advertising production, advertising applications, advertising media and etc, the Shanghai Advertising

Equipment Suppliers Association (CSA) In conjunction with the Shanghai International Advertising FestivalCommittee(SHIAF

committee) jointly organized the "2017 China Advertising Equipment Value List • Zhi Zao Innovation Award" competition, in order

to select leading outstanding advertising equipment enterprises who have courage to bring forth new ideas. CSA will, at the same

time, hold "Shanghai International Advertising Award · the 2nd China Advertising Ingenuity Competition" selection, with creative

works as a carrier, showing the innovative technology companies and superb technology.

2.1 Activity Background

SHIAF will be grandly opened on March 28, 2018. It is an annual world-class advertising festival activity which hold under the di-

rect guidance of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Propaganda Department of Shanghai Munici-

pal Party Committee, Shanghai Industry and Commerce Bureau and SHIAF. SHIAF Awards is the official award which is designed

to honor individuals, businesses and teams who lead the world and truly apply the concepts of innovation and creativity to busi-

ness operations and public welfare activities. SHIAF has now established cooperation with advertising association of Japan, South

Korea, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and other 16 countries.

2.2 Awards Organization

China Advertising Equipment Industry Annual Awards Committee, CSA, SHIAF and APPPEXPO Committee. This selection invited

experts from domestic and international advertising equipment industry to form an expert panel of judges. Adhering to the principle

of "fairness and openness", the materials submitted by participating enterprises were objectively assessed. The list of winners will

be finalized after preliminary screening, public voting, and expert grading.

2.3 Selection Object and Range

Enterprises which has legal personality and engaged in digital printing, advertisement making, advertising supplies, exhibition

displays, signage, engraving applications, LED lighting and digital signage can all participate in the competition.

2017 China Advertising Equipment Value List • Zhi Zao Innovation Prize: select outstanding enterprises based on the enterprise

scale, product patent number, annual output, turnover, market share, core technology, internal management system of the partici-

pating companies.

Shanghai International Advertising Festival Awards · The 2nd China Advertising Ingenuity Craft Competition: The enterprises shall

submit innovative applications. The jury will consider the originality and innovation of the works, the degree of completion of the

works and the application value of the works as Criteria for review.

2.4 Prize Setting

1) A total of 60 winners of "2017 China Advertising Equipment Value List • Zhi Zao Innovation Award" will be officially an-

nounced on March 28, 2018 at the Shanghai International Advertising Technology & Equipment Exhibition. The medals and

certificates will be presented at the same time.

2)” The SHIAF AWARDS · The 2nd China Advertising Ingenuity Competition” consists of gold, silver and bronze medals. The en-

tries will be presented for free at the Shanghai Guangyin Exhibition Site after their final entry. After final assessment, the final

grade will be awarded. The awards will be presented at the Shanghai International Advertising Festival Awards Ceremony held at

the InterContinental Hotel.

2.5 Participation Ways

All participating enterprises must submit the complete application materials to the jury (email: [email protected]) within the stipulated

deadline. The materials include:

1) Award registration form. Enterprises can visit APPPEXPO official website (www.apppexpo.com) or Shanghai International Ad-

vertising Festival official website (www.shiaf.org) to download the form. The enterprises are required to return the completed form.

2) Scanned Business license

3) To attend China Advertising Ingenuity Competition, you also need to submit the renderings of the entries by e-mail.

APPENDIX I:Safety Responsibility Agreement of NECC

In order to keep public facilities safety and construction safety of NECC hereinafter referred to the Venue), effectively prevent

various insecurity factors during build-up and move-out, keep the staff‟s personal safety, clean the venue environment, we will

obey the Venue and strictly follow the provisions as below:

1. Obey all the rules and regulations by the national, Shanghai relevant safety departments and follow the supervision and direc-

tion from the Venue during the construction.

2. The constructors need the safety production training and get the qualification certificate to do the work on the site. Safety hel-

mets must be brought in the construction, and safety belts must be fastened during the operation at the height of more than 2 me-

ters. Supervise the builders to comply with the safety regulations and take the necessary safety and fire protection measures in

accordance with the regulations. Designate the site safety officer, responsible for daily safety inspection and supervision, and

wear obvious signs.

3. All the rules of operation inside and outside the halls must be strictly obeyed and the constructors should follow the direction of

the relevant staff of the Venue.

4. All the safety and fire prevention management system must be strictly observed during the construction period, If there is any

violation, the constructor is willing to take all the responsibilities and consequences.

5. It is not allowed to put the goods in the fire engine access and keep it unblocked.

6. Fire prevention and explosion protection. No smoking in the venue. It is not allowed to bring inflammable and explosive items

(such as paint, l lacquer thinner, two potassium benzene, etc.)

7. During the high altitude operation, the constructors have to have the permission of the elevation operation or the corresponding

qualification certificate, and do a good job of safety. In the event of a problem, the constructor will bear all the responsibilities and

all the consequences arising therefrom.

8. It will keep the buildings, structure, facilities & equipment, and parts in the halls clean and safe during the construction. If there

is damage or pollution, the constructor must compensate according to the set price by the Venue.

9. It is not allowed to use the decoration materials and facilities which the State has publicly ordered to be obsolete, shal l be for-

bidden.

10. During the construction, it is not allowed to damage the building structure of the venue and use safety.

11.The contractors are not allowed to undertake the construction services which is irrelevant to their own stands without permis-

sion.、

12. It is not allowed to subcontract the construction or dismantling of the stall to private companies, individuals without legal per-

sons and related qualifications.

APPENDIX 2:Special Notice

Dear exhibitors and booth contractors:

To ensure the smooth progress of this exhibition and to avoid any personal or property damage caused by the construction and

use of booths, we hereby advise on the following:

1.Exhibitors or booth contractors appointed by the exhibitors must submit their booth plans to MIE and Shanghai Yahaihengxin

Exhibition Co., Ltd. And the booth plans should be inspected or reviewed by above two corporations (hereinafter collectively re-

ferred to as the auditing unit). Booth construction design drawings detailed in Annex 3 "Special Equipment Exhibition booth con-

struction management rules." Before the related drawings are unverified, please do not carry out off-site construction or on-site

construction first.

2.After the construction drawings submitted by exhibitors or exhibitors' booth contractors are approved, they shall be constructed

strictly in accordance with the structure drawings and the requirements of the "Rules and Regulations for the Construction and

Management of Large-scale Exhibition Stands". It‟s prohibited to have unauthorized changes of booth structure requirements or

set up with unqualified ones Construction materials. The exhibitors and booth contractor must take full responsibility for any booth

safety accident resulting from it.

3.Exhibitors should choose qualified booth contractor to complete the booth construction. Exhibitors are obliged to require contrac-

tors to construct in compliance with the relevant national standards and construction specifications, and implementing safety re-

sponsibility measures.

4.Though the booth plans have been approved by authority, in order to protect the safety of construction and exhibitions, to elimi-

nate the hidden dangers of accidents, auditors will also be assigned to the professional structural engineers and safety inspectors

from time to time on-site Inspect. If there is any violation of the requirements stated in Article 2 of the booth construction, the audit-

ing unit will submit a written rectification opinion to the booth contractor entrusted by the exhibitor or the exhibitor and copy it to the

Organizer at the same time.

5.In order to facilitate timely communication, even if without the written notice of the exhibitors, all the documents related to booth

construction (including but not limited to "rectification notice", "on-site construction safety commitment "," Confirmation of Respon-

sibility ") which was signed by booth contractor who is commissioned by the exhibitors and their staff , are deemed to have been

authorized by the exhibitor.

After receiving the rectification notice, booth contractor commissioned by the exhibitor or exhibitor shall promptly complete the

rectification in accordance with the rectification requirements and notify the audit unit to confirm. If exhibitors or the appointed

booth contractor neglect carrying out rectification obligations, audit units and the Organizers will order to have related booth con-

struction suspended until the illegal construction demolish, the exhibitors shall bear all the consequences of illegal construction.
