UNOPOL S KF

Extraordinary effective concentrate for cleaning the machine, piping system and the storage tank. Moreover routine cleaning of the drawing area of the drawing machine is made by UNOPOL SP 810.

UNOPOL SP 930

Dient als Sprühöl, um blanken oder verzinnten Kupferdraht nach dem Glühprozeß leicht zu beölen. Eingesetzt wird es u.a., um im Bundpacker keine Drahtrisse hervorzurufen, beim anschließenden Verlitzen eingutes Gleiten des Drahtes zu erreichen, beim Verdichten genügend Schmierwirkung zu gewährleisten und eine Oxidation bzw. Verfärbung des gezogenen Drahtes zu vermeiden.UNOPOL SP 930 beinhaltet neben einem niedrig viskosen Mineralöl ausgesuchte Korrosionsschutzadditiveund Schmierkomponenten.

Spraying oil which is used for slightly oiling the copper wire or tinned copper wire after the annealing process to avoid wire breaks when using a Bundpacker, achieve good sliding of the wire for the subsequentstranding process, maintain sufficient lubricity for the compressing process and protect the copper wireagainst discoloration during storage. UNOPOL SP 930 contains selected corrosion protection and lubricatingcomponents as well as a low-viscous mineral oil.

Low viscous oil which is used for drawing of copper profiles but especially for the production of dynamo wires. UNOPL SP DY provides excellent lubricity and ensures long lifetime of the tools.

UNOPOL SP 974

Wassermischbarer, mineralölhaltiger Ziehschmierstoff zum Ziehen von Kupfer- und Messingdrähten sowiegalvanisch beschichteten Drähten im Mittel- und Feinzug bis zu Enddurchmessern von 0,10 mm. Hierbei werden exzellente Oberflächengüten erzielt.

Water miscible, mineral oil containing drawing lubricant for drawing of copper and brass wire as well as plated wire in medium and fine wire drawing down to smallest diameters of 0,10 mm. Using UNOPOL SP 974 excellent surface qualities are achieved.

KUBITRAC AL 85 wird für den Naßzug von Profilen und Drähten aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen eingesetzt. Hierbei kann das Produkt sowohl zum Mehrfachziehen inTauchanlagen als auch im Einzelzugbereich aus dem Ziehkasten heraus eingesetzt werden. Beim Ziehen von Preßrohren und vorgezogenen Rohren aus Aluminium- und Kupferlegierungen wird KUBITRAC AL 85sowohl für die Innen- als auch für die Außenschmierung eingesetzt.

Mineral oil based high-viscous drawing oil, containing modified esters as lubricating additives. Due to goodadhesion to metal surfaces high forming grades are achieved. KUBITRAC AL 85 is applied for wet drawingof profiles and wires of aluminium and aluminium alloys. It can be used for multiple drawing in dipping machines but also in drawing boxes. For drawing of predawn tubes of aluminium and copper alloys, KUBITRAC AL 85 is used for internal as well as external lubrication.

Aufgrund speziell ausgesuchter Mineralölfraktionen ist ein hoher Flammpunkt gewährleistet; die Gefahr von Verpuffungen dadurch deutlich reduziert. Durch die extrem niedrige Viskosität kann das Produkt effektiv filtriert werden, so daß größtmögliche Sauberkeit von Draht und Ziehraum gewährleistet ist.

Non-emulsifying special drawing oil for drawing of aluminium wires and wires of aluminium-magnesium-alloys. As it contains selected mineral oil fractions with a high flashpoint the problem of deflagration is minimised. Due to the low viscosity KUBITRAC AL 2 can be filtered without any problems and ensures highest possible cleanliness of the wire and the drawing area.
