The company which is firstly established in the year of 1991 with the title name of Has Dış Ticaret, provided an enduring development by making investments to the technology in every year and took the name of HAS GROUP in the year of 2011.

HAS GROUP which has a position of having a voice in producing of textile finishing machineries, is producing textile finishing machineries which are specially developed for every needs, for knitted, woven, denim, home textile, technical textile and carpets.

HAS GROUP is producing machines with the features of low maintenance cost and energy saving by its customer focused and keeping up with technology structure. Preparing designs in line with the needs and producing them by planning with its technological knowledge and experience upon the demands of its customers is its mission.

The features of the differences between HAS GROUP and its competitors are; having a product range that is designed, improved, produced and assembled in Turkey, having a long term experience on the processes of finishing, the ability of understanding correctly and covering the needs of each customer from east to west.

Within the R&D Center, which is fictionalised as a department forming the future with visionary view and approved in April 2016, making technological investments to produce the machines of the future continuously, developing technological products with high added value, understanding its customers and performing the right services by identifying the needs of its customers, being a global company that works with its customers like a business partner is the vision of HAS GROUP.

HAS GROUP which has working machines over 60 countries, which is also represented in more than 30 countries by local agents in terms of services in sales and after sale, is proceed on its way crescively day by day in domestic and foreign markets.

■ Makinede altı adet Karbon veya Seramik Fırçalı silindir mevcuttur. Fırça silindirleri lineer kızaklara monte edilmiş olup, kontrol panelinden istenen milimetrik değere kadar ileri ve geri hareket ettirilebilir.

■ Her fırça motorunda inverter mevcuttur. Bu sayede fırça dönüş yönleri ve hızları ayrı ayrı kontrol edilebilmektedir.

■ Fırçalar maksimum 1800 rpm hız ile kumaş akış yönünde veya tersi yönde döndürülebilir.

■ Dokunmatik Ekranlı kullanıcı dostu (Touch-Screen) operatör panelinden makinenin tüm fonksiyonlarını çabuk ve kolay kontrol edebilme imkanı sağlanır.

■ The NEW Sueding Brush Machine model "CSM 6" made by HAS Group, can be equipped with Ceramic or Carbon suede brushes.

■ The Sueding Brushes Rollers are mounted with a particular design "U type" in order to minimize the space and optimize the emerging effect on the fabric surface. The Sueding Brushes Rollers are moving forward or back against the fabrics in order to keep the brushes contact area always as requested. The position of the sueding brushes is managing by the main touch screen and always can be updated by the operator upon the finishing request.

■ Each brushing roller is controlled with inverters with clock and anti clock wise direction and speeds can set by the operator all the time.

■ With maximum 1.800 rpm of the sueding brushes, it is possible to obtain a large number of finishing effects also considering that the direction of the brushes can be opposite (i.e. 1-1-1; 1-2-2; 1-1-2 etc.)

■ Dog veya Arabadan, kumaşın makineye istenilen gerginlikte hassas olarak girişini sağlayan inverter kontrollü çekme ve besleme silindiri opsiyon olarak kullanılabilir.

■ Makine içinde tansiyon kontrolü LoadCell ile otomatik olarak sağlanmaktadır. Makine içinde iki adet , sallama ünitesinde ise bir adet loadcell mevcut olup toplamda 3 adettir.

■ Dokunmatik Ekranlı(Touch-Screen) operatör panelinden makinenin tüm fonksiyonlarını ve birçok işlemi çabuk ve kolay kontrol edebilme imkanı sağlanır.

■ There are inverter controlled draw and feed rollers in the machine and they managed by the load cells system that permit to have a precise tension control of the fabric during the sueding process.

■ The fabric tension control is managing with load cells automatically; 2 for the draft cylinder (inlet and outlet) and one in the folding unit.

■ An Operator friendly TOUCH SCREEN permit the operator to set and check the functions of the machine all the time.

■ Yapılan analizler sonucunda çift taraftan emiş en dengeli sonuçları vermiştir. Her iki taraftan ortalama 1200 m³/h hava emişi yapılmaktadır

■ HAS GROUP R&D department take care very much at the analysis of the air flow of the suction docks.

■ The importance is really strategic in order to have a real performing air flow that can remove the dust from the fabric surface produced during the sueding process.

■ Analyses showed that, the most stabled results appeared with two sided suction. In each side 1200 m³/h (average) air suction has been made.

■ Analiz için emiş ağzı 20 eşit parçaya bölgeye bölünmüştür. Analiz sonucu aşağıdaki tabloda verilmiştir.

Analiz sonucu görülmüştür ki orta bölgeye doğru emiş debisi düşmektedir. Yapılan çeşitli tasarımlar arasında en iyi sonuç bu olmuştur.

■ For the analyse, suction unit devided to 20 equal parts. Test results showed that, suction flow rate decreased towards to inside parts.

BENCHMARKINGRAKİP ANALİZİ

■ Has Group firmasının fırça konusundaki deneyim ve tecrübe ile tasarlanan altı silindirli fırça makinesi zor beğenen müşterileri memnun edebilecek özelliklerdedir.

■ Bu fırça makinesi ile kumaşa işlem esnasında zarar gelmeyecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Bunun sebebi yüksek hızda(max.1800rpm) ile dönen bu fırça silindirleri sayesinde kumaşa minimum baskı verilecektir. Tüm rakiplerde (mario crosta,lafer s.p.a.,dante paolo,commet,menun v.s.) makinede fırça hızları max.1500 rpm’dir.

■ Bu makineye katmış olduğumuz çok büyük başka bir özelliği fırça kılı boyudur. Rakiplerimizde fırça kılları max.80mm ile sınırlanırken, Has Group makinesindeki fırça silindir kıl boyu 125mm’dir.

Fırçalama işlemi esnasında ısınan fırça kılları için kullanılan ekstra soğutma sistemleri ,Has Group makinesinde kullanılmamaktır. Uzun fırça kılları sayesinde kıllar kumaşa az bir tansiyonla temas edeceğinden ısınma fırça kıllarına zarar verecek boyutta olmayacaktır.

■ Fırça kıllarının rakiplerimize kıyasla %30 daha uzun olması fırçaların aşınma süresini ve aynı zamanda değişim süresini uzatmaktadır.
