Executive Summary

My name is Namratha Joseph, aka ‘Cuckoo’ to my friends and family, and I thank you for your interest in ‘Cuckoo Club Diner’, Chennai. Cuckoo Club Diner is the outcome of my nostalgic cravings for the flavours of my time as a student in Berkeley, California. A student living in university halls doesn’t always have the luxury of a kitchen to cook in, so, while trolling the streets for sustenance, I discovered classic American flavours sitting side by side with the most amazing fusion food.

What started as a beautiful family business has exploded into one of the most recognizable brands in Chennai. Our most loyal patrons are within the age group of 18 to 40. Our goal is to serve our customers with 4 locations in Chennai by 2020 and 15 locations across India by 2025.

In Chennai, we have a 1400 sq ft garden themed outlet, with AC & non-AC seating on

one of the most prestigious high streets:Harrington Road, Chetpet
