claims settled within ONE HOUR, 31% claims settled in WITHIN 3 HOURS, 13% WITHIN 6 HOURS, 12% WITHIN A DAY, 4% WITHIN 2 DAYS AND 5% OF CLAIMS WITHIN 8 DAYS ---- this includes major claims. These figures do not include closure claims, HO limit claims and co-insurance claims).

2a. Stood 2nd BEST in country with 105% of claims disposal ratio; 3rd best with 89% in settlement %. 2b. Effected savings of Rs.43, 798,549/- (55.16%) for the company in claims settlement. 3.
