WORK DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for the Project & Sales Management of products from European factories in the
UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait , Saudi Arabia ,Kuwait ,Jordan etc.
Responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other project resources during the course of
the project lifecycle.
Preparing Commercial & Technical offer through ERP system.
Maintain all project information and documentation.
Provide customers with regular communications including progress updates and issue
resolution.
Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks within the project team.
Participate in and document needs assessment meetings.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Providing pre & post sales technical assistance.
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to ensure all the
Technical specifications has met.
Working with the engineering team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being
met.
Material approvals and project documentation.
Conduct Surveys of new projects.
Follow up with clients to ensure the completeness of process and follow up for payments.
Invoicing.
