Key Achievements:

Successfully insourced BI testing back to Three UK from the external partner. Combined SIT and BRT seamlessly into one test phase reducing engagement overheads from project managers. Defined and recruited new team structure. Created processes. Built relationships with delivery teams and internal and external stakeholders. Specified and supported build of test environments. Team up and running on time.

Planned and managed successfully the testing of a complex Balanced Data Warehouse & Campaigning project involving multiple external interfaces.

Managed the relationship with the Tech M resource supplier with monthly attendance of service review meetings to discuss forecasting, performance, issues and resolutions.

Supported a major Managed Services transition of the delivery team with training and support on BIT processes helping to minimise disruption to service during transition.

Focused on continuous improvements on more efficient test estimation tools, knowledge sharing and test data automation.

Part of the review and recommendation group for an exercise to consolidate multiple test vendors into one.

Product owner for the Quality Centre implementation project replacing Test Director. Delivered migration scripts and the collateral for cut-over. Developed test metrics reporting framework out of Quality Centre business views to measure Test performance and to feed into the company performance dashboard. Developed progress and defect reporting dashboards which are used by all Testing stakeholders to view test progress.

Supported the introduction of the Release Management programme on behalf of BIT. Provide views on supply and demand for estimation, planning and execution. Rolled out to teams.

Part of working group to set up the Independent delivery capability (IDC) channel for BI only deliveries. Defined supply and demand of test resources. Secured test environments. Defined test approach. Involved in IDC roadmap

Part of the Agile trial for Business intelligence. Responsible for defining test activities and process in the new Agile way of working. Attending daily Scrum meetings and driving and shaping test activities, processes and issues resolution.
