only air cargo ground handler who has its own off-airport cargo terminal to facilitate cargo at
Industrial Zone in Northern of Vietnam.
Being founded in July, 2013, ALS Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd was appointed important mission to
invest, manage ALS cargo terminal which has become a key link in the supply chain services.
ALS Cargo Terminal has made significant contribution to improve quality and capacity of air

Noibai cargo terminal service (NCTS) – a subsidiary of Vietnam airlines founded on the 1st May,
2005 is the main operator specializing in cargo handling service at Noibai International Airport.
Since its establishment, NCTS has strengthened its status and prestige in cargo handling and
added-value services.
The establishment of NCTS is corresponding to the development trend of Vietnam’s air cargo
handling services. It aims to satisfy the increasingly demanding requirements of customers and
crucially contributes to growth of Vietnam’s aviation industry in general and network expansion
of inbound and outbound flights operated in Hanoi in particular
What I had been done:
Dealing with daily inquiries and requests from agents/carriers.
Irregularity report to concerned departments.
Complaints processing.
Cargo flight documentation processing.
What I did earn:
Develop air import cargo handling operations skill.
Problem - solving skill of irregularities.
Independent work skill.
This time allowed me to be deeply involved in Cargo Tracing in international aviation field, and
got knowledge email/SITA messages in field. I also had good relationship with forwarding
agents.
