Experience:
April 2015 - present, FAST METRO RIYADH, KSA
Project : (The Riyadh metro)
Client : the Ar-riyadh Development Authority (ADA).
Contractor : FAST consortium.
Position : Technical support at Depot & At-Grade in Line 4. Project Scope:-
The Riyadh metro will be 178km long with six lines and 85 stations including
underground, elevated and at-grade sections
ADA (the Arriyadh Development Authority) awarded the design and construction
contract of the Riyadh metro to three consortiums BACS, ANM and FAST.
FAST consortium, which is led by FCC Construccion, received a $7.9bn contract to
construct and design lines 4, 5 and 6 of the metro. The consortium includes FCC
Construccion, Samsung, Alstom, Strukton, Freyssinet Saudi Arabia, Typsa and Setec.
The scope of contract includes construction of 64.6km of rail track, 29.8km of
viaducts, 26.6km of underground track and 8.2km of over ground track.
Responsibilities:
1. Checking the design drawing & send RFI to designer.
2. Coordinate with design team to prepare the schedules for design drawing
according the schedule for construction.
3. Check the shop drawing based on the latest revision of design drawing.
4. Solve any clashes or any details not clear with design team.
5. Follow up our schedule to submit on time.
6. Study the all drawing (Mep + structural + Architectural).to can proceed our shop
drawing to avoid any delay & miss coordination.
7. Coordinate with MEP team to submit MEP shop drawing to can catch our
schedule.
8. Shear the latest information to site team to avoid any miss coordination.
9. Coordinate with consultant to discuss anything not clear with our design or shop
drawing.

Project: Construction of Hi-rise Tadawul Tower Project
(the tower consist of 3mtr deep raft foundation with 4 basement floors + lower ground
floor + ground floor , approximated area of G.F = 4050 m2 +42 floors ,
approximate area of floors = 2800 m2 , the height of the tower = 200 m ) located at
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
Client: Tadawul Real Estate Company LLC

Responsibilities:
1- Checking the design drawing and send RFI to can proceed our shop drawing .
2- Check the design is applicable to construct at Saudi Arabia or not & study any
details can’t follow at Saudi Arabia.
3- Doing conference meeting with the design team at Tokyo to clarify the urgent
issue.
4- Study the structural design with MEP & Architectural design to can make shop
drawing without any miss coordination.
5- Study any items required to be embedded with concrete & Doing meeting with
suppliers to include the details of material which available at local market.
6- Do schedule for shop drawing according to construction schedule.
7- Solving any miss coordinating & any problem at site with consultant or another
department.

QA/QC Engineer
1. Reviewing, and confirming technical submittals prior to be submitted to the
Engineer. Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC plans as per
the Company's Quality Policy.
2. Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with
the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to
ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
3. Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections
and tests made pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.
4. Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in
submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings,
As-built drawings.
5. Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.
6. Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities
deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry
practices.
7. Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of
inspection and testing until end of the contract and all pertinent records for
retention on completion of the project.
8. Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM) and alert the project team of
any potential problems

Site Engineer
1. Supervising the implementation of structural work and coordination with the
factory for pouring concrete and calculate quantities for concrete.
2. Check the Formwork (slab, columns, walls, etc...)According to the shop
drawing and ensure safety.
3. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per
specifications.
4. Check the structural drawing with architectural drawings and coordinate
them with other departments.
5. Negotiate the price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and
proposals for the project.
6. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
site labor and the work of any subcontractors.
7. Planning, and managing the work with available resources in order to meet
agreed deadlines
8. Ensuring the quality control, health and safety matters on site.
9. Preparing short terms programs, and work status tracking to ensure working
in line with project baseline program.

1. Consulting the construction of 15 residential buildings consisting of 6 floors in 6
October City including Inspection of excavation, level & rebar and form work of
foundation, slab and columns.

required inspections.
3. Reviewing of the structural drawings, and confirm them prior to issue them for
construction.
