1、中国总体发展目标General situation and main objectives of China's development

中国土地总面积960万平方公里,人口13.95亿。

China has a total land area of 9.6 million square kilometers and a population of 1.395 billion.

2018年,中国国内生产总值达到13.4万亿美元,但中国仍是发展中国家。

In 2018, China's GDP reached us $13.4 trillion, but China is still a developing country.

中国国家主席习近平表示,中国将在2020年全面建设小康社会。在过去的六年里,

中国已经使8200万人摆脱贫困。在今明两年,其余1600万人将摆脱贫困。

China’s President Xi Jinping has expressed that China will build up a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020. In the past six years, China has lifted 82 million people out of poverty. This year and next, the remaining 16 million will be alleviated from poverty.

2、公路交通发展

近五年来,中国公路网建设总投资已达1.3万亿美元。In the past five years, the total investment

into China‘s road network construction

has reached 1.3 trillion US dollars.

2018年底,公路总里程达到485万公里,高速公路总里程达14.26万公里。By the end of 2018, the total highway

mileage has reach 4.85 million

kilometers.Among it, motorway is 143

thousand kilometers and rural road is 4.04

million kilometers.

2003年农村公路建设迅猛发展Since 2003, rural Road construction developed rapidly

中国政府重视乡村发展,交通运输部加强农村公路建设,为农民提供好的出行条件。China government improved the development strategy of countryside. the Ministry of

Transport improved construction of rural roads for urbanization, aiming at providing pavedroads for farmers.

2014年至2017年底,农村公路建设投资2460亿美元。From 2014 to the end of 2017, 246 billion US dollars investment has been put in the

construction of rural roads.

近五年,累计新改建农村公路139.2万公里,中国农村公路总里程达405万公里

In the past five years, 1.392 million kilometers of new rural

roads have been constructed or rebuilt,and the total

mileage of rural roads in China reached 4.05 million

kilometers

全国99.5%以上的乡村通公路,路面铺装率超过80%More than 99.5% of Town and villages across the country

have access to roads, and the paved road more than 80%

一是部分高速路段交通拥堵问题,智慧出行与效率提升问题。公路网规模快速扩张,但交通需求时间和空间区域差异较大,部分路段满负荷运行。

The problems met with the operation andmanagement of Chinese road network are:

First, local traffic congestion problem, intelligenttransportation and efficiency improvement problem

The scale of road network is expanding rapidly, but

traffic demand varies in space and time, some

highways in southeast coast are running at full

capacity.

二是中国电动汽车近几年实现产业化规模化发展,公路

配套电气化设施不匹配的问题。

facilities for highway

针对上述两个问题,交通运输部近几年开展了三个方面的工作:

Aiming at above two problems, the Ministry of Transport has carried out work focusing on the following three aspects work in recent years.

第一、为提升智慧出行与效率,2018年交通运输部开展了智慧公路试点,提升公路运行服务水平。First, in order to improve intelligent transportation and efficiency, the Ministry of Transport launchedintelligent highway pilot project in 2018.

近两年,中国实施蓝天保卫战和污染防治攻坚战,大力

发展电动化清洁能源车辆,积极响应应对气候变化。截止

2017年,中国新能源汽车保有量约170多万,纯电动汽车近

150万辆,纯电动乘用车超过80.1万辆。

In the past two years, blue sky protection campaign and

pollution control tough battle have been implemented in China,

vigorously developing electric clean energy vehicles, actively

responding to climate change. By the end of 2017, China had a

total of more 1.729 million new energy vehicles, of which nearly 1.5

million were pure electric vehicles and 801,000 were pure electric

passenger cars.

The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have proposed to add more than

12,000 new centralized power stations more than 4.8 million distributed charging piles by 2020.

junctions to further promote energy conservation

and emission reduction in transportation.

一、国家发改委和国家能源局提出到2020年新增集中式换电站超过1.2万座,分布式充电桩超过480万个

无线移动充电:非接触电能传输、可移动,可支持电动汽车在行驶中充电。 2015年始,部分省市开

展了电动汽车无线移动充电技术的研发和示范。

Wireless mobile charging technology: non-contact power transmission、 mobility and it is a advanced technology to

support electric vehicle charging in driving. Since 2015, some provinces and cities in China have also carried out R&D and

demonstration work based on wireless non-contact mobile charging technology.

Shandong and Zhejiang province have carried

out tests on road performance and power generation

efficiency on solar roadway. The next step is to

develop a solar roadway with integrated wireless

mobile charging function.

总的来讲,现阶段中国电气化公路建设处在功能性测试验证阶段,大都是短距离、小功率试点试验线路。

In general, the current mobile wireless charging technology is still immature, most are only

short-distance, low-power pilot lines, which basically belong to principle test and functional

verification.

The first step, accelerate the popularization and application of the mature technology of

static plug-in charging piles to meet the development and charging needs of electric vehicles

in China.

Next, the highway electrification infrastructure will be constructed basically by three

steps:第1步,加快成熟公路充电技术推广应用,满足电动汽车发展和充电需求。

The second step, increase the R&D and demonstration support of non-contact

wireless mobile charging technology, and apply high-power wireless mobile charging

technology to the construction of China's charging highway infrastructure as soon as

possible.
