Such an attitude could hinder communication and cooperation between investors and those responsible for creating amicable social environment, and further could complicate the implementation of regu- lations aimed to improve both the social and economic environment. To analyse the impacts of capital investment on the social and politi- cal life of society, one should be able to distinguish between the "roles" and the "interests" of the parties involved. Only then one can obtain a objec- tive views on the matter. Finally, this paper also hopes to show that good communication is essential in order to make the regulations aimed to maximize the positive contributions of foreign investment to the country's develoment become more effective.
