SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST
Pioneer team in establishing Halliburton first’s internal RealTime Operation Support Center
in the Eastern Hemisphere region. This Singapore-based center provides data delivery and
presentation services to global clients in the oil and gas industries.
Responsibilities:
Virtual infrastructure resource allocation and configuration.
Client job orders scheduling and commissioning.
System and network resources monitoring. Case logging and tracking.
Remote technical support.
Training and knowledge transfers to junior members.
SENIOR TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL (REALTIME OPERATION ADVISOR)
SHELL MALAYSIA AND BRUNEI SHELL PETROLEUM ASSIGNMENTS
On separate posting timeframe; responsible in overseeing all aspect of data delivery from
offshore drilling operation into respective real time facility’s datacenter.
(Shell Malaysia’s RealTime Operation Center and Brunei Shell’s ADT Monitoring Service)
The role also extends into management of data capturing and transfer equipment and its
corresponding communication networks. And on need basis, travels to offshore oil rigs to
perform equipment installation and configuration to enable data transfers.
Achievements:
Project lead in the construction of Sperry Drilling’s Remote Operation Center (ROC) in Halliburton Brunei facility. The center also doubles as a secondary Disaster Recovery site for Brunei Shell’s primary real time center.

Development and deployment of a custom web-based emailing system for Halliburton rig crews to communicate within the confine of client’s network.
Receive MVP award (Maximizing Value-Added Performance) from Halliburton Brunei’s Sperry Drilling Country Manager for the successful delivery of the ROC facility and its accompanying Disaster Recovery plans.
Responsibilities:
Virtual infrastructure setup, deployment and maintenance.
Physical server installation and maintenance. Onsite focal-point and on-call technical support. Internal application support.
