Days  1  through  4:  BLASTOFF!    

Welcome  to  our  40-­‐day  immersion  in  abundant  thinking,  feeling  and  living!  Each  day  will  have  recommended  practices  including:  Soul  Questions,  Reading,  Journaling,  Affirmations  (Words  of  Power),  audios  and  other  action  steps.      The  only  thing  that  is  absolutely  ESSENTIAL  to  make  sure  you  do  every  day  is  to  listen  to  Aligning  with  Abundance  (“AWA”).    This  is  an  EXPERIENTIAL  program  so  you  will  be  involving  your  Body,  Mind,  Heart  and  Spirit.  Do  as  many  of  the  exercises  as  you  can  in  a  balanced,  healthy  way.        Put  checkmarks  in  the  little  boxes  for  each  activity  you  accomplish.  An  exercise  which  repeats  will  be  described  in  detail  the  first  time  only,  thereafter  just  by  the  title.      IMPORTANT!    PRINT  OUT  ALL  THESE  PAGES  and  put  in  your  binder  so  you  can  refer  to  the  pages  du  jour  as  well  as  past  pages  easily.    EXERCISES  IN  BLUE  ARE  MOST  HIGHLY  RECOMMENDED.  RESOURCES  ARE  ALL  POSTED  ON  OUR  NEW  RESOURCES  PAGE:  http://www.angelicabundanceactivator.com/resourceAAA.html    IMPORTANT:  Think  of  each  day  as  a  MENU  OF  ABUNDANCE-­‐AMPLIFYING  CHOICES.  Don’t  overwhelm  yourself  thinking  you  need  to  do  all  the  exercises.    Even  busy  people  find  it  easy  to  do  3  things  daily  (e.g.  AWA  audio,  affirmations  and  Happy  Money  audio,  et  al.).  People  who  do  not  have  many  commitments  in  terms  of  work,  family,  etc.,  right  now,  can  accomplish  5  or  6  daily.  Or  more.      You  do  not  have  to  do  ALL  of  the  daily  practices  but  do  stretch  yourself.  Do  your  best.      Set  a  reasonable  goal  for  yourself  and  record  it  here,  re:  How  many  practices  you  solidly  commit  to  daily  during  our  intensive.  THE  KEY  IS  TO  CONSISTENTLY    BUILD  YOUR  NEW  POSITIVE  HABITS  OF  THOUGHT,  WORD,  ENERGY,  EMOTION  AND  ACTION.    MY  “MDR”  MINIMAL  DAILY  REQUIREMENT:  MY  COMMITMENT  TO  MYSELF  =  #_____  OR  MORE  PRACTICES  DAILY.    Each  practice  will  have  a  little  box  next  to  it  that  you  can  put  a  checkmark  in  for  that  satisfied  feeling  of  “Did  it!”  By  the  way,  the  daily  handout  for  Day  1  is  much  longer  than  the  rest  of  them;  most  are  about  3-­‐4  pages.    Materials  you  will  need  at  home:  Journal.  Pen.  Highlighter.  Computer.  Printer.  Audio  device  to  play  CDs/MP3s.    Mirror.    Here  we  go!  Time  to  A-­‐BUN-­‐DANCE!    

FOCAL  THEMES  DAYS  1-­‐8:  SELF-­‐LOVE,  DESERVING,  RECEIVING,  ALLOWING

Day  1:  Through  the  Portal!    

EVERYDAY:  GOLDEN  TIME  IN  THE  MORNING,  SILVER  TIME  IN  THE  EVENING  

15  to  60  minutes,  whatever  you  can!    

Treat  yourself  to  a  sacred  beginning  and  ending.  Each  day  is  a  gift.    

Begin  with  meditation,  conscious  movement,  breathing,  affirmations,  prayer,  chakra  clearing,  journaling,  setting  your  intention  for  the  day,  gratitude,  whatever  feels  self-­‐nurturing  and  positive  to  you.  Also  see  the  journaling  and  self-­‐assessment  at  the  bottom  of  the  daily  practices  as  you  may  sometimes  want  to  do  the  Silver  evening  practices  in  the  a.m.  instead  of  eve.      End  with  a  sacred  act  of  gratitude,  reflection  and  peaceful  transitioning  into  the  Dreamtime.  This  can  include  the  above  or  inspirational  reading,  writing,  art,  a  self-­‐love  bath  or  massage,  energy  healing,  ceremony,  music,  etc.      Note  from  Sage:  “I  often  begin  my  day  by  standing  and  thanking  the  Earth,  reaching  up  to  Heaven  and  tickling  my  angels’  wings!  I  ask  ‘How  can  I  be  Your  hands  and  voice  today,  dear  God?’  Or  ‘How  can  I  be  the  best  ME  I  can  be  today?’”  

 DAY  1  EXERCISE:    PROSPERITY  DECLARATION  ¨  

Time  required:  About  5  minutes      

First,  read  it  silently.  Modify  wording  as  you  are  guided  until  it  totally  resonates  with  you.  Trust  your  inner  guidance.  You  may  shorten  it,  expand  it,  change  “Spirit”  to  “God,”  etc.  Just  be  sure  any  words  you  use  for  ANY  exercise  are  100%  positive!      Now  stand  with  dignity  before  a  mirror  and,  making  strong  eye  contact  with  yourself,  read  this  declaration  aloud  with  power!  This  is  your  100%  commitment  to  your  shift  into  greater  abundance.    This  program  is  a  GIFT  from  you  to  you,  given  and  received  joyfully,  fully  experienced  with  love.  Go  for  it  and  glow  for  it!    Alternatives:  Read  sitting  or  w/o  a  mirror.  Declare  in  front  of  a  friend  as  witness.      

My  Prosperity  Declaration:  “Today,  on  _______________  (today’s  date),  I,  ___________________  (your  name)  

do  fully  declare  that  I  AM  committing  40  days  of  Prosperity  Consciousness  because  I  deserve  total  abundance!  

I  commit  my  whole  self,  Body,  Mind,  Heart  and  Soul,  and  all  my  resources  to  the  joyous  cocreation  of  divine  prosperity,  for  myself  and  others.  

I  know  that  I  deserve  to  thrive  and  prosper.  I  know  that  I  am  good,  whole,  worthy,  and  holy.  

I  know  that  true  wealth  begins  within.  I  have  the  power  within  me  and  around  me  to  create  my  very  best  life.  I  desire  and  enjoy  a  healthy,  wealthy,  happy  life  from  this  moment  on.  

True  wealth  is  already  mine.  I  know  this  is  so,  and  so  it  IS.    Thank  you,  Spirit!”  Breathe  in  this  pure  feeling  of  prosperity  and  higher  truth  with  deep,  full  breaths.      

DAY  1  EXERCISE:  JOURNAL  DEDICATION  ¨  Time  required:  About  5-­‐10  minutes  

 Now,  feeling  this  vibration  of  creation  flowing  through  you,  on  the  first  page  of  your  Prosperity  Journal  (your  “PJ”),  write  a  dedication  that  represents  your  commitment  to  abundance  and  your  life  purpose.  You  may  wish  to  purchase  a  beautiful  new  journal  for  this  course.  You  can  use  the  Prosperity  Declaration  as  your  dedication,  write  one  from  your  own  heart,  or  use  this:

Read,  process  &  “own”  the  Aligning  with  Abundance  Action  Guide,  Manifest  Anything!,  all  the  written  material  thus  far.  For  any  material  you  are  reviewing  or  rereading,  this  time,  you  will  do  it  a  bit  differently.  You  get  to  mark  it  up  and  personalize  it  more  to  make  it  your  own.    DEFINITION  &  BENEFITS  OF  TEXT  RENDERING:    Text  rendering  is  a  learning  method  for  really  absorbing  and  integrating  (“owning”)  what  you  are  reading  by  making  notes,  underlining,  highlighting  and  personalizing  the  text.  Experiment  until  you  find  what  works  best  for  you.  You  will  be  asked  to  text  render  all  the  written  materials  from  now  on.    Read  and  reread  the  material  while  you  take  notes  –  either  on  the  pages  themselves,  in  your  journal,  on  the  computer,  or  use  sticky  papers.  You  can  also  use  a  highlighter  or  other  method  to  make  the  text  that  resonates  for  you  stand  out.      Highlight  three  (3)  or  more  sections  –  words  of  power  –  that  make  your  soul  shout:  “Yes!  That  is  so  true!”  or  “Oooh,  I  need  to  remember  that  one.”    CREATE  TRUE  PROSPERITY    NOW!  BOOK  CHAPTERS  Sage  will  be  sending  you  (separately)  chapters  from  her  new  channeled  book:  Create  True  Prosperity  Now!  As  you  receive  them,  read  them  and  text  render  them.

OPTIONAL  EXTENSION  EXERCISE:  MAKING  A  BOOKMARK  ¨    

You  may  wish  to  make  a  Text  Rendering  Bookmark  for  the  material,  which  says:  Questions  ~  Ideas  ~  Images  ~  Expands  ~  Reminds  ~  Apply/Action  

 Questions:         As  you  read,  what  questions  arise?  Ideas:         What  ideas  pop  into  your  head?  Images:         What  do  you  see?  (Memory,  vision/plan,  symbol,  etc.)  Expands:         How  does  this  expand  your  vision  or  sense  of  self?  Reminds:         What  did  reading  this  remind  you  of?  Apply/Action:    How  can  you  apply  this  to  your  own  life?  How  will  you  do  that?    You  can  be  artistic,  make  your  bookmark  pretty  with  borders,  doodles,  or  keep  it  simple.  An  index  card  works  fine.  The  bookmark  helps  you  text  render,  which  helps  you  go  deeper  so  you  don’t  just  read  the  way  you  usually  would.  You  get  to  really  “digest”  the  material  and  understand  how  it  applies  to  you.        Some  enjoy  a  light  preread  then  a  focused  read  with  notes  and  text  rendering.

SOUL  QUESTIONS  ¨  (“SQs”)  Time  required:  Minimal,  shift  in  consciousness,  to  5  or  10  minutes  if  you  journal  When  to  do  them:  Anytime,  throughout  the  day.  Also  when  you  journal  or  meditate  

 Soul  Questions  serve  as  openings  to  your  soul’s  deepest  truths.  

How  do  you  use  them?  Simple.  Ask  yourself  the  question  throughout  the  day,    in  meditation,  via  journaling,  index  cards,  whatever  helps  you  tune  in  and  ask…  listen  and  receive.    Your  answers  may  come  immediately  or  later,  and  may  seem  directly  connected  to  the  question,  or  may  take  indirect  forms,  such  as  feeling  happier,  making  healthier  choices,  noticing  you  are  more  creative,  intuitive  and  on  track,  having  a  powerful  spiritual  dream,  suddenly  feeling  like  skipping  or  singing  or  smiling.      FEELING  more  IN  LOVE  –  with  life!  J    

 You  may  want  to  post  SQs  visibly  or  program  them  as  popups/reminders  on  your  computer  or  phone.      There  will  be  recommended  Soul  Questions  with  your  daily  curriculum.  It  is  also  ok  to  work  with  more  than  one  question  on  a  given  day,  to  use  a  question  from  a  different  day,  or  to  ask  one  that  you  create~receive.      (If  you  come  up  with  some  other  good  ones,  please  do  share  them  with  us!  That’s  a  great  thing  to  post  online  in  our  cyberheartspace!  Facebook  especially)

You  can  listen  with  or  without  headphones.  Headphones  will  guaranteed  put  you  into  a  Theta  brainwave  fast  to  optimize  your  reprogramming  subconsciously.    Just  push  play  on  your  AWA  audio…  Sweet  dreams!

What  would  loving  myself  more  really  look  like?    What  would  it  sound  like?  Feel  like?  Envision  &  write  about  this  in  your  journal.  

 

KEEP  READING  &  TEXT  RENDERING  THE  MATERIAL    ¨    

PROSPERITY  DECLARATION    ¨  Read  the  Prosperity  Declaration  again  as  a  recommitment  ceremony  to  yourself.

Note:  Affirmations  will  be  the  same  or  similar  for  several  days  and  gradually  change.

TODAY’S  NEW  EXERCISE:  SELF-­‐LOVING  ACT  DU  JOUR  “ME  TIME,  BE  TIME”!  

Time  required:  Varies,  from  5  to  60  minutes,  depending  on  your  choice      

A) NEW  ONGOING  PRACTICE!  Self-­‐Loving  Act  Du  Jour:  ¨  You  have  been  asking  for  and  getting  guidance  into  how  you  can  love  yourself  more.  Today  you  get  to  do  it!    Enjoy  some  “Me  Time,  Be  Time.”  J    Do  something  today  that  fills  your  inner  spring,  something  wonderfully  fun  &  delicious,  just  for  YOU.  E.g.:  Take  an  herbal  bath,  do  yoga,  treat  yourself  to  a  special  meal  or  gift,  get  or  give  yourself  a  massage.  Dance,  listen  to  music,  enjoy  a  favorite,  uplifting  book  or  movie,  blow  bubbles,  take  a  nature  hike  or  gratitude  walk.  Do  what  YOU  love  and  love  what  you  do!    It  could  be  as  simple  as  drinking  a  cup  of  tea  really  consciously…  slowing  down  and  “unitasking.”    

 B) Self-­‐Love  Assessment

Every  time  you  think  of  a  FUNderful  way  to  love  yourself  –  and  your  life  –  write  it  down  on  your  list.  As  you  give  yourself  inner  permission  to  wonder  and  ponder  how  you  can  experience  more  pleasure,  joy  and  abundance,  you  will  find  that  these  creative  self-­‐loving  ideas  and  impulses  come  more  easily.

MORNING  JOURNALING:  ¨  Remember  any  dreams?  What  was  your  initial  mood  or  thought  this  morning?  Record  in  your  journal.  What  is  your  intention  for  your  day?    What  would  you  like  to  be,  do  and  have  today?    You  can  also  journal  about:    

SOUL  QUESTION  #3:  ¨  Are  my  giving  and  receiving  in  equal  balance?    

If  not,  how  can  I  create  more  balance?    How  can  I  open  my  hands  so  I  receive  more,

TODAY’S  WORDS  OF  POWER  AFFIRMATIONS:  ¨¨¨  NEW!  Throughout  this  course,  one  way  we  go  BEYOND  LAW  OF  ATTRACTION  is  by  helping  you  EMBODY  your  positive  new  beliefs  as  Highest  Truths  energized  and  empowered  throughout  your  whole  being!  Today,  you  will  begin  ANCHORING  your  affirmations  into  your  body  by  making  the  OK  symbol  with  your  fingers  while  you  declare  these  truths.    This  helps  create  a  MIND-­‐BODY  MEMORY  and  energetic  pathway  so  that  you  activate  these  highest  truths  into  your  being  at  a  cellular  and  quantum  level.    Or,  if  your  body  tells  you  to  use  another  anchoring  touch,  such  as  hands  over  your  heart,  hands  open  to  receive,  or  tapping  your  3rd  eye,  use  that  instead.  Once  you  have  selected  your  anchor,  you  need  to  be  consistent  and  use  only  that  particular  touch  or  gesture  whenever  you  anchor.      The  nice  thing  about  the  OK  fingers  anchor  is  it  is  subtle  so  you  can  do  it  anytime,  anywhere,  and  no  one  else  will  notice.  I  even  do  it  while  driving.  With  repetition,  your  anchor  will  be  associated  with  the  good  thoughts  and  feelings  and  images  such  that,  when  you  do  the  anchor,  it  will  “trigger”  this  positive  flow.    Today,  read/write/say  and  anchor  3X  STRONG  IN  A  ROW  =  1  SET.    Do  3  sets  today,  declaring,  breathing  it  in  while  anchoring:  

 I  deserve  to  love  myself  and  to  love  my  life.  So  I  do!

B) Keep  adding  to  your  Menu  of  Self-­‐Loving  Acts  chart  in  your  Prosperity  Journal.  BRAINSTORM  THIS  WITH  FRIENDS  AND  FAMILY.  ¨  They  may  think  of  some  great  joy-­‐building  choices  you  weren’t  aware  of.    For  example,  one  of  my  clients  found  it  incredibly  liberating  and  self-­‐loving  to  treat  herself  to  indoor  skydiving!  (surprisingly  affordable,  too)  I  never  even  knew  this  existed…  Another  one  feeds  ducks  at  the  park.  Enlist  support  for  your  self-­‐love  and  happiness  focus.    

C) Scheduling  More  Self-­‐Love:  ¨  

Did  you  do  this  yet!?  Let’s  go!  Make  it  real  and  set  aside  that  time.  If  you  did  this  already,  awesome!  J  You  deserve  it!  Need  some  ideas  for  how  to  do  this?  Today  could  be  the  perfect  time  to  look  through  some  magazines  or  your  files  of  fun  things  to  do,  or  cruise  around  the  Internet.  Or  the  self-­‐love  book.  Find  something  absolutely  awesome  that  you’d  love  to  do,  invite  a  friend  or  set  this  up  as  a  solo  activity.      Sprinkle  LOTS  of  self-­‐love,  joy-­‐inspiring,  full-­‐of-­‐life  events  during  your  40  day  program…and  beyond.      Recommended:  Develop  a  POSITIVE  HABIT  of  scheduling  a  special  Me  Time  at  least  once  a  week.        You  can  do  the  same  thing  each  week,  such  as  a  soothing  bath  or  a  nature  hike,  or  vary  what  you  do  during  your  special  time,  alternating  between  activities  that  are  more  inner  and  solitary  with  some  that  are  more  physically  active,  stimulating  and  social.  The  main  guideline  is  it  does  not  feel  like  work.      It’s  either  PLAY  or  just  BEING.      These  moments  fill  your  heart,  restore  your  body,  clear  and  inspire  your  mind,  and  awaken  your  soul.  These  immersions  in  a  longer,  more  in-­‐depth  self-­‐love  experience  are  crucial  and  are  in  addition  to  the  “little”  daily  moments  of  love  and  presence  that  you  are  experiencing  more  and  more  of  as  you  do  this  program.
