In 1990, Mr. Abidin, the founder of Sat Nusapersada (PTSN), started a manufacturing revolution by building a factory to produce printed circuit boards on the undeveloped, but strategically located island of Batam

In 1990, from only 22 employees, the company quickly expanded to meet greater outsourcing needs, producing a wider scope of electronic components and parts, as well as assembling semi-finished and complete products.

1990年には従業員22人だけでスタートしました。会社はすぐに拡大しより大きな外部委託の需要に直面することが出来、広範囲に渡る電子部品製造と半完成品及び完成品の組み立てを行いました。

1996年には表面実装技術(SMT)と自動挿入機(AIM)が設置され、製造能力は飛躍的に向上しました。表面実装事業においては2007年までに28本の製造ラインが設置されました。

Production capacity jumped significantly when Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Auto Insertion Machine (AIM) were setup in 1996. SMT services were established in 1996, rising to 28 production lines by 2007.

PTSNは2007年11月に株式を公開しました。当時では唯一最初にインドネシア株式取引所に登録された電子製造業者でした。

PTSN went public in November 2007 as the first and, to date, only electronics manufacturer to be publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

2007年度における技術革新事業としては、特に金属プレス加工に関する問題を解決することを目的として、PTSNは精密技術企業であるSMエンジニアリングを買収しました。

In 2007 PTSN acquired PT SM Engineering, a precision engineering company, to provide engineering innovation services, and in particular, metal stamping solutions.

同時にこれらの企業買収で得たプラスチック成型加工の技術増強は、PTSNを完全包括的電子製造業者として確立させ、製品が市場に出るまでの時間を劇的に短縮しました。

The addition of plastic molding and injection capabilities through an acquisition in 2007 established PTSN as a fully integrated EMS provider, dramatically speeding up time-to-market for our customers.

増収益に適応するために2008年と2011年に10番目と11番目の工場を建設し、事業を拡張しました。

In 2008 and 2011, PTSN expanded its business by building its 10th and 11th factories to accommodate increase in revenue.

DEDIcaTED TraININg cENTrEトレーニング専門施設

Sat Nusa had setup a dedicated training centre to equipped all employees with necessary training before putting them into production line. All employees are provided with basic production knowledge such as ESD, Product Safety, Production Document, 5S, 5M, so on and so forth.

A number of tailored made trainings for each operator are made in accordance with their respective job scope such as soldering, screw tightening, bonding, manual insert, production leader and quality control.

Manufacturing training program based on the philosophy of “lean Six Sigma” are implemented to all production management levels. Through this program, participants are assessed and provided with training by involvement in a program designed to enhance and develop the individual in a manner directly engineered for each person.

Sat Nusaは専門のトレーニング施設を完備し、製造現場に出る前に全従業員に対して必要なトレーニングを提供します。全従業員はESD・製品安全・生産ドキュメント・5S（整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・躾 )、5M（人・方法・測定・材料・機械）等の基本的な生産知識を学びます。

多種にわたる各オペレーター専用トレーニングシステムは、半田付け、ネジ締め、接着、マニュアル挿入、生産指導や品質管理といった、各業務の範囲に応じて作成されています。製造基礎研修プログラムは、「リーンシックスシグマ（定義・測定・分析・改善・管理・ムダ取り）」という発想に基づいて作られており、全生産管理段階で履行されています。

このプログラムを通して研修者は評価されるのと同時に、個々の技術向上と成長を目的に作成されたプログラムに参画する事で、直接的にエンジニアとしての技術を身に付ける事になるのです。

monitoring staff who are trained to deal with any incidents which may occur in the factories.

They monitor the threat, track intruders and call for on site well-trained security team or

the police for assistance wherever necessary. full incident reports are produced and sent to

authorized managers within 24hours.

常に技術動向の先を行く Sat Nusaは顧客の要望に応えるために進歩してきました。


Since the declaration of the Batam free trade zone in 1989, the island has undergone an incredible transformation, and now has numerous industrial parks, a modern airport, and ever-expanding infrastructure to serve the increasing number of foreign and locally-owned factories based there.

In April 2002, Singapore brought the Indonesian islands of Batam and Bintan into their bilateral free-trade pact with the united States. This free-trade agreement allows electronic components made in Bintan and Batam tax-free entry into the uS, providing a major boost for PTSN and other EMS companies on the islands.

Today we operate 12 factories and are the largest electronics manufacturer on the island. As a local company PTSN avoids unnecessary labor issues that some foreign factories have to contend with.

1989年のバタム自由貿易地域宣言以降、この島は驚くべき変化を遂げました。今日では多数の工業団地や近代的な空港、増加する外資・地元企業供給用のインフラ整備が拡大し続けています。

2002年春、シンガポールはインドネシア領のバタム島とビンタン島を、アメリカとの互恵的自由貿易条約に参加させました。この自由貿易条約により、ビンタン島とバタム島で製造された電子部品は無関税でアメリカへ輸出できる事になり、PTSNや他の電子製造業者に大きな生産増加をもたらしました。

私たちは現在12工場を操業しておりバタム島で最大の電子製造業者になっています。また、私たちはローカル企業のため外資系工場のような労働問題に対処する必要もありません。
