I. INTRODUCTION

This handbook will orient theatre and dance majors and minors to the Department of Theatre and Dance and answer fundamentalquestionsaboutthedepartment.Thishandbookisnotalegaldocumentnorisitintendedtoreplacetheuniversitycatalogorotherofficialuniversitydocuments.

II. GENERAL INFORMATIONTheperformingandvisualartsareanimportantcomponentoftheacademicandculturallifeoftheUWSPcampus.Academically,thetrainingofstudentsintheartsisessentialtotheselectmissionoftheuniversity.Theemphasisplaced on preparing students for professional careers in the arts contributes to UWSP’s uniqueness within the UniversityofWisconsinSystem.Culturally,thequalityoftheatreanddanceperformancesatUWSPhasbroughtstate,regional,andnationalrecognitiontotheDepartmentofTheatreandDance.ThehighqualityacademicandproductionprogramshaveestablishedUWSPastheprimaryundergraduatecenterinWisconsinforstudentsinterestedintheperformingarts.TheNationalAssociationofSchoolsofDance(NASD)andtheNationalAssociationofSchoolsofTheatre(NAST)accreditdepartmentprograms.

III. DEPARTMENT MISSIONEach department major and minor should understand the mission of the department and of each of the degree optionsoffered.Productiveeducationoccurswhenthestudentsandfacultyworktowardthesameobjectives.Pleasereadthefollowingcarefully.

The mission of the Theatre and Dance Department is to serve •Itsmajorsandminorsthroughcurricularofferingsandperformance/productionactivitiesthat heightenintellectual,artistic,cultural,andhumanesensitivities. •Thegeneralstudentpopulationthroughcurricularofferingsandstageproductionsthatengender anappreciationandunderstandingoftheperformingartsandtheircontributiontotheculturaland aestheticenrichmentoflife. •TheuniversitycommunityandgeneralcentralWisconsinpopulationthroughtheproductionofqualitystageperformances.

VI. DEGREE REQUIREMENTSDegree-seekingstudentsattheUniversityofWisconsin-StevensPointmust: •Completeaminimumof120credits •Completethegeneraleducationrequirements(GEP)forabaccalaureatedegree. • Complete the degree requirements for at least one major area of study •Completeaminimumoffortyupperlevelcredits,i.e.300-400levelcredits Double majors are possible for those pursuing either a BA degree in theatre or dance Double majors are not recommended for those pursuing a BFA degree

BA (Bachelor of Arts) TheBAdegreesintheatre(44-52credits)anddance(48-56credits)preparestudentsforadvancedstudyonthegraduatelevelandprofessionalpositions.

BFA in Acting, Musical Theatre and Design & TechnologyTheBFAisapre-professionaldegreeandrequiresthestudenttocompleteaminimumof78-80creditsinthemajorinadditiontotheGEPforthisdegree.

VII. ADVISINGAs a theatre and dance major or minor, you are assigned a departmental faculty advisor with whom you are re-quiredtomeeteachsemesterpriortoregisteringforclasses.YouradvisorislistedonyourdegreeprogressreportwhicheachstudentmayaccessonlinefromtheirmyPointpage.Specificadvisingperiodsforeachclassareannouncedandpostedseveralweeksbeforeyourregistrationdate.

Approximatelythreeweeksbeforetheofficialregistrationperiodbegins,eachfacultyadvisorwillpostanadvisingsign-up-sheetonhis/herofficedoor.Advisingtimewillbeassignedbyclassseniority.Itisyourresponsibilitytokeepyourappointment.Priortomeetingwithyouradvisor,useyourtimetabletoplanatentativeclassscheduleforthecomingsemester.Duringtheadvisingsession,youandyouradvisorwillreviewyourprogresstowardthecompletionofgeneraldegreeandmajorrequirementsanddetermineascheduleofclassesforthenextsemester.

VIII. COURSE REGISTRATIONTheRegistrar’sOfficedeterminesaspecificregistrationperiodforstudentstoregisterforclasses.Currentlyen-rolledstudentsregisterforspringsemestercoursesinlateNovember;andforthesummerandfallsemestercoursesinApril.YouwillbeassignedaspecificregistrationtimebytheRegistrar’sOffice;timesaredeterminedbyyourclassification,whichisdeterminedbythenumberofcreditsearnedtowardadegree.

ADDING AND DROPPING COURSESDonotmakeapracticeofaddinganddroppingcourses.Frequentdroppingofcoursescancausefailuretomakeasatisfactoryprogress,whichcanaffectyourfinancialaidstatus.Ifyoumustaddordropaclass,followtheproce-dureestablishedbytheRegistrar.Add/dropformsandinstructionsareavailableattheRegistrar’sOfficeorathttp://www.uwsp.edu/news/uwspcatalog/academic.htm

Duringthefirsteightdaysofthesemester,youmayaddordropcourses.Consultwithyouradvisorpriortothedecisiontoaddordropacourse.Coursesdroppedduringthefirsteightdayswillnotappearonyourtranscript.AgradeofW(withdrawn)willbegivenforallcoursesdroppedaftertheeighthdayofthesemester.Youmaynotaddaclassaftertheeighthdayofthesemesterexceptforextenuatingcircumstancesandonlywhenapprovedbythechair of the department in which the course is offered,theinstructorofthecourse,andtheadvisor.

Youmaydropacourseaftertheeighthdayandthroughtheninthweekofthesemesterafterconsultationwiththeinstructorandtheadvisor,andthedepartmentchair’ssignature.Aftertheninthweekofclasses,decisionsonlate drops will be made by the Enrollment Services Center and only if the reasons for dropping are serious illness, personalduress,orclearlybeyondthestudentscontrol.Ifyouneverattendorstopattendingaclassanddonotof-ficiallydropthecourse,youwillreceiveagradeofFinthecourse.

X. COURSE/INSTRUCTOR EVALUATIONSNeartheendofeachsemester,studentsaregivenanopportunitytoevaluatecoursesandinstructors.Theresultsoftheevaluationsareusedtodetermineteachingeffectivenessandcoursecontent.Theyalsoimpactfacultytenure/promotiondecisionsand,therefore,havepotentiallylong-lastingeffects.Itisimportantthatstudentstreattheevaluationprocessinacarefulandresponsiblemanner.

XI. CHANGING MAJORSBegintheprocessofchangingmajorsbytalkingfirstwitharepresentative,usuallytheChairpersonofthedepart-mentintowhichyouwishtotransfer.Ifyoudecidetochangeyourmajortooneinanotherdepartmentpleasefillouta“ChangeofMajor/Minor”formwiththeAdministrativeDepartmentAssociate.

However,understandthatchangingyourmajormaylengthenthetimetograduation.

XII. DEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATIONSItisessentialthateachstudentstayinformedaboutdepartmentalmatters.AllstudentsareresponsibleforinformationsenttotheirUWSPemailaccountandforcheckingthatemaildailyforclassupdates,Departmentannouncementsandnotestoindividualstudents.NoticesarealsopostedonthebulletinboardsoutsidethemainDepartmentofTheatre&DanceofficeandintheDancewarm-uparea.

Communicating with Faculty Outside of ClassFacultymembersareavailabletomeetwithyouduringtheirscheduledofficehours,postedoutsidethefacultymember’sofficedoor.Althoughfacultyaregenerallyamenabletoyourdroppingbyforachat,youshouldscheduleaspecificappointmenttimetotakecareofofficialbusiness.Facultyoffices,phonenumbersandemailaddressesarelistedinthishandbookintheMicrosoftOutlookaddressbook,andintheUWSPFaculty&Staffwebdirectory.

XIII. STUDENT USE OF DEPARTMENTAL FACILITIES

• Studentswishingtoworkafterscheduledhoursmustrequestthatpermissioninadvancefromtheir instructorormentorandtheappropriateshopsupervisorasthecasemaybe.ProtectiveServiceswill ask students to vacate these rooms unless they have received a request to the contrary from the Department. • Studentsareencouragedtomakeuseofthefacilitiesastheyareavailableonweekendstominimizethe needforlatenightwork. •Youareresponsibleforthecleanlinessandsecurityofallprogramspaces.Beforeleavingpleasecollect yourbelongingsandstraightentheroom.Ifyouarethelastgroupoftheday,turnoffthelightsandbe suredoorsaresecurelyclosed. Drama Rehearsal (NFAC 287) and Mainstage Rehearsal (NFAC 283)Asaregisteredstudent,youmayusedepartmentalspaceforrehearsals,approvedperformances,andmeetingsprovidedthespacedesiredisnotbeingusedforotherofficialdepartmentoruniversityactivities.NFAC287andNFAC283maybereservedonlyforonehourblockseachdaybysigninguponthesheetpostedoutsidetheNFAC283.Studentsmaycontinueusingthespaceaftertheirallottedtimeifitisnotsignedouttoanotherstudentorifthenextscheduledstudentsdonotshowuptousethespace.Thesespacescloseat1:00am.

Dance Studios (NFAC 130 and 136)Thetwo-weekscheduleforeachdancestudioispostedintheDanceProgramwarmupare,NFAC136A.Dancemajorsandminorsareeligibletoreserverehearsaltimeineitherstudiobysigningontheseschedules.iPodcordsareavailableforstudentuse.Thesespacescloseat11:00pm.

Costume Shop, Scene Shop, Jenkins Theatre and Studio TheatreThesespacesmaybeusedforappropriateclassandproductionwork.Theriggingsystem,powertools,personalliftsandladdersmayonlybeusedifatleasttwopeoplearepresentandoneofthoseiseitherafaculty/staffmemberorashopassistant.Thesespacescloseat1:00am.

XIV. DEPARTMENT SPACE RESTRICTIONSBeginningAugust25,2014,UWSPwillbeatobacco-freecampus.NotobaccousewillbepermittedonUW-StevensPointproperty.Thispolicyincludesallbuildings,parkinglotsandsidewalks,andappliestoallstudents,facultyandstaffmembers,contractors,vendorsandvisitorsduringandaftercampushoursandduringallcampusevents.Onlywater,insealedbottles,isallowedinclassrooms,rehearsalspacesandstudios.Foodandallotherbeveragesarenotallowedinclassrooms,rehearsalspaces,dancestudios,JenkinsTheatre,StudioTheatreorrehearsalrooms.Streetshoesarenotallowedinthedancestudios.

XV. PRODUCTION OPPORTUNITIESYouareexpectedtobeactivelyinvolvedinproductionactivitiesthroughoutyourcollegecareer.Normally,thedepartmentannuallyproducessixorsevenshowsbetweenourtwotheatres.WeoftensupportanumberofPlayers-sponsoredproductions(seesectiononPLAYERS).Informationaboutalloftheseisavailableatthebegin-ningoftheschoolyear.Additionalperformanceandproductionopportunitiesareannouncedthroughouttheyear.InformationaboutauditionsandproductionopportunitiesispostedintheDepartmentGreenRoom,andintheDanceProgramwarmuparea,NFAC136A.Checktheseboardsfrequently.

Auditions and CastingAuditionsfordepartmentproductionsareopentoallUWSPstudents.ThosewhohaveperformancescholarshipsandstudentsintheBFAActingandBFAMusicalTheatreprogramsarerequiredtoauditionforallfaculty-directedproductionsandmustacceptrolesascast.Exemptionsareconsideredbyformalwrittenrequestonly;permissiontoperforminanyoutsideactivity,includingPlayersproductionsthatmayconflictwithdepartmentalproductions,mustbereceivedinadvanceofmakinganycommitment.

Anyoutsideperformanceoremploymentmustbeapprovedbyyourprogramcoordinator.Rolesinfaculty-directedproductionswillnotbefilledbynon-studentsunlessthefacultyagreesthatthedemandsoftheproductionaresuchthatanadjustmentinpolicyiswarranted.

Onlystudentsingoodacademicstanding(2.0universityGPAand2.75departmentGPA)areeligibletobecastindepartmentalproductions.

Student Designers and TechniciansInordertoprovideforthebesteducationalexperienceandthesmoothexecutionofourshows,studentswhohavebeenassignedtoaproductionteamasadesigner,assistantdesigner,propertiestechnician,sceniccharge,orscenicartistmustmakethemselvesasavailablepossibleduringtheregularhoursthecostumeshop,propshopandsceneshopareopentobeavailabletowork,superviseandmeetwiththeirmentors.Thosestudentsmustrefrainfromcommitments,otherthanclasses,duringtheperiodtheirrespectiveshowis“intheshop”.Mentorswillendeavortobeavailableasmuchaspracticalduringshophours.

Youhavemanyopportunitiestoserveascrewmembers,crewheads,anddesignersformainstageandstudioproductions.Thedesignfacultymakesdesignandtechnicalassignments.Ifyouareinterestedinnon-performanceproductionopportunitiesmakeyourinterestsknowntooneofthedesignfacultyandstaff:GaryOlsen,SandyChilders,ScottWirtz-Olsen.Workingbackstageisanexcellentwayforyoutomeetothermajors,gettoknowthefaculty,andbeinvolvedinthedepartment.

UsheringUsheringopportunitiesforTheatreandDanceDepartmentproductionsareavailabletomajorsandnon-majors.Interestedstudentscansignupforusheringslotsforeachproductiononthe“ushervolunteer”formpostedintheboardoutsidetheTheatre&Danceoffice.OnlyusherswhoareenrolledUWSPstudentsareallowedtostayandseetheperformance,andonlyonetimeperproduction.AllushersmustfollowDepartmentofTheatre&Danceusheringanddressguidelines.

V. PROBATIONStudentsmakingunsatisfactoryprogressduringtheirFormalReviewofCandidacywillbeplacedononeormoreofthefollowingprobationarystatusesforthefollowingsemester:

Academic Probation – based on a student’s failure to maintain a GPA at or above the departmental standard of 2.75inthemajorcourseworkandtheUniversity’sGPAstandardof2.0ineachsemester.Assessmentofacademicperformancewillbemadeaftergradesarereportedforeachsemester.

Disciplinary Probation–basedonthefollowingfactors:unsatisfactoryworkonproductionassignments,unprofessionalattitude,repeatedabsencefromclasses,orotherbehaviorsthatimpairthestudent’sabilitytoprogress.Assessmentpertainingtotheseareaswillbemadeonanongoingbasis.

Practicum Probation–basedonastudent’sfailuretofulfilltheirpracticumrequirements.

VI. OUTSIDE ACTIVITIESTheatreandDancestudentsareadvisedthatitwillbedifficultforthemtofollowafull,requiredschoolscheduleiftheyarealsoengagedinnumerousactivitiesoutsideoftheDepartment.TheDepartmentexpectsitsstudentstofullyengageinprogramactivities,practicum,rehearsals,andperformanceopportunities.Studentsshouldarrangetheirschedulesandoutsideobligationsaccordingly.

I. PROGRAM MISSIONUWSP’s dance program aspires to create a dynamic culture in which students are inspired to achieve full physical expression,technicalandstylisticrange,andanatomicalefficiency.Wearededicatedtoartisticexperimentationand contemporary inquiry that is culturally relevant and historically grounded, preparing students to communicate, contributeandleadasglobalcitizenartists.

II. EXPECTATIONS, GOALS, AND PROFICIENCIESStudents in the Theatre and Dance Department are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in theirclasswork,rehearsals,performances,practicum,andintheirdailyinvolvementwithothers.Motivationanddisciplinearekeysfordeterminingfuturesustainablesuccess.

Artistic Growth:The UWSP Dance Program requires you to maintain a level of professionalism and decorum conducive to a future careerinthefield.Thefacultyexpectsyoutoachieveconsistentartistic,academicandprofessionaldevelopmentthroughout your course of study as evidenced by faculty responses and comments on assessment forms and your self-assessment.

V. PROBATIONStudentsmakingunsatisfactoryprogressduringtheirFormalReviewofCandidacywillbeplacedononeormoreofthefollowingprobationarystatusesforthefollowingsemester.

AFTERIMAGESAfterimagesStatementofPurpose:The Afterimages concert provides UWSP dance program majors and minors, and, as space allows, other Theatre & Dance Department majors and minors, and, as space allows, other Theatre & Dance Department majors and minors, withtheopportunitytolearnmoreaboutthechoreographicprocessandpresentnewworkinaconcertsetting.Engaginginthecreativeprocessfostersrespectforexperimenting,crafting,editing,anddirectingmaterial,andleadstocreatingqualitywork.Thedanceprogramfacultyandstudentshavedevelopedthefollowingpoliciestoprovide structure for this process:1)Numberofchoreographicslotsavailable:Inordertoprovideeachchoreographerwithsufficientrehearsaltimeandcastmembers,nomorethan20workscaninprocessduringthesemester.Choreographicslots will be awarded on the basis of class rank, prior Afterimagesparticipation,andcompositioncoursescompleted.2)Eligibility:ThoseeligibletosubmitchoreographyforAfterimagesaredanceprogrammajorsandminors. I. PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONTheUWSPBFAActingprogramintegratesthestudyofacting,movementandvoiceintoarigorous78-creditmajor.Thisprogramoffersexcellenttraining,multipleperformanceopportunities,andastrongliberalartseducationfordisciplinedandtalentedstudentsseekingaprofessionalactingcareer.

EXPECTATIONS, GOALS AND PROFICIENCIESStudents in the Theatre and Dance Department are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in theirclasswork,rehearsals,performances,practicum,andintheirdailyinvolvementwithothers.Motivationanddisciplinearekeysfordeterminingfuturesuitabilityintheprofession.

III. FORMAL REVIEW OF CANDIDACYThestudentwillbeformallyreviewedeachsemesterofdegreecandidacypriortothefinalsemesterintheprogram.The student will meet with one or more faculty members from their program to discuss the faculty’s assessment of theirprogress.

The review will consist of: 1.Facultyassessment.Thecoordinatorwillsolicitstatisticallytabulatedandwrittencommentsfromeach Theatre and Dance faculty member with whom you have worked with in class or rehearsal during the semester 2.Self-assessment.Youwillsubmitaself-evaluationtoyourcoordinator.Thisdocumentandthefaculty reviewwillformthebasisofyourformalevaluation 3.Evaluationmeeting.Youwillmeetwiththecoordinatorattheendofeachsemestertodiscussyour progress in the program and set goals for forthcoming semesters

IV. RETENTION CRITERIAInordertomaintainyourstatusasastudentintheprogram,youmustmeetthefollowingretentioncriteriaeachsemesteryouareenrolledasamajorinthedepartmentofTheatreandDance.

Artistic Growth:The UWSP Theatre and Dance Program requires you to maintain a level of professionalism and decorum conducivetoafuturecareerinthefield.Thefacultyexpectsyoutoachieveconsistentartistic,academicandprofessional development throughout your course of study, as evidenced by faculty responses and comments on assessmentformsandyourself-assessment.

V. PROBATIONStudentsdeemedtobemakingunsatisfactoryprogressduringtheirFormalReviewofCandidacywillbeplacedononeormoreofthefollowingprobationarystatusesforthefollowingsemester:

Artistic Probation–basedonanunsatisfactoryfacultyevaluationofthestudent’sgrowthandacquisitionofskills.

Academic Probation – based on a student’s failure to maintain a university GPA at or above the departmental standardof2.75inthemajorcourseworkandtheUniversity’sGPAstandardof2.0ineachsemester.Assessmentofacademicperformancewillbemadeaftergradesarereportedforeachsemester.

Disciplinary Probation–basedonthefollowingfactors:unsatisfactoryworkonproductionassignments,unprofessionalattitude,repeatedabsencefromclasses,orotherbehaviorsthatimpairthestudent’sabilitytoprogress.Assessmentpertainingtotheseareaswillbemadeonanongoingbasis.

Ifthereappearstobegroundsforprobation,thestudentwillberequiredtomeetwiththeprogramcoordinatortodiscussthenatureoftheprobationandtherequiredadjustments.Probationarystatuswilllastforamaximumofonesemester.

Attheendoftheprobationarysemester,thestudentwillbeevaluatedagainandtheprobationwilleitherbeliftedorthestudentwillbedismissedfromtheprogram.Students will be allowed only one probationary semester during their tenure in the department. Should the student’s work during a subsequent evaluation be deemed unsatisfactory, the student will be dismissed from the program. The Department of Theatre and Dance faculty reserves the right toremoveastudentfromtheirprogramwithoutthebenefitofaprobationarysemesterwhenevertheydeemsuchremovaltobeinthebestinterestofthestudentand/orthedepartment.PermissiontoenrollinDepartmentclassesiscontingentuponcontinuedsatisfactoryperformancewithinthemajor/minorprogram;thispermissionisrescindedifthestudentisdismissedfromtheprogram.

Probationary Status and PracticumStudentsondepartmentalprobationareineligibleforparticipationinproductionsasperformers,directors,choreographers,stagemanagersordesignersuntiltakenoffprobation.Studentswhohavenotsuccessfullycompletedapracticumrequirementneedtotaketwopracticainthesucceedingsemester.

AppealProbationdecisionsmaybeappealedinwritingtothedepartmentchair.

VI. OUTSIDE ACTIVITIESBFAActingstudentsareadvisedthatitwillbedifficultforthemtofullfilltherequirementsoftheirprogramiftheyarealsoengagedinnumerousactivitiesoutsideoftheDepartment.TheDepartmentexpectsstudentstofullyengageinclasswork,programactivites,practicumandrehearsal/performanceopportunities.Studentsshouldarrangetheirschedulesandoutsideobligationsaccordingly.

AsaBFAActingcandidate,thestudent’sprimaryobligationistotheBFAprogramandthedepartmentproductions.Therefore,theBFAactingstudentsmaynotparticipateinanyactivitythatisnotclassrelatedordirectlyrelatedtoperforminginaproductionthatispartoftheDepartmentofTheatre&Dance’sseason.

Performance ExemptionsStudentsmaypetitiontheBFAActingProgramCoordinatorforexemptionstotheaboveOutsideActivitiesrestrictions.A“PetitionforExemption”,consistingofanemailstatingthereasonfortherequestedexemption,mustbesubmittedtotheCoordinatorinadvanceofthecommitmentforwhichtheexemptionissought.TheCoordinatorwillmakeadecisionontheexemptionafterconsultationwithotherfacultyandstaffifnecessary.TheCoordinatorwillgrantexemptionssuchthatthestudentwillbeactivelyinvolvedinonlyoneproductionatatime.Thesubmissionofapetitiondoesnotguaranteethegrantingofanyexemption.Studentsdonotneedtoaskpermissionforanyactivitythattakesplacewhenschoolisnotinsession;i.e.,duringwinterbreak,springbreakorsummerbreak,unlessaproductionactivitytowhichthestudenthasvoluntarilycommittedtakesplaceduringthoseperiods.

VI. OUTSIDE ACTIVITIESBFAMusicalTheatrestudentsareadvisedthatitwillbedifficultforthemtofulfilltherequirementsoftheirprogramiftheyarealsoengagedinnumerousactivitiesoutsideoftheDepartment.TheDepartmentexpectsstudentstofullyengageinclasswork,programactivites,practicumandrehearsal/performanceopportunities.Studentsshouldarrangetheirschedulesandoutsideobligationsaccordingly.

AsaBFAMusicalTheatrecandidate,thestudent’sprimaryobligationistotheBFAprogramandthedepartmentproductions.Therefore,theBFAMusicalTheatrestudentsmaynotparticipateinanyactivitythatisnotclassrelatedordirectlyrelatedtoperforminginaproductionthatispartoftheDepartmentofTheatre&Dance’sseason.

Performance Exemptions:StudentsmaypetitiontheBFAMusicalTheatreProgramCoordinatorforexemptionstotheaboveOutsideActivitiesrestrictions.A“PetitionforExemption”,consistingofanemailstatingthereasonfortherequestedexemption,mustbesubmittedtotheCoordinatorinadvanceofthecommitmentforwhichtheexemptionissought.TheCoordinatorwillmakeadecisionontheexemptionafterconsultationwithotherfacultyandstaffifnecessary.TheCoordinatorwillgrantexemptionssuchthatthestudentwillbeactivelyinvolvedinonlyoneproductionatatime.Thesubmissionofapetitiondoesnotguaranteethegrantingofanyexemption.Studentsdonotneedtoaskpermissionforanyactivitythattakesplacewhenschoolisnotinsession;i.e.,duringwinterbreak,springbreakorsummerbreak,unlessaproductionactivitytowhichthestudenthasvoluntarilycommittedtakesplaceduringthoseperiods.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONTheBFADesign&TechnologyProgramisacoherent,dynamic,andrigorouscourseofstudy,designedtoofferitsgraduatesastrongfoundationforasuccessfulcareerindesignandtechnicaltheatre.Whilethegraduateswillreceivealiberalartseducation,mostofthecurriculumisspecificanduniquetodesignandtechnicaltheatre.Consequently,thosestudentsthinkingofchoosingtheBFAcurriculumshouldcarefullyassesstheirvocationalgoalsandthedepthoftheircommitment.Thecandidatewillpossessartisticpotentialandsensibilityandastrongwillingnesstosucceed.
