主要研究方向

建立社區精神醫療網 精神醫療模式多元化及社區化，結合居家照護、社區復健中心以及康復之家，服務對象

包含精神分裂症患者、智能障礙兒童、以及其他慢性精神疾病患者。

持續追踪精神疾病之預防醫學及處遇方針 對各種不同疾患及族群做相關研究，利用結構方程模式 (Structural Equation

Modeling; SEM) 以及 Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) 等統計方法來找出潛在危險因子以及篩選指標。

研究精神遺傳流行病學 針對某些疾患與基因進行研究，如阿茲海默症與 Apolipoprotein E 有其相關性，尤其

是 Apoε2 及 Apoε4 ；而憂鬱症則與單胺氧化酶基因 (MAOA gene) 有相關連等等。遺傳與環境的交互作用，基因之變異與較差之環境可能會引發疾病的發病。

與台灣其他教學醫院合作研究“出生世代”及“精神疾病患者戒煙計畫”，以及與國際大學合作研究“自閉症、精神分裂症患者之社區治療模式”

參與國民健康局推動之台灣出生世代之研究。自 2003 年開始進行前置作業， 2005 年開始正式研究。我們以“嬰幼兒發展量表”持續追蹤此世代的兒童至目前五歲。
