Bildgebende Diagnostik mit mehrphasigen Modalitäten
ERC / MRCP bei Gallenwegsbeteiligung
Primovist-MRT als Ergänzung
Entscheidend für eine niedrige Morbidität, Mortalität und
Komplikationen ist eine ausreichende metabolische Rest-
Leberfunktionskapazität (FRLF)
Eine Volumen-/Funktionsplanung durch Kombination von
(CT/MRT)-Volumetrie und LiMAx-Test kann die funktionelle
Restkapazität zuverlässig voraussagen
Festlegung des richtigen OP-Zeitpunktes bei ALPPS, Klatskin-
TM u.ä. und Detektion von Komplikationen ist möglich
Resektion nach PVE ggf. deutlich früher (2 Wochen)
