An outspoken need for strengthening /updating the technical skills among library staff
Key messages Library patrons turn to library staff for practical support in technical matters
Continuous technical training is of crucial importance for staff to stay relevant
Staff should also develop skills in how to use these devices for creating content
An inspiring example has to be created
