§å ¸n tèt nghiÖp Bé m«n Khai th¸c HÇm lß LêI NãI §ÇU Trong qu¸ tr×nh c«ng nghiÖp ho¸, hiÖn ®¹i ho¸ ®Êt níc, ngµnh than ®îc coi lµ mét trong c¸c ngµnh kinh tÕ mòi nhän. Ngµnh c«ng nghiÖp khai th¸c than cung cÊp nguyªn, nhiªn liÖu cho rÊt nhiÒu ngµnh c«ng nghiÖp chñ chèt kh¸c nh: §iÖn lùc, hãa chÊt, luyÖn kim, xi m¨ng. Ngoµi ra than cßn ®îc xuÊt khÈu ®em l¹i nguån lîi nhuËn lín cho ®Êt níc, vµ lµ nguån chÊt ®èt phôc vô cho sinh ho¹t ®êi sèng cña nh©n d©n. ThÊy râ ®îc tÇm quan träng cña ngµnh than, trong nh÷ng n¨m qua, §¶ng vµ Nhµ níc ta ®· t¹o ®iÒu kiÖn cho ngµnh ®Çu t rÊt nhiÒu c¸c trang thiÕt bÞ, ®Æc biÖt lµ viÖc ®µo t¹o båi dìng ®éi ngò c¸n bé c«ng nh©n ®Ó ®¸p øng yªu cÇu s¶n xuÊt than cho ®Êt níc. Sau qu¸ tr×nh häc tËp t¹i trêng §¹i häc Má - §Þa chÊt Hµ Néi, em ®· ®îc c¸c thÇy, c« trang bÞ nh÷ng kiÕn thøc c¬ b¶n còng nh ®îc t×m hiÓu, nghiªn cøu vÒ ngµnh khai th¸c má nãi chung vµ ngµnh khai th¸c má HÇm Lß nãi riªng. §îc sù ph©n c«ng cña nhµ trêng em ®· ®îc vÒ thùc tËp tèt nghiÖp t¹i c«ng ty than Vµng Danh vµ ®îc giao ®Ò tµi víi néi dung thiÕt kÕ nh sau: PhÇn chung: ThiÕt kÕ më vØa vµ khai th¸c khu II - C¸nh gµ, má than Vµng Danh tõ møc +135 ®Õn møc 0 ®¶m b¶o s¶n lîng 1,5 triÖu tÊn/n¨m PhÇn chuyªn ®Ò: Lùa chän c«ng nghÖ khai th¸c hîp lý cho c¸c vØa than cña khu vùc thiÕt kª ®¶m b¶o s¶n lîng 1,5 triÖu tÊn/n¨m §îc sù híng dÉn nhiÖt t×nh cña thÇy gi¸o ThS. Lª Quang Phôc em ®· hoµn thµnh ®å ¸n tèt nghiÖp ®îc giao. Tuy nhiªn do thêi gian vµ tr×nh ®é cã h¹n nªn ®å ¸n ch¾c ch¾n cßn nhiÒu sai sãt vÒ néi dung còng nh h×nh thøc. Trong qu trnh cng nghip ho, hin i ho t nc, ngnh than c coi l mt trong cc ngnh kinh t mi nhn. Ngnh cng nghip khai thc than cung cp nguyn, nhin liu cho rt nhiu ngnh cng nghip ch cht khc nh: in lc, ha cht, luyn kim, xi mng. Ngoi ra than cn c xut khu em li ngun li nhun ln cho t nc, v l ngun cht t phc v cho sinh hot i sng ca nhn dn.

Thy r c tm quan trng ca ngnh than, trong nhng nm qua, ng v Nh nc ta to iu kin cho ngnh u t rt nhiu cc trang thit b, c bit l vic o to bi dng i ng cn b cng nhn p ng yu cu sn xut than cho t nc.

Sau qu trnh hc tp ti trng i hc M - a cht H Ni, em c cc thy, c trang b nhng kin thc c bn cng nh c tm hiu, nghin cu v ngnh khai thc m ni chung v ngnh khai thc m Hm L ni ring. c s phn cng ca nh trng em c v thc tp tt nghip ti cng ty than Vng Danh v c giao ti vi ni dung thit k nh sau:

I.1.a l t nhin

I.1.1.a l ca vng m, khu vc thit k, sng ngi, i ni, h thng giao thng vn ti, ngun nng lng v nc sinh hot.

* Khu ng Vng Danh t l xuyn va +122 n phay F1 di 2,5 km

* Khu Cnh g Vng Danh t phay F8 n F13 di 2,5 km

* gia l khu Ty Vng Danh.

+ Pha ng m gip m than Ung Thng, c phay F1 l ranh gii.

+ Pha Ty m gip m than Nam Mu (Than Thng), c phay F13 l gianh gii.

+ Pha Bc m l ng phn thu dy Bo i.

+ Pha Nam m l khu vc mt bng cng nghip m.

- Khu m nm khu vc c i ni cao trung bnh v kh dc, cao trung bnh t 300 (350 m. Trong phm vi bin gii ca m khng c sng ngi chy qua, ch c cc con sui phn nhnh bt ngun t dy ni Bo i chy theo hng Bc Nam ra sui Vng Danh. Cc sui u nng, vo ma kh t nc, lng sui dc v hp.

- T trung tm m chy tri di ra n trung tm th x Ung B theo ng t c b tng ho l 12km. C tuyn ng st rng 1000mm chy t khu nh sng m n cng in Cng di 17km. I.1.2.Tnh hnh dn c, kinh t v chnh tr khu vc thit k.

Dn c trong vng ch yu l dn tc Kinh v dn nhp c, mt s l ngi dn tc nh: dn Sn Du, dn tc Dao h sng tp trung thnh lng bn xung quanh khu vc tr trn Ln Thp gn st cc sn i ni. Ngh nghip ca ngi dn y ch yu l cng nhn phc v cho cc m, X nghip khc nhau vi cc ngnh ngh khc nhau. Ngoi ra cn mt s dn lm ngh nng nghip v lm ng nghip hoc phc v bun bn dao dch t do.

V chnh tr: ngi dn lun i theo ch x hi ch ngha, lun lm vic v sinh sng theo ng ni chnh sch ca ng v Nh nc ra.

V kinh t: do ngy cng c i mi v cng ngh khai thc cng nh trnh tri thc vn ho ngy cng c nng cao, nn kinh t trong vng ngy cng pht trin, i i vi s pht trin ca ngnh than.

I.1.3. iu kin kh huM than Vng Danh thuc vng ni cao li gn bin nn kh hu mang tnh nhit i, hng nm c 2 ma r rt: ma ma v ma kh.

Ma h c gi ng Nam, tc gi trung bnh 3,1 m/s, ma ng c gi ma ng Bc tc gi trung bnh 4,2 m/s.

Lng ma hng nm thng t 2400 - 2700mm, do lng ma ln hn lng bc hi nn m tng i ln.

I.1.4. Qu trnh thm d v khai thc khu m

Cng vi khong sng Vng Danh, khu Cnh G t trc ti nay c thm d qua nhiu giai on. Ngi Php thm d v khai thc t nm 1914 n nm 1953. T ngy ho bnh lp li, qu trnh thm d v lp bo co nh sau:

- Bo co thm d khu Hng Qung nm 1962.

- Bo co thm d t m khu Ty Vng Danh nm 1965.

- Bo co a cht kt qu cng tc thm d b sung khu Cnh G nm 1966.

- Bo co kt lun b sung v tr lng l bng khu Vng Danh t +122 ln l va nm 1970.

- Bo co trung gian thm d t m khu Vng Danh nm1976.

- Bo co thng tin khu ng Vng Danh nm 1983.

- Bo co thng tin thm d b sung l bng +135 khu II Cnh G nm 1985.

- Bo co trung gian kt qu thm d a cht mc -150 khu Vng Danh (phn khu Vng Danh, phn khu Cnh G, phn khu Ung Thng) nm 1994.

- Bo co a cht kt qu thm d khai thc phc v xung su mc +50 khu trung tm m than Vng Danh nm 1997.

- Bo co ti xy dng c s d liu a cht v nh gi tr lng kinh t m Vng Danh do cng ty pht trin Tin hc - Cng ngh v Mi trng (IT&E) nm 2001.

- Bo co tng hp ti liu a cht khu Cnh g - m than Vng Danh-Ung B - Qung Ninh do Cng ty a cht m lp nm 2004, tr lng tnh n 31/12/2003.

I.2. iu kin a cht

I.2.1.Cu to a cht vng m

a.a tng.

a tng khu Cnh g - m Vng Danh bao gm trm tch h Trias thng thng bc Nori-rti ip Hn Gai (T3n-r hg) v trm tch t. Trm tch h Trias thng thng bc Nori-rti ip Hn Gai phn b trn ton din tch khu m gm:

1. Ph ip di (T3n-r hg1)

Phn b thnh di nh hp, chy di theo phng ng Ty, c chiu dy khong 130m. t ch yu l cui kt, ct kt, bt kt.

2. Ph ip gia (T3n-r hg2)

Phn b thnh di chy di theo sn ca dy Bo i. Ph ip gia c chiu dy t 700 ( 1000m, bao gm cc loi t cui kt, sn kt, ct kt, st kt v cc va than. Nm trong a tng ny c mt cc va than t 1 n 11. Ph ip gia c chia thnh 3 tp.

- Tp th nht: (T3n-r hg12): t ch yu l ct kt, bt kt mu xm tro, c cha t 1( 3 va than chiu dy mng, khng n nh. Khng c gi tr cng nghip.

- Tp th hai: (T3n-r hg22): T vch va 3 n vch va 8. t ch yu l ct kt, bt kt, cc lp sn kt thng mng v khng duy tr. Tp hai cha 8 va than v phn va, y l i tng chnh ca cng tc thm d v khai thc.

- Tp th ba (T3n-r hg32): t ca tp ny ch yu l ct kt v cc ht th nh sn kt, cui kt. Trong tp ny c cha t 1( 3 va than mng, khng c gi tr cng nghip.

3. Ph ip Hn Gai trn (T3n-r hg3)

Phn b phn nh ca dy Bo i. t ch yu l cui kt, sn kt v xen k l cc lp bt kt, ct kt mng.

4. Trm tch t (Q):

Tt c din tch m u c ph bi mt lp v phong ho gm cui, si, sn, ct, st b ri c mu vng nu hoc xm nu, chiu dy ca lp ph t ny khong t 1(20m.

b.Kin to

Khu Cnh G l mt phn din tch thuc cnh nam ca np lm Bo i, cm n nghing v bc vi gc dc thay i t 150 (500. Vi s tn ti cc t gy, un np th hin khu m c cu trc a cht phc tp v c cc nh a cht trc y xp m vo nhm m loi III.

1.H thng np un:

Khu m Vng Danh c 5 np un chnh, trn cc np un chnh c cc np un nh mang tnh cc b. Cng xung su gc dc cc cnh un np cng thoi dn.

M Cnh G c hai np un ln, np li ty Cnh G v np lm ng Cnh G nhng do cc h thng t gy v cc np un th cp lm cho hai np un ny tr nn phc tp.

* Np li Ty cnh g:

C phng trc bc nam gn trng vi tuyn IX u trc pha bc chc xung, gc dc ca hai cnh khng n nh, cnh pha ty dc hn cnh pha ng , dc thay i t 15o( 45o. Trn hai cnh tn ti nhiu np un nh cc b, thm ch c c np un o, khng duy tr, cng xung su th np un cng b xo nho.

* Np lm ng cnh g:

C phng trc ng Bc - Ty Nam gn trng vi tuyn 10 v tuyn 66B. Hai cnh khng cn xng, cnh pha ty c dc thay i t 25 ( 35o, cnh pha ng c dc ln hn, thay i t 35 ( 600, np lm ny b hai t gy ct qua hai cnh l t gy F10 cnh ty v F40 cnh ng.

2. Mng li t gy:

Khu Cnh G b phn ct thnh nhiu khi kin to ngn cch nhau bi cc t gy. Cc t gy y pht trin theo dng to tia: chm li pha nam v to ra pha bc nh dng cnh cy. Da vo mc lin quan, kh nng nh hng v cng hot ng c th ghp thnh ba h thng chnh sau:

+ H thng t gy F12 (pha ty) gm: F13, F12, F11, F11A.

+ H thng t gy F10 gm: F10B, F10A, FN20, F40.

+ H thng t gy F8 (pha ng): F9, F8, F7, F6 (F7, F6.

Trong cc h thng t gy ny vi cc t gy chnh nu trn cn nhiu cc t gy nh sinh km, c t gy c pht hin v kh nng cn nhiu t gy cha c pht hin do c ly dch chuyn nh.

I.2.2. Cu to cc va than

* Va 4: C chiu dy khng n nh, thay i t 0.33m n 9.97m trung bnh 2.6 m

Va 4 thuc loi va c cu to phc tp, va c t 1 n 9 lp kp, ph bin t 2 n 8 lp kp. Chiu dy cc lp kp thay i t 0,01 n 0.87mt, trung bnh 0.23 m

tro ca va trung bnh: 23.51%.

* Va 5: C chiu dy khng n nh, thay i t 0.65m n 13.5m trung bnh 6.5 m

Va 5 thuc loi va c cu to phc tp, va c t 1 n 16 lp kp, ph bin t 2 n 16 lp.

Chiu dy cc lp kp thay i t 0,01 n 1.81 mt, trung bnh 0.28m

tro trung bnh ca va: 20.69%

* Va 6: C chiu dy khng n nh, thay i t 1.27m n 9.08m trung bnh 3.4 m

Va 6 thuc loi va c cu to phc tp, va c t 1 n 06 lp kp, ph bin t 1 n 5 lp.

Chiu dy cc lp kp thay i t 0,01 n 1,03 mt.

* Va 7: C chiu dy khng n nh, thay i t 0.57m n 26mm trung bnh 7.6 m

Va 7 thuc loi va c cu to phc tp, va c t 1 n 18 lp kp, s lng lp kp gim dn t Ty sang ng. Chiu dy cc lp kp thay i t 0,01 n 2.27 mt, trung bnh 0.24m.

* Va 8a: C chiu dy tng i n nh, thay i t 1.03m n 11.55m, trung bnh: 2.7m

I.2.3. Phm cht than

a) Tnh cht c l v thch hc ca than.

Than Vng Danh c mu en nh kim loi, than cng gin, c kin c f =1(3, t trng (1,5(1,67)T/m3. Tnh cht ca than tng i n nh. Hm lng trung bnh v tro ca than thp, thnh phn tp cht nh.

b) Thnh phn ca than.

Than Vng Danh thuc loi antraxit dng lp hoc khi bin cht cao, khng khi, t tp cht.

I.2.4. a cht thu vn

a) Nc mt.

Khu m Vng Danh c tng din tch b mt l 14Km2, phm vi khu m khng c cc sng ln v h cha nc m ch c h thng sui nh v va chy qua ri hp thnh con sui ln, chy ra sng Ung B. Ngun cung cp nc mt ch yu l nc ma, theo ti liu quan trc thu vn cho thy lu lng tng hp cc sui chnh l Qmax = 0,04 m3/s, Qmin = 0,015 m3/s. Nc vng l loi nc hi cng, c t tp cht trong nc.

b) Nc ngm.

Qua o c a cht thu vn cho thy, tng cha nc trong khu m gm 3 phc h ch yu:

Phc h cha nc nm trong t t, thuc loi mng h thp, lu lng nc < 0,001 m3/s, nc ngm nm trong tng ny khng nh hng n khong sng, ngun cung cp nc ch yu l nc ma v n c thi ra theo mng sui cung cp cho nc mt.

Phc h cha nc nm trong t Triat-Juna, c phn b khp khu m, ngun cung cp nc ch yu l nc mt, tng lu lng nc ln nht vo ma ma l 0,734 m3/s, nh nht vo ma kh l 0,047 m3/s.

Phc h cha nc nm trong t Triat-trung h, lu lng nc nh khong 5.10-5m3/s, l tng cha nc tt nht y tng cha than.

Nc y c tnh cht axit yu (PH = 6(7), nc hi cng, nhit nc 23(34oC.

I.2.5. a cht cng trnh

a. Tnh cht c l v thnh phn ca t .

Cu to a cht khu m Vng Danh gm cc loi : sn kt, st kt, ct kt v cc lp than trm tch xen k nhau, cu to phn lp tng i n nh. Nm st cc va than thng l nhng lp st kt hoc st than cch nc v thm nc km. Ct kt c ht thay i t mn n th, cu to rn chc, c h s kin c f = 6 ( 9, t trng 2,67 T/m3. Bt kt cu to phn lp mng n trung bnh, h s kin c f = 5 ( 7, t trng 2,58 ( 2,63 T/m3. St kt cu to lp, cch nc v thm nc km, h s kin c f = 4 ( 6, t trng 2,56 T/m3.

b. Cc hin tng a cht cng trnh.

Khu m c a hnh i ni phn lp mnh, nhiu phay ph un np to nn cc mt trt, cc i v nhu t vi khong sn gy nn nhng kh khn trong cng tc thm d, xy dng v bo v cc cng trnh m. Lp t ph t phn lp khng u, a hnh dc nn thng xy ra cc hin tng trt n t cc sn ni, khe sui v ta luy cc cng trnh khi o.

I.2.6. Tr lng

Tng tr lng a cht cho phn khai thc l ging tnh n 31/12/2004 l: 76101.13 ngn tn than

Trong :

+Tr lng cp C1: 29 631.57 tn chim 38.9%

+Tr lng cp C2: 46 469.55 tn chim 61.1%

Theo nh gi tr lng khu II Cnh G t mc +135 n 0 l khong :15,8 triu tn

I.3. Kt lun

Qua phn tch c im a cht khu vc Cnh G v iu kin a cht khu vc, ta thy nhng thun li v kh khn khi thit k m va v khai thc nh sau:

V iu kin thun li: v tr khu vc thun li cho cng vic cung cp vt t, thit b ng lc, vn chuyn than v cc cng vic xy dng mt bng cng nghip. C ngun cung cp nhn lc ln, trnh vn ho dn tr cao. Khu vc thit k tng i cao, d dng cho vic thot nc v vn ti. Cu to va than tng i n nh, cht lng than tt.

V mt kh khn: a hnh a cht m phc tp, c nhiu phay ph phc tp cc b, c ni c kh CH4, CO2, H2 cao nn trong qu trnh khai thc rt kh khn, thng gi phi tt. Do a hnh cao nn vic m ng, san gt mt bng cc ca l cng tng i nhiu.

Vi nhng thun li v kh khn nh vy, m c nhiu ti liu thm d a cht tng i chnh xc nn c nhng bin php ph hp phc v cho sn xut than.

II.1. Gii hn khu vc thit k

II.1.1. Bin gii khu vc thit k

Khu Cnh g cng ty than Vng Danh c phn chia thnh 3 khu vc khai thc theo cc t gy kin to a cht nh sau:

- Khu I (Cnh g I), t t gy F.8 n t gy F10B;

- Khu II (Cnh g I +Cnh g II), t t gy F10B n t gy F.12;

- Khu III (Cnh g II). t t gy F.12 n t gy F.13.

Khu vc thit k thuc khu II Cnh g, phm vi khai trng khai thc khu II Cnh G nh sau:

-Pha bc gii hn bi ng nh hng trn mt a hnh khi khai thc va 8a

-Pha ng gii hn bi t gy F10B

-Pha ty gii hn bi t gy F12

-Pha nam gii hn bi l va va va 4

II.1.2. Kch thc khu vc thit k

Chiu di theo phng bnh qun ca cc va trong khu vc thit k l 1400m.

Tr lng trong bng cn i l tr lng m trong iu kin a cht, iu kin kinh t v k thut hin ti khai thc chng c hiu qu.

Cn c vo cc c im a cht khu vc thit k ta thy cc va than: V4, V5, V6, V7, V8, V8a u c cht lng than tt, cc thng s chiu dy, gc dc ca cc va u m bo v mt k thut khai thc trong thi im hin ti. Vic khai thc cc va ny trong thi im hin nay s mng li hiu qu kinh t nht nh, do tr lng trong bng cn i chnh l tr lng a cht tnh cho cc va trn.

II.6. M va

II.6.1.Khi qut chung

a.Khi nim

M va cho rung m l vic o cc ng l t mt t n va khong sng. Cc ng l ny m bo kh nng o cc ng l chun b tin hnh khai thc khong sn.

Vic la chn hp l s v phng php m va rung m c ngha rt quan trong i vi vic tng cng sut sn lng m, v cc hot ng sn xut ca x nghip. Bi n quyt nh thi gian, quy m vn u t c bn cn thit cng nh cng ngh trong sn sut, nh hng trc tip n vic p dng khoa hc k thut vo sn xut.

Phi da vo cc yu t nh chiu dy va, gc dc, tnh cht c l ca than, tnh cht ca tr, vch, cha nc xung quanh, cn c vo tui m, sn lng, kch thc rung m la chn phng php m va hp l nht p ng cc yu cu v k thut cng nh v kinh t.

b.Cc yu t nh hng ti cng tc m va ca khu vc thit k

Cng tc m va chu nh hng rt ln bi cc yu t a cht, a hnh. Ngoi ra n cn ph thuc vo iu kin thc t ca khai trng sn xut.

Khai trng khu vc thit k bao gm cc va 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a t mc +135 tr xung. T mc +135 tr ln v ang c khai thc, v vy m khu vc thit k chu nh hng nhiu ca nc ngm. Thm vo khu vc cn chu nh hng ca cc t gy chy qua.

II.6.2. xut cc phng n m va

a. xut mt s phng n m va

Sau khi nghin cu ti liu a cht, a hnh khu vc thit k n nhn thy khong sng Vng Danh c c im a cht l cc va than khu Cnh G nm chnh hp theo th t t trn xung bao gm cc va sau: va 8a, 8, 7, 6, 5 v va 4. Cc va u c hng cm ng-Bc, nm tng i gn nhau vi gc dc trung bnh khong 300. Trn c s cng vi vic nghin cu cc phng n m va m m ang p dng, n xin a ra mt s phng n m va c th p dng cho khu vc thit k nh sau:

2. Trnh t o l

T mt bng ct cao mc +129,1 tin hnh m cp ging nghing chnh (1) v ging nghing ph (2) tip cn cc va than. Ging chnh bng ti c o n mc -15 vi gc dc 140, ging ph trc ti c o n mc - 10 vi gc dc 180. Ti chn ging mc 0 m h thng sn ga, sau tun t o ng l dc va trong mc 0 (4) vi tng chiu di 1513 m ri m ng ba r vo khu II. T ng ba ny tip tc m l xuyn va (3) khu II n va 8a vi tng chiu di 740 m khai thng cho khu II. Trong khi khai thc tng trn cng tc chun b s c tin hnh cho tng khai thc tip theo. chun b cho tng II ta tin hnh o l dc va vn ti ca tng mc 0 v hai pha ra ti tn bin gii ca rung m, sau m thng ct to l ch khai thc cho tng II. 3. Vn ti than v vt liu

a. Vn ti than

Than khai thc ra t cc l ch c vn chuyn bng mng co (i vi cc l ch c gc dc 250) xung l song song chn. Ti y than c rt qua hng so xung cc toa gong l dc va vn chuyn v c tu in c quy ko ti thng vn ti. Than tip tc c vn chuyn qua thng bng mng co hoc mng trt xung ga chn thng mc 0, sau than c h thng bng ti l xuyn va mc 0 v h thng bng ti l dc va trong mc 0 a ti sn ging. T sn ging than c a ln mt t bng h thng bng ti ging nghing chnh.

b. Vn ti t thi

Ti mc 0 t thi trong qu trnh o l c xc bc ln cc xe gong 3 tn, c ng 900 mm v c tu in c quy khi lng bm dnh 8 tn ko v ga chn trc sau c h thng trc ti ging ph a ln mt bng.

Ti mc +135 t thi t qu trnh o l c xc bc ln cc xe gong sau c ko ra ngoi ca l xuyn va +135 bng tu in.

c. Vn ti thit b v vt liu

G, vt liu chng l c a theo ng l bng mc +135 vo n cc ga u thng v c a xung mc +67, 0 bng ti trc hoc y th cng vo u cc l ch.

Thit b, vt t phc v sn xut c a xung sn ga chn trc mc mc 0 bng h thng trc ti ging ph v c tu in c quy khi lng bm dnh 8 tn, xe gong chuyn dng, c ng 900mm ch n ni tiu th.

d. Vn ti ngi

Mc 0: Cng nhn c a xung sn ga mc 0 bng h thng ti dy ging chnh v ging ph, t y chuyn sang cc toa xe chuyn dng loi 18 ch ngi v c tu in c quy ko n ni lm vic.

Mc +135: Cng nhn c h thng tu in mc +135 a n ni lm vic.

4. Thng gi

Theo quyt nh s 942/Q-BCN ngy 22/3/2007 ca B cng nghip, khu Cnh G - m than Vng Danh c xp hng I v xut kh m tan n mc -150. ph hp vi s khai thng, chun b, lch khai thc, hin trng thng gi v cp kh m n chn phng php thng gi chung cho ton m l phng php thng gi ht.

Gi sch vo qua ging ph trc ti v ging chnh bng ti xung thng gi cho khu vc sn ga mc 0, sau theo l dc va mc 0, n l xuyn va vn ti mc 0 Khu II, sau chia thnh cc nhnh i thng gi cho cc l ch:

- Tng I: T l xuyn va vn ti mc 0 Khu II, gi sch chia thnh cc nhnh vo l dc va mc 0, ga chn thng mc 0, ln thng thng gi ca tng va; n l dc va vn ti mc +67 ca tng; qua hng so; vo l song song chn; ln thng gi cho l ch. Gi thi t l ch ln l dc va thng gi mc +135 ca tng, cui cng n l xuyn va thng gi +135 ho vo lung gi thi chung ca ton m, thot ra ngoi qua trm qut t ti ca l +135.

- Tng II: Gi sch t l xuyn va mc 0 Khu II chia thnh cc nhnh ti cc va thng gi cho cc l ch ca tng va: T l xuyn va mc 0 Khu II, gi sch vo l dc va vn ti mc 0 ca tng, qua hng so, vo l song song chn, ln thng gi cho l ch. Gi thi t l ch theo l dc va thng gi mc +67 ca tng (ng l vn ti ca tng trn c gi li lm l thng gi cho tng di), qua thng thng gi ln l xuyn va thng gi mc +135 thot ra ngoi qua trm qut ti ca l +135.

5. Thot nc

Nc thot ra t cc a tng, cc ng l khai thc theo cc rnh nc c dc 50/00 chy vo hm cha nc mc 0 ti sn ging. T cc hm cha nc c bm ln mt t bng h thng my bm qua ging ph.

II.7. Thit k thi cng o l m va.

Trong mc ny n ch thit k thi cng cho mt ng l mu, cc ng l khc thit k thi cng tng t. Sau y n s trnh by phn thit k thi cng ng l xuyn va chnh mc 0 o trong .

II.7.1. Chn hnh dng tit din ng l v vt liu chng l

a. Xc nh s lng gi thu lc di ng cn thit cho l ch

Thit k tnh ton cho l ch c chiu di ln nht theo hng dc l 132 m, khong cch gia cc gi thu lc di ng c ly theo thc t p dng cc m l 1,0 m. Do , s lng gi thu lc cn thit cho l ch tnh c d phng 10% l:

Vy ta chn s gi thu lc di ng cho l ch tnh c d phng l 146 gi.

b. Xc nh s ct chng thu lc n v x kim loi cn thit

Ct thu lc n, x kim loi s dng trong l ch chng tng cng khu vc ng ba gia l ch vi l song song chn, l dc va thng gi v chng tng cng trong l ch gii quyt cc s c trong qu trnh khai thc. S lng ct thu lc n DZ-22 chng tng cng trong l ch gii quyt s c trong qu trnh khai thc tm tnh l 30 ct. Nh vy, tng s ct thu lc n DZ-22 cn thit cho l ch tnh c d phng 10% l:

III.4.5. Cng tc khu than, di chuyn gi thu lc v thu hi than nc

a. Cng tc khu than

- Cng tc khu than c tin hnh t l song song chn ln l thng gi vi chiu rng lung khu l 0,7 m. Trong mt chu k (gm 3 ca) thc hin khu mt lung, ng vi mi lung ta chia thnh nhiu on khu theo chiu di l ch.

- Trnh t khu than l ch gi thu lc di ng c tin hnh trong 2 ca sn xut, ca 3 tin hnh thu hi lp than nc, chuyn mng, cng c l v ph ho.

- i vi ca khai thc khi lng cng vic gm: khoan n mn, thng gi, y dm tin gng, xc than ln mng, di chuyn gi v mng trt.

-Khi n mn khai thc lung mi, ta tin hnh bm dung dch nh tng vo c cu dm tin gng v di chuyn dm, tin hnh tri li thp B40 c kch thc (0,8x1m) dc theo nc gng khu pha trn dm tin gng. Li thp ny c tc dng ngn cn than nc ri xung gy mt an ton cho cng nhn lm vic di gng khai thc v cn trnh gi khi than nc mm yu, than ri xung lm mt gi ta ca gi, mt trng ti gy gi.

b. Cng tc di chuyn gi thu lc

Sau khi ti ht phn than n mn, tin hnh di chuyn gi thu lc di ng theo trnh t t di ln trn tng phn on mt. u tin ta bm dung dch nh tng rt dm tin gng ca mt bn x v x nh tng hai ct ca mt bn x , bm nh tng vo c cu dch chuyn x. y ct v x dch chuyn v pha trc vi bc tin 0,7m ti v tr mi ca x ta tin hnh bm dung dch nh tng vo hai ct x c p cht ln nc l. Sau khi kt thc ta tin hnh chuyn bn x cn li, cc bc tin hnh tng t.

c. Cng tc thu hi than nc

Sau khi khu c hai lung ta tin hnh thu hi than nc vi chiu dy 5,4m, lp ny khng th t sp v vy m cn phi tin hnh khoan n mn h trn than nc. thu hi than ta dng ko ct li B40 to ra cc ca tho theo kch thc 40 cm x 40 cm cch nn l 0,2 m khong cch gia cc ca tho l 2m.

III.4.6. T chc chu k sn xut gng l ch khai thc

III.4.6.1. Khi lng cng vic cho mt chu k

- T chc sn xut 3 ca/chu k, thi gian lm vic mt ca l 8h

- Mi chu k thc hin khu gng mt lung, bc khu 0,7 m/lung. Nh vy tin l ch sau mt chu k l 0,7 m, cc cng vic chnh trong mt chu k bao gm:
