Bearings Plus provides repairs and custom technology upgrades for journal and thrust bearings and engineered seals used in a variety of turbomachinery applications. Through ongoing collaboration with both OEMs and end users, Bearings Plus has developed a thorough understanding of how bearings and seals impact the reliability and performance of rotating machinery.

Our team of highly trained and dedicated designers and craftsmen applies proven technologies – including specialized and patented fluid film bearing designs, dampers and brush seals – that improve the efficiency and service life of your equipment under individual operating conditions. We use advanced machining techniques, including Electric Discharge Machining (EDM), to achieve the tight tolerances required for peak performance.

Waukesha Magnetic Bearings leads the industry in custom-engineered magnetic bearing systems for large turbomachinery and high-performing rotating equipment. Technology leadership is at the forefront of every Waukesha magnetic bearing system. Our broad range of magnetic bearing software and hardware configurations addresses the unique requirements of rotating equipment, from one megawatt to more than 20 megawatts.

Drawing upon more than 30 years of diverse application experience, we work collaboratively with our OEM and end user customers to ensure that the solution we provide enhances equipment performance in the field. As a result of this effort, our magnetic bearing systems have achieved 99.9 percent availability, making them the standard for mission-critical applications. Our specialized control systems and sensor technology, unique auxiliary bearings and proprietary “canned” magnetic bearing designs allow for operation in the most challenging and remote environments – including sour gas and subsea applications.

Our advanced digital controller technology facilitates remote commissioning, monitoring, diagnostics and adjustment of equipment. This capability increases reliability while reducing the need for on-site maintenance and the total cost of ownership over the life of your equipment.

Inpro/Seal® is the leading designer and manufacturer of custom-engineered system and bearing protection products for rotating equipment. Our products increase the reliability of rotating equipment and provide real cost savings by improving the mean time between repair (MTBR).

Since inventing the original Bearing Isolator in 1977, Inpro/Seal has remained dedicated to an ongoing investment in innovation. Most of our product development has come as a direct result of our relationships with our customers and an understanding of their needs. In addition to the Bearing Isolator, the Inpro/Seal product portfolio also includes the Air Mizer® non-contacting shaft seal, Current Diverter Ring® (CDR®) and Motor Grounding SealTM (MGS®).

We understand the high cost of downtime facing our customers, and we are dedicated to providing superior support…no matter where you’re located. That’s why we offer same-day shipments on most of our products, including new designs.
