사용 전에 알아두셔야 할 것, 지켜야 할 것을 정리해 놓았습니다. 반드시 읽어주십시오.당사는 이 취급설명서에 따르지 않은 경우에 발생하는 불량, 사고에 관한 책임은 지지 않습니다.

드릴머신의 설치, 보수점검, 윤활, 수리 시에는반드시 설치기계의 전원을 끄십시오.

Switch power off before setting,inspecting, lubricating or changing the drilling machine.

3-13-1 Power connection전원의 접속

베이스에 설치용 구멍이 가공되어 있으니 작업대에 M10 혹은 (W 3/8)볼트로 고정시켜 주십시오.

공급 전원이 220V 인지 확인하시고 플러그와 콘센트를

정확하게 연결하여 주십시오.

Holes are bored on the base for installation. Hold tightly the machine to the platform with M10orW 3/8 bolt.

Please make sure that the power supply is 220V,Connect the plug and socket.

운전 조작

드릴링

기계 좌측에 있는 누름 버튼 스위치에 의해 조작되며, 상단의 램프 스위치에 의해 램프가 점등 됩니다.

링 눈금은 설정된 깊이로 내려갔을 때, 0을 가리킵니다. 즉(앞으로 몇 mm내려가면，소요 깊이가 되는가)로 읽습니다.

설정깊이는 고정볼트의 체결을 풀어 주시고

이송링의 깊이량을 정한 후 고정볼트로 셋팅하십시오.

1눈금의 간격은 2mm로 되어 있으며,

1눈금 이동시 스핀들은 1mm 이동하도록 되어 있습니다.

Unroll the fixed bolt and set the drilling

depth with scale ring.

if scale moves 2mm, spindle moves 1mm.

드릴을 기준 구멍의 소요 깊이까지 넣어 이송링 눈금을 이송 방향으로 멈출 때까지 돌려(눈금 0이 됩니다) 고정 볼트를 조여 주십시오.

드릴을 공작물에 살짝 닿도록 하고，이 위치로부터의 소요 길이의 눈금을 맞춘 후 고정 볼트를 조여 주십시오.

The machine is activated when the button on the left is pressed. Lamp turns on by the switch on the top.

When the scale on the ring goes down up to the certain fixed depth, it indicates zero. In other words, it called, (if it goes down up to OOO mm, it’s processed (bored) up to 000 mm.)

Put the drill up to the depth of base hole and turn the scale on transfer ring into the moving direction (the scale indicates zero). Then, fasten with bolt.

Place the drill slightly to touch the structure. Then, adjust it up to the scale of the depth and fasten with bolt.

0~12,000 rpm 까지 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.

PULLY는 벨트를 1단에서 4단까지 조정할 수 있습니다.

1. Don’t put on cotton gloves while you are working.

2. Fix the material tightly in place.

3. Adjust the RPM or move the table only after the machine is stopped.

4. Make sure that the top belt cover is always closed while the machine is running.

1. 작업시 면장갑을 끼고 작업하지 마십시오.

2. 가공물을 바이스나 치구등으로 견고히 고정하십시오.

3. 반드시 기계작동을 멈춘후, 회전속도 변환 및 테이블 상하 이동 등을 조작하십시오.

6. 유지보수

작업을 계속하면 온도가 상승하게 되지만，E종 절연모타를 사용하고 있으므로 모터가 프레임에서 약 80℃까지 손으로 만질 수 있는 정도라면 지장을 주지 않으니 안심하고 사용하여 주십시요.

The motor temperature rises during the process. As an E-type insula-tion motor, however, it’s safe enough for users to touch the frame which rises up to 80℃.

모터의 온도상승 Increase in motor temperature

절삭유는 각종 작업조건에 다라 여러가지 종류가 시판되고 있습니다. 가공정밀도가 문제될 경우, 경도가 높은 공작물, 공구수명이 짧은 경우 등에는 적절한 절삭유를 선정하여 사용할 필요가 있습니다.

Various types of cutting oils have been produced depending on diverse working conditions.

절삭유 Cutting oil

주축슬리브에는 점도가 낮은 윤활유를 발라 주십시오. 점도가 높은 윤활유를 바르면 슬리브의 움직임이 무거워집니다. 스핀들 스풀라인에는 6개월에 1회정도 V자축 너트로부터 그리스를 주입해 주십시요. 그밖의 마찰부분은 적당히 윤활 급유를 해 주십시오.

Lubricate the sleeve on the main shaft with low-viscosity oil. The high- viscosity oil makes the sleeve slower. Grease the spindle spool line approximately once a six month through V-shaft nut. Lubricate properly the other friction surfaces.

제품 사용 후 약 3개월 후에는 CARBON BRUSH 를 점검하여 주시기 바랍니다. CARBON의 길이가 LIMIT LINE(마모 한계선) 6mm 정도로 되었을 때 신품으로 교체하여 주시기 바랍니다.
