Das Unternehmen ORO Orodjarna d.o.o. entwickelte sich

schrittweise aus einem Handwerksbetrieb und beschäftigt

heute 43 Mitarbeiter, die auf das Konstruieren und die

Fertigung von anspruchsvollsten Werkzeugen für den

Kunststoffspritzguss sowie für 1K- und 2K-Spritzguss von

Thermoplasten spezialisiert sind.

The company ORO Orodjarna d.o.o. evolved in stages from

a workshop business and now employs a team of 43,

specializing in the tool design and manufacture of the most

demanding tools for plastic injection moulding and for 1K

and 2K injection moulding of thermoplastics.

We have the advantage of standard ISO 9001:2008, which

guarantees the high quality of our services and have

already passed the formal assessment for implementing

of ISO/TS 16949.

Also, buying our raw materials direct from the steelworks

ensures our competition capability within the Single

European market.

Our aim is to continue to be the leading toolmaker in the

region and become a Europe-wide automotive system

SPRITZGIESSEN VON THERMOPL ASTEN

Im Jahr 2015 wurde unsere Haupttätigkeit des

Werkzeugbaus mit der Herstellung von technisch

anspruchsvollen thermoplastischen Kunststoffteilen mit

den Werkzeugen aus eigener Produktion oder mit den von

unseren Kunden gelieferten Werkzeugen hauptsächlich

für die Automobilindustrie erweitert. Wir verarbeiten eine

Vielzahl an technischen Kunststoffen: PC, PP, PMMA, PA

ABS, PC ABS, TPE; PA6, PBT, POM, PA66+GF, ULTRANIT

und ULTEM.

Unsere Produktion ist gröβtenteils automatisiert;

die Entnahme der Teile aus den Kavitäten erfolgt per

Linearroboter. Die vor Ort produzierten Teile, ob Versuch

oder Serie, werden hinsichtlich der vorgegebenen Qualität

in unserem modern eingerichteten Messlabor kontrolliert.

Nach den ISO-Normen gewähren wir kundenorientierte

Qualitätsanforderungen.

In 2015 our primary activity in the toolmaking sector was

expanded with the manufacture of technically-demanding

thermoplastic parts using tools produced by us or tools

supplied by our customers, primarily for the automotive

industry. We process a wide range of technological plastics:

PC, PP, PMMA, PA ABS, PC ABS, TPE; PA6, PBT, POM,

PA66+GF, ULTRANIT and ULTEM.

Our production process is automated to a large degree;

extraction of parts from the mould cavities is handled by

linear robots. The parts produced on-site, whether test

or series, undergo inspection controls in our state of the

art measurement laboratory to ensure that the specified

quality is achieved. We ensure customer-focused quality in

accordance with ISO standards.
