สร้างผลงานเพื่อสันติสุข Peach Through Service

ส่งท้ายปีเก่าและต้อนรับปีใหม่ ปีมะเส็งด้วยความห่วงใย เพราะเริ่มมีมรสุมเข้าสู่พื้นที่ในภาคใต้ เป็นเหตุให้เกิดน้ำาท่วมในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง และนราธิวาส สโมสรโรตารีสิชล-นครศรี สโมสรโรตารีพัทลุง และ สโมสรโรตารีนราธิวาส ช่วยประสานงานในการนำาถุงธารน้ำาใจเพื่อไปมอบให้แก่ผู้ประสบภัย เมื่อวันที่ 28 และ 29 ธันวาคม 2555 ผมได้นำาทีมงานภาค ประกอบด้วย เลขานุการภาค ประธานคณะกรรมการการเงินภาค ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคพื้นที่ 25 และสมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีกาญจนบุรี ไปให้กำาลังใจกับสโมสรโรตารีชุมพร และ สโมสรโรตารีระนอง และวันที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2555 ไปเป็นประธานพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันโบว์ลิ่งการกุศลของสโมสรโรตารีหัวหิน สโมสรโรตารีชุมพร ยืนยันว่าการเพิ่มสมาชิกให้ได้ 25 คน ขณะนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องยากแล้ว และสโมสรโรตารีระนองก็แนะนำาให้รู้จักสมาชิกใหม่อีก 3 คน ประธานชมรมโบว์ลิ่งหัวหินที่มาทำากิจกรรมกับสโมสรโรตารีหัวหิน บอกให้ทราบถึงความประทับใจกับกิจกรรมของโรตารี ผมจึงมีความเชื่อมั่นว่า หากเราช่วยกันประชาสัมพันธ์ให้คนในชุมชนได้รู้จักโรตารี โดยเฉพาะการให้คนในชุมชนได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบำาเพ็ญประโยชน์ต่างๆ การเพิ่มสมาชิกคงไม่ใช่เรื่องยากอีกต่อไป เพราะสมาชิกใหม่หลายคนบอกว่าอยากเข้ามาเป็นสมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีนานแล้ว แต่ไม่ทราบว่าจะต้องทำาอย่างไร และติดต่อใคร เมื่อสมาชิกเข้ามาแล้วอย่าลืมการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรตารี การพัฒนารูปแบบการประชุมประจำาสัปดาห์ให้มีความน่าสนใจ การวางแผนการบริหารสโมสรอย่างต่อเนื่อง ฯลฯ โดยเฉพาะในเดือนมกราคม 2556 นี้ เป็นเดือนแห่ง “ความตระหนักในโรตารี” ความตระหนัก คือ การรู้แจ้ง รู้ชัด รู้จริง ผู้ที่เป็นโรแทเรียนจึงสมควรใฝ่หาความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรตารีให้รู้จริง เข้าใจจริง เพื่อให้เกิดความศรัทธา เมื่อเราศรัทธาในโรตารีแล้ว เราก็จะอยู่กับโรตารีได้ตลอดไปอย่างมีความสุข ในเดือนธันวาคม ทุกสโมสรควรสรรหานายกสโมสรในปีบริหาร 2556-2557 ได้แล้ว และส่งรายละเอียดให้กับโรตารีสากลทาง Member Access เพื่อจะได้มีชื่อนายกสโมสรและเลขานุการสโมสรในทำาเนียบของโรตารีสากล หากท่านยังไม่ได้ส่งรายละเอียดต้องเร่งดำาเนินการแล้ว เช่นเดียวกับการชำาระค่าบำารุง RI ซึ่งต้องชำาระภายในเดือนมกราคม 2556 เพราะยอดสมาชิกของสโมสรโรตารีที่จะเป็นผลงานของนายกสโมสรรุ่น 108 คือ เอายอดที่ชำาระเงินเสร็จสิ้นในเดือนมกราคมนี้นะครับ ปีนี้เราตกลงกันแล้วว่าทุกสโมสรโรตารีในภาค 3330 จะต้องได้ใบประกาศเกียรติคุณจากประธานโรตารีสากล (Presidential Citation) ซึ่งทำาไม่ยากและเชื่อว่าทุกสโมสรทำาได้ ผมและทีมงานภาคจะลงไปให้กำาลังใจกับสโมสรต่างๆ อีกครั้งเพื่อช่วยกันสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับสโมสร ในอันที่จะเป็นตัวจักรสำาคัญเพื่อทำากิจกรรมบำาเพ็ญประโยชน์ให้แก่ชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นแห่งการสร้างผลงาน เพื่อสันติสุข


สร้างผลงานเพื่อสันติสุข Peach Through Service

Saying goodbye to old year and greet the New Year, Year of the Snake with wor-ries because there were monsoon going in the southern regions causing floods in Nakhonsithammarat, Phatthalung and Naratiwas. The Rotary clubs of Sichon-Nakhonsi, Phatthalung and Naratiwas helped coordinated in bringing goody bags to give to the victims. On December 28 and 29, 2012 I brought the district team consists of the District Secretary, the District Treasury, district assistant governors of area 25 and members of the RC of Kanchanaburi to cheer up the RCs of Chumporn and Ranong and on December 30, 2012 I went to preside over the opening ceremony of Char-ity Bowling of RC of Huahin. The RC of Chumporn confirmed that to increase its members to 25 is not difficult anymore and the RC of Ranong introduced me to its new 3 members. The President of Huahin Bowling Club that joined the activity with the RC of Huahin told the impression with doing activity with RC of Huahim. That’s why I’m sure that if we help promote so that the people know more about Rotary especially let the people in the community come and join various services, to increase the membership will not be hard because many new members had said that they wanted to become members for a long time but they didn’t know how and who to contact. Once the new members joined, don’t forget to give them Rotary knowl-edge, to develop Weekly Meeting to be interesting, to plan for Club Management continuously, etc, especially January is the Rotary Awareness Month. The awareness is to know, know clearly and know truly. Those who are Rotarians should find Ro-tary knowledge truly, to understand them completely to build faith. When we have faith in Rotary, we will be able to stay with Rotary forever happily. In December, all clubs should be able to find its President-Elect of the year 2013 – 2014 and sent the details to Rotary International via Member Access so that the names of the presidents and secretaries will be in the RI’s manual. If you haven’t done so, you must hurry, just like submitting RI dues that you must sent within January 2013 because the numbers of the members that will belong to the Class of 108th will count from those that had paid the dues by the end of this Janu-ary only. This year we have agreed that the District 3330 RI will received the Presidential Citation which is not difficult and I believe that all clubs can do. I and the district team will go to cheer up various clubs again to help build strength for the clubs that are important mechanisms in doing services for the com-munities which are the beginning of “Peace Through Services”.

ท่าน ผวภ.สมภพ ธีระสานต์ เป็นประธานในการเปิดและมอบ ในโครงการ Eye Care Joint Project ที่สโมสรโรตารีควนลัง-หาดใหญ่ ภาค 3330 ได้ทำาร่วมกับสโมสรโรตารี ศรีปิตาลิง และ สโมสรโรตารีทรอปิคาน่า ดามานซาร่า ภาค 3300 ประเทศมาเลเซีย เมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2012DG.Somphop Thirasan presided in hand over ceremony of Eye Care Joint Project by RC.of Khuanlang-Hatyai D.3330 with RC.of Sri Petaling and RC.of Tropicana Damansara D.3300 Malaysia on 4th Dec. 2012.

สโมสรโรตารีปู่เจ้าสมิงพราย จัดกิจกรรม “ไฟล์ไซด์ มีตติ้ง” วันที่ 19 - 20 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2556 ณ นาคาคีรี รีสอร์ท & สปาตำาบลหินดาด อำาเภอทองภาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี นายกไพศาลฯ และสมาชิก พร้อมแอนน์ และเพื่อนๆ รวมทั้ง ลูก หลาน ได้เดินทางไปจัดกิจกรรมสร้างมิตรภาพในครอบครัว และมิตรภาพระหว่างเพื่อนๆ และสมาชิกในสโมสรThe RC of Poochaosamingprai held a Fire-Side Meeting on January 19-20, 2013 at Nakakiri Resort & Spa in Hindad, A.Thongphaphum, Kanchanaburi.President Paisan and members along with spouses and friends including their children went to build friendship within the family and between friends and members in the club.

สโมสรโรตารีสงขลา ร่วมกับ องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดและชมรมจักรยานจังหวัดสงขลา จัดกิจกรรม “ปั่นรอบเลสาบ 2013 ตอนจักรยานเพื่อน้อง” มีผู้สมัครทั้งสิ้น 2,136 คน ร่วมปั่นรอบทะเลสาบ กิจกรรมนี้จัดประสงค์ เพื่อหาทุนซื้อจักรยานให้กับน้องนักเรียนชนบท ที่ห่างไกลโรงเรียนโดย ผวภ.สมภพ ธีระสานต์ มาให้เกียรติเปิดการแข่งขัน และมอบรางวัลแก่ผูชนะเลิศ วันที่ 13 มกราคม 2556 ที่องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสงขลาThe RC of Songkhla and the Provincial Administrative Office and Songkhla Bicycle Club held the “2013 Bicycling Around the Lake for the Kids”. There were 2,136 applicants pedaled their bicycles around the Lake of Songkhla. This event was held to buy bicycles to the school students in far away places. The event was presided over by DG.Somphop Thirasan and gave the prizes to the winners on January 13,2013 at the Song-khla Provincial Administrative Office.

สโมสรโรตารีควนลัง-หาดใหญ่ ทำากิจกรรมวันเด็ก ร่วมกับ สโมสร Early Act รร.บ้านควนจงมีกิจกรรม แข่งเปิด Dictionary ตอบคำาถามเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ จับคู่รูปภาพ และ cross word เพื่อนำาเยาวชนสู่สากล ในประชาคมอาเชียน ที่ อบต.นาหม่อม อ.นาหม่อม จ.สงขลา วันที่ 12 มกราคม 2556The RC of Khuanlung-Hatyai hosted the activity on the National Children’s Day with the Early Act Club of Baan Kuan Jong School. The activities included the opening of dictionaries to answer the question in Eng-lish, picture matching and crossword puzzle to bring the youths to international level in AEC at Namom Local Administrative Office, A.Namom, Songkhla on January 12, 2013.

สโมสรโรตารีราชบุรี จัดกิจกรรมงานวันเด็กแห่งชาติ ประจำาปี 2556 ร่วมกับเทศบาลเมืองราชบุรี ณ สนามกีฬาจังหวัดราชบุรี เมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2556

นย.ประสพ ชุมศรี พร้อมด้วยสมาชิก นยล.ประทีป เรือนทอง และ อน.เฉลิมพล เรืองฤทธิ์ มอบรถเข็นวีลแชร์ ให้กับผู้พิการ ด.ญ.โชติสา พลอยหิรัญ อายุ 14 ปี ในชุมชนลัดหลวงP.Prasop Choomsri and mem-bers, PE.Prateep Ruanthong and PP.Chalermpol Ruangrit gave the wheel-chair to the handicapped, Miss Chotisa Ployhiran, aged 14, in the community of Ludluang.

สโมสรโรตารีสนามจันทร์ จัด คาราวาน ครอบครัวสัมพันธ์ โรตารีสนามจันทร์ ครั้งที่ 16 เนื่องจากเดือน ธันวาคมเป็นเดือนแห่ง ครอบครัวโรตารี เส้นทาง นครปฐม-เชียงใหม่(วัดท่าตอน) พาสมาชิกและครอบครัว ทำาบุญในวันขึ้นปีใหม่ กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวระหว่างวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2555 ถึง 1 มกราคม 2556RC of Sanamchan hosted the 16th Rotary Sanamchan Family Caravan as December was the Rotary Family Month from Nakhonpathom to Chiangmai (Wat Taton) bringing the members and their families to give alms on the New Year between December 29, 2012 to January 1, 2013.

ผมได้รับเกียรติและโชคดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ไปร่วม

งาน “เบิกฟ้าเมืองระนองฉลองครบร้อยห้าสิบปี” ว่าที่ร้อย

ตรี เชิดศักดิ์ จำาปาเทศ ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดระนอง และนายก

เหล่ากาชาดซึ่งท่านเป็นโรแทเรียนสโมสรโรตารีบ้านแพ้ว ได้

ให้เกียรติชวนเดินชมหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่มาออกร้าน หลังพิธี

เปิดงาน ไปพบอาหารพื้นเมืองดั้งเดิมของชาวระนองที่เรียกว่า

“ยาวเย” ดูหน้าตาละม้ายคล้าย ๆ กับพระรามลงสรงของภาค

กลาง มีผักบุ้งซอยสั้น ๆ ลวก ผสมกับกุ้งลวก ลูกชิ้นปลาลวก

เต้าหู้ทอด กุ้งแห้งชุบแป้งทอด ไข่ต้ม ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเส้นใหญ่ ราด

ด้วยน้ำาจิ้มงาดำา เหยาะซอสมะเขือเทศ เปรี้ยวนิด เค็มหน่อย

อร่อยแบบจี๊ดจาด แต่ร้านใดท่านต้องไปสอบถามสโมสรโรตารี

ระนองกันเอาเอง เพราะผมไปเดินในงานไม่เห็นชื่อร้าน ทราบ

ว่านายกสมาคมท่องเที่ยวฯมาทำาให้ทานเอง

หลังจากตื่นนอนตอนเช้าที่ระนอง อน.สรรเพชญ

อน.เฉลิมฉัตร และผมยอมสละอาหารเช้าของโรงแรม ไปฝาก

ท้องไว้กับ ร้านข้าวมันไก่ ทับหลี ที่สมาชิกสโมสรโรตารีระนอง

บอกว่าต้องไปลอง หากขับรถมาจากระนองพอถึงทับหลีก็อยู่

ประมาณเกือบปลาย ๆ แถวของร้านที่ขายซาลาเปากันทั้ง

ตำาบล คนแน่นขนัดเป็นตัวชี้วัดว่าต้องอร่อยแน่ ข้าวมันเขาทำา

แบบตั้งใจไม่ใช่สักว่าหุงพอเป็นพิธี ใช้ข้าวอย่างดีและคงไปผัด

ก่อนหุงตามตำารับโบราณ ข้าวจึงออกมาหอมนุ่มอร่อย เนื้อไก่ก็

สุดพรรณนา คุ้มกับการทิ้งอาหารเช้าโรงแรม สิ่งที่ไม่คาดคิดคือ

ขนมจีบ ทีมงานผมพูดเป็นเสียงเดียวว่าอร่อยจริง ๆ แต่ผมไม่มี

โอกาสได้ลองเลย เนื่องจากหมดซะก่อน แต่ต้องเชื่อว่าอร่อย

แน่นอนเพราะผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคพื้นที่ 25 อน.กิตติวัฒน์ ทาน

I was so honored and lucky to be able to

attend the “Open Up Ranong Sky Celebrating 150

Years” that Acting Sub Lt. Cherdsak Jampates, the

governor of Ranong and the president of the Red

Cross who was a Rotarian of RC of Banpaew had

asked me to walked along and visited various sec-

tors that came. After the opening ceremony, I ran

into the original food of Ranong called “yaoye”. It

looks like Pra Ram Long Song of the middle region.

There were shortly-chopped boiled morning glory,

along with boil shrimps, boil fish balls, fried tofu,

fried prawn balls, boil eggs, large noodles with

black sesame seed sauce. It’s a little bit tangy and

a little bit salty but which restaurant you will have

to ask from the members of RC of Ranong because

I walked in the fair and didn’t catch the name. I

know that the president of the Tourism Association

made it himself.

After waking in Ranong, PP.Sanpetch,

PP.Chalermchat and I sacrificed the hotel’s breakfast

and go to Tab Lee Chicken and Rice Restaurant that

the members of RC of Ranong said we must try. If

you drive from Ranong to Tab Lee, it will be about

the end of the shops that sell dumplings in the

whole village. The full house was the indication that

it must taste very good. They really paid attention

in making the rice cooked with coconut milk. They

use the best rice and probably fried it before cook-

ing according to the ancient formula so that the rice

came out soft and smells good. The chicken is oh so

good. It’s worth abandoning the hotel’s food. What

were unexpected were the wrapped dumplings. My

teamwork agreed that they are really delicious but

I haven’t the chance to try because it ran out but I

believe that it must be delicious because the Assis-

tant Governor of Area 25, PP.Kittiwat ate 20 of them

by himself!

คงจะไม่สายเกินไปที่จะกล่าวคำา “สวัสดีปีใหม่ 2556” ขอให้ทุกท่านมีความสุข ความเจริญและประสบแด่สิ่งที่ปราถนามีสุขภาพแข็งแรงตลอดปีใหม่นี้ ปีบริหารนี้เดินมาถึงครึ่งทาง บางสโมสรได้ทำากิจกรรมครบหมดตามเป้าหมายภาค อย่าลืมส่งผลงาน (เพียงทำาเครื่องหมายตรงหัวข้อที่ท่านได้ดำาเนินการแล้ว) ในแผ่นพับสีม่วง เพื่อขอรับประกาศเกียรติคุณของประธานโรตารีสากล ซากุจิ ทานากะ ไปยังท่านผู้ว่าการภาค สมภพ ธีระสานต์ ไม่เกินวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2556 และส่งผลงานโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อรับรางวัลจากท่านผู้ว่าภาคที่งาน Award Night จ.ภูเก็ต ภายในวันที่ 10 เมษายน 2556 ส่วนบทความ Rotary Moment เรายังรับจนถึงวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 25556 ปัจจุบันมีส่งมาเพียง 6 ท่าน เท่านั้นค่ะ ติดตาม E-News ได้จาก email ของท่านนายกสโมสร และใน website ภาค

It’s probably not too late to say “Happy New Year 2013”. May all of you be happy, prosper and find only what you wish for and may you have good health all through the year. This Rotary year had reached its half-way point. Some clubs had finished all activities ac-cording to the district’s goals. Don’t forget to submit your works (just make check mark in front of the activity you had done) in the purple brochure to be eligible for the Presidential Citation of RIP.Sakuji Tanaka and send to DG.Somphop Thirasan within March 31, 2013 and sub-mit your works to receive the awards from the District Governor in the Award Night in Phuket within April 10, 2013. Also, the Rotary Mo-ment essay will be received until March 31, 2013. At the moment there are only 6 entrants. You can follow e-news from the club president’s e-mail and the district website.
