Ideal for applications where lubricant leaks, gear noise or wear, and commutator wear are not acceptable. The e-TORQ motor delivers high torque and smooth low speed performance for applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices, automated assembly equipment and web printing.

Typical Applications

High Torque for Applications with Limited SpaceBodine e-TORQ motors are built for applications where space is at a premium. The low profile e-TORQ motors are available in axial lengths of less than four inches, with diameters ranging from 7 to 14 inches. The 7-inch diameter motor provides up to 20 lb-in. continuous torque. The standard 14-inch motor delivers more than 200 lb-in. at speeds of up to 1,200 rpm.

No Gearbox Requirede-TORQ’s high continuous and peak torque capability can allow, in certain applications, the elimination of costly gearboxes and reduce the risk of lubricant leaks.
