Instructions for making documents in case that you apply with
thesis
1. 学位論文（Thesis）形式の博士論文 Format of Thesis
1）申請時仮製本したものを8部提出。Submit 8 bound copies of the thesis.
2）論文は日本語または英語で作成する。 Make Thesis in English or in Japanese.
3）表紙に、「a. 学位論文題目、b. 論文が英語の場合の和訳、c. 指導教員名、d. 作成年月、e. 入学年、f.
専攻学系・専攻分野名、g. 氏名」（別紙5参照）を明記する。
The following information should be printed on the front cover:

1）発表論文(Publication)

papers’ title, name of journals, number of volumes, published year
and authors’ name should be included.

3. 学位論文の内容の要旨（様式4）：Thesis Abstract (form 4)
学位論文（Thesis）の要旨を2,000字程度で作成し、8部提出する。
Submit 8 copy of Thesis Abstract, approx. 800 words in
English.
4. 学位論文（Thesis）の要約（Synopsis of thesis）（別紙6, 7参照）(Form6,7)：
学位の本審査に使用する。 This is used for the formal review.
1）形式 Format
A4判、4ページ程度とする。1ページ目には、別紙6 の要領で、「a. 氏名、b.論文題名（論文が英語の場合の和訳）、c.
指導教員名、d. 入学年、e. 専攻学系・専攻分野名、f. 発表論文リスト」を明記し、続けて
学位論文（Thesis）内容の要約（主要な図、表を含む）（Synopsis of thesis）を記載する。
本文は日本語または英語とし、活字はできるだけ明朝10ポイントまたはそれに近いものを使用する。
発表論文がない場合は、別紙7の要領で同様に作成するが、f.
の項目には専門学術誌に投稿済みの論文の論題、投稿誌名、著者名、投稿年月日を明記する。

Synopsis of thesis will be used for the preliminary review, so

please submit edited version of it (2 copy) after the preliminary
