中国新能源车的补贴政策China’s New Energy Vehicle Subsidy Policy
2010年5月，财政部决定对满足支持条件下的新能源汽车，按照3000元/千瓦时对企业给予补助。按照这一标准，插电式混动乘用车最高补助5万元/辆，纯电动乘用车最高补助6万元/辆。上述补贴政策的试点期限为2010年至2012年。
The Ministry of Finance decided to support the new
energy vehicles through an subsidy of ￥3000 per KWH for
enterprises in May,2010.
The maximum subsidy for Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles was
￥50,000 for each car, the sum was ￥60,000 for Pure Electric
Vehicles.
Duration for the subsidy policy was from 2010 to 2012.

新政策目前，财政部、科技部、工信部和发改委四部委已经达成共识，中国的新能源汽车补贴政策计划再延长三年的时间，并将扩大试点城市范围。延续的政策将由两部分组成：一部分是纯电动车和插电式混合动力车型的补贴标准；另一部分则是对节能车的补贴标准。与此前政策对所有节能车统一补贴3000元不同的是，新的节能车补贴政策将以节油效果来划分，按照节油多补贴多、节油少补贴少的原则，对所有节能车进行不同级别的补贴。New

and expand the scope of its pilot .
The new policy is divided into two parts: one part is for
Plug-in
Hybrid Vehicles and Pure Electric Vehicles and the other part
is
for fuel - efficient vehicles. New standard of subsidy is
given
according to fuel-efficient effect.

中国新能源车的销售情况Sales of New Energy Vehicles in China
据中汽协不完全统计，2012年中国生产新能源汽车12552辆，其中纯电动汽车11241辆、插电式混合动力1311辆；销售新能源汽车12791辆，其中纯电动汽车11375辆、插电式混合动力1416辆。按照可比口径比较，2012年纯电动汽车产销量分别比上年增长98.8%和103.9%。
12,552 NEVs were produced in 2012 according to CAAM,
including
11,241 Pure Electric Vehicles and 1,311 Plug-in Hybrid
Vehicles.
12,791 NEVs were sold, including 11,375 Pure Electric Vehicles
and
1,416 Plug-in Hybrid Vehicles. The production and sales for
Pure
Electric Vehicles went up by 98.8% and 103.9% in 2012
