Når gjelder 3.0 fra?

• PEPPOL BIS 3.0 Billing = EHF fakturering 3.0

• Alle offentlige må kunne motta PEPPOL BIS 3.0 Billing fra 1.april 2019

• De offentlige kan velge om de vil kvitte seg med 2.0 versjoner

(anbefalt at de kan motta både 2.0 og 3.0)

• Offentlige virksomheter må sende PEPPOL BIS 3.0 Billing fra 1.april 2019

• Private kan sende og motta 2.0 frem til 31.12.2019.

• 1.januar 2020 slettes alle 2.0 faktura og kreditnota fra ELMA

The deadline for EU countries to transpose eInvoicing Directive 2014/55/EU into their national laws and comply with

the European standard on e-invoicing was 18 April 2018.

Public authorities across the EU should now be able to process eInvoices respecting the European Standard.

Standardisation and eInvoicing

The Commission-funded European Committee for Standardization (CEN) runs a number of activities on issues

related to eInvoicing implementation.

Following the adoption of the eInvoicing Directive 2014/55/EU and in accordance with the provisions of Article 3

within, the Commission issued a standardisation request (79 KB) (annex, 92 KB) to the European standardisation

organisations in December 2014.

The work is being carried out by the CEN Project Committee on Electronic Invoicing (CEN/PC 434).

with the Invoice. The attachment functionality is not intended for of
