With the MPS-L system (liquids) all liquid chemicals that are commonly used in a dye house can automatically be transferred in controlled quantities to a defined destination.
Due to its modular structure, the MPS-L system can be extended in steps of ten as required.Circumstances on site can be taken into considera-tion when installing the modules.
A useful option of the MPS-L system is the manual operation, which can be integrated. Filling of the storage tanks via the MPS-L and its pipe system is also possible, at request.
The chemical quantities are volumet-ric measured, using a magnetic-induc-tive measuring system. A positive dis-placement pump is installed to trans-fer chemicals with higher viscosity. The delivered products are pumped through a separate distribution pipe to their final destination.
Mit dem MPS-L System (liquids) wer-den alle in der Färberei üblichen Flüssigchemikalien automatisch in definierter Menge zu definierten Zielen befördert.
Durch den modularen Aufbau des MPS-L Systems kann die Anzahl der Chemikalien in 10er Schritten an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse ange-passt werden. Bei der Aufstellung der Module lassen sich die örtlichen Gegebenheiten leicht berücksichti-gen.
Eine sinnvolle Option des MPS-L Systems stellt die integrierte Handentnahme dar. Auch die Befüllung der Lagertanks über die MPS-L und deren Leitungssystem ist auf Wunsch möglich.
Die Chemikalienmengen wer-den volumetrisch gemessen. Die Volumenmessung erfolgt mit Hilfe eines magnetisch-induktiven Mess-Systems. Damit auch Chemikalien mit höherer Viskosität einwandfrei gefördert werden können, kommt eine hochwertige Drehkolbenpumpe zum Einsatz. Die geförderten Produkte werden durch eine eigene Verteilerrohrleitung zu ihrem jewei-ligen Ziel gepumpt.

Por su estructura modular, el sistema MPS-L puede conformarse en pasos de 10 productos a las necesidades individuales. La implementación de los módulos se adaptará fácilmente a las circunstancias locales.
La opción de toma manual de produc-tos puede integrarse como comple-mento práctico al sistema MPS-L. Sobre demanda, los recipientes de reserva pueden llenarse también a través del MPS-L y su sistema de tuberías.
Las cantidades de productos se determinan volumétricamente por un sistema de medición magnético-inductivo. Una bomba de émbolo giratorio de alta calidad permite manejar también productos químicos con una viscosidad más alta. Los pro-ductos se transportan por una propia línea de distribución hacia el destino deseado.

Das MPS-D System (dissolving) wird hauptsächlich für das Lösen von Farbstoffen eingesetzt.
Der in einen Wiegebehälter einge-brachte Farbstoff wird programmge-steuert vollautomatisch gelöst und zur Färbeanlage transportiert. Dies geschieht absolut staubfrei inner-halb eines geschlossenen Systems. Hierbei sind Lösetemperatur, Lösezeit und Wassermenge vom Farbstoff und der Farbstoffmenge abhängig.
Das MPS-D System steht in Baureihen mit Behältergrößen von 100 bis �00 Litern zur Verfügung. Die mögliche Kleinstmenge für eine Baugröße liegt bei ca. 1/10 des Behältervolumens. Dies erleichtert eine optimale Anpassung an unterschiedliche Färbeanlagengrößen.
The MPS-D system (dissolving) is mainly used for the dissolving of dye-stuff.
The dyestuff, which has been poured into a weighing pan, will be auto-matically dissolved (program control-led), and transferred to the dyeing machine. The process is absolutely dust-free within a sealed system. Dissolving temperature, time and the water quantity are dependent on the type and quantity of dyestuff.
The MPS-D system is available in a range of tank sizes from 100 to �00 litres. The minimum quantity possible for a system is approx. 1/10 of the tank volume. Enabling an optimum adjustment to various dyeing machine sizes.
El sistema MPS-D (dissolving) encuentra aplicación sobre todo en la disolución de colorantes.
El colorante llenado en un vaso de balanza se disuelve automáticamente según un programa establecido y se envía hacia el aparato de tintura. Este proceso se efectúa sin ningún desprendimiento de polvos dentro de un sistema cerrado. La temperatura y el tiempo de disolución así como la cantidad de agua dependen del tipo y de la cantidad del colorante.
La serie del MPS-D comprende reci-pientes con un volumen entre 100 y �00 litros. La cantidad mínima de llenado equivale a aprox. 1/10 del volumen del recipiente, lo que permite un acondicionamiento óptimo a capa-cidades variadas de maquinaria.Th

Die Ergänzung des MPS-D Systems durch eine Warmwasservorbereitung erspart Prozesszeit für das Aufheizen und liefert mit der eigenen Druckpumpe den für das Reinigen notwendigen Wasserdruck.
The MPS-D system can be completed with a warm water preparation, saving process times for heating and, as it incorporates its own pressure pump, providing the water pressure required for cleaning.

Die MPS Colourmatic automatisiert und steuert das Lösen und Zuführen von Pulverfarbstoffen.
Die Farbstoffe werden partieweise manuell verwogen und in das System eingeschleust. Alle weiteren Schritte übernimmt die Robotik. Auf Anforderung der Anlagensteuerung wandert der passende Wiegebehälter automatisch in die integrierte MPS-D, wo der Farbstoff programmgesteuert gelöst und dann der entsprechenden Färbeanlage zugeführt wird. Der gerei-nigte Wiege-/Lösebehälter durchläuft eine integrierte Trockeneinrichtung und steht anschließend für eine neue Beschickung zur Verfügung.
MPS Colourmatic automated system for the dissolving and dispensing of powder dyes.
The dyes are weighed manually for each batch and placed in a bin loca-tion from where a robot automati-cally selects the correct pre weighed pans, transporting them to an inte-grated MPS-D station for dissolving and delivery to the targeted dyeing machine. The cleaned weighing/dis-solving pans pass an integrated dry-ing facility and are then available again for a new dyestuff transfer.
La disolución y alimentación de los colorantes en polvo se automatizará con el sistema MPS Colourmatic.
Los colorantes se pesan manual-mente, según el lote por teñir, y se llevan al sistema con sus recipientes de pesado. Las demás maniobras se efectúan automáticamente mediante el robot. A petición del controlador el recipiente solicitado se coloca en el MPS-D integrado donde se disuel-ven los colorantes. El recipiente de pesado limpio pasa por una cámara de secado, quedando disponible para iniciar un nuevo ciclo.

Mit dem MPS-S System (solids) kön-nen die in der Färberei gebräuch-lichen Feststoffe wie Salz oder Hydrosulfit automatisch zur jeweiligen Färbeanlage transportiert werden. In der Grundausführung besteht das System aus Feststoffvorratsbehältern, Austragsvorrichtung, Verwiege-/Mischgefäß und Druckpumpe.
Die Auslegung des MPS-S Systems erfolgt kundenspezifisch und ist vom Verbrauch und der Größe der Liefergebinde (Sack, big-bag oder Silo-LKW) abhängig. Besondere Maßnahmen wurden getroffen, damit der Feststoff innerhalb des Vorratsbehälters trocken und somit rieselfähig bleibt.
Using the MPS-S system (solids), common powder granulates like salt or hydro usually used in a dye house, can automatically be transported to each dyeing machine. The basic exe-cution includes product storage tank, discharger, weighing and mixing tank, and pressure pump.
The design of the MPS-S system is customer-specific and dependent on the consumption and the size of packing unit (sack, Jumbo bag or silo truck). Enclosed protection is pro-vided keeping the products dry and free running.

El sistema MPS-S (solids) transpor-ta de manera automática todos los productos sólidos de uso habitual en la tintorería como por ejemplo sal o hidrosulfito hacia el aparato de tintura de destino. La versión básica comprende los tanques de productos sólidos, un mecanismo de descarga, un recipiente de pesado y de mez-cla como también una bomba de presión.
El diseño del sistema MPS-S se ajustará a las necesidades específi-cas de cada usuario y se rige por los consumos y la presentación de los productos a manejar (sacos, bolsas Jumbo o camión-silo). Se adoptaron medidas especiales asegurando que el producto sólido en el tanque de reserva se mantenga seco y granu-loso.

Die Erfassung der Feststoffmenge erfolgt über eine Waage im Verwiege-/Mischgefäß. Der Feststoff wird mit einer minimalen Wassermenge vermischt und zur Färbeanlage gepumpt.
A scale in the weighing and mixing tank records the product quantity. The powder granulates are mixed with a minimum amount of water and pumped to the dyeing machine.
