Administration and Implementation of backup tool EMC NETWORKER (7.6.x till 8.2.x). Troubleshooting backup/recover related issues for Networker FS plugin and all Networker Modules. Preparing AVAMAR Reports on Daily basis. Basic Health check and troubleshooting tasks on Data Domain (Creating mtree /Storage units). Basic troubleshooting on Avamar backup failures. Manages backups of heterogeneous client groups (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Aix, File Systems and Data Bases). Working on VTL Tape libraries and Media Management. Participating Daily Tickets Review, Change & Problem management meeting and updating the status of

pending tickets. Performing Networker Backup Software Networker upgrades. Ticket handling of the critical backup failures/issues. Recovering the Backup and Client server, if any disaster occurs. Preparing Daily backup failure and completion reports, end to end reporting about backup success rate on a

daily basis to client via e-mail. Handling Networker backup failure issues caused due to several different reasons like Tcp errors, VSS Issues,
