Review of Method Statement for HVAC activities.

Maintaining the quality of work by assuring that all work activities are executed in accordance with the approved IFC drawings, material submittals, standards, project’s specifications, and the method of statements, by means of daily monitoring of site construction activities and instructing the construction team to rectify any improper execution or preservation.

Identify problems, deviations & non conformities & ensuring its proper disposition with the assistance of the vendor, and rising of NCR’s wherever the activity is violating the approved IFC drawings, material submittals, or the method of statements.

Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly inspection program in coordination with the procurement and the construction departments.
