Ittumedoutthatthevictim’sparentswereforclng

hertobeaprostitute.Theywereaccomplicestothe

Crime.Ⅵねreceivedaletterofattorneyfromthe

manageroftheinstitute,Whohadlegalparental

rightsoverthegirl,andfinallyaccusedMinJuly.

Still,therewasaproblemwiththelegalsystemin

Japan.AtthattimeJapanhadarulethatstatedthat

SeXCrimeshadtobereportedwithinsixmonthsof

Becauseofthisregulation,victimsofsexcrimes
