릴리프는 안에 스프링의 유무 및 장력에 따라 로드방식과 언로드방식이 있다.

액체 또는 기압의 압력이 설정치 이상 또는 이하에 달하면 전기접점을 개폐하는 스위치. 압력의 감시, 유·공압장치의 제어 등에 사용한다. 계전기와 함께 사용하여 전자 밸브를 작동시켜 유압 펌프를 온-오프 제어시킨다든가, 전원회로의 단속 등을 하는데 이용되고 있다. 구조상 벨로즈형 압력 스위치, 부르동관형 압력 스위치, 피스톤형 압력 스위치 등이 있다. 전기 접점에는 일반적으로 마이크로스위치가 사용되고 있다.압력스위치의 다이어후램 격판은 고무재질로 온도에 민감하여 겨울철과여름철에 압력차가 0.5 bar 정도 난다

DescriptionThe MDR 3 can be equipped or retrofitted with an operating hourmeter to monitor the pump and compressor running time.The hourmeter is available as a kit and can be attached to the cover in 4 different positions, each offset at an angle of 90°.

This ensures optimum readability. The kit consists of an operating hourmeter for either 230 V or 400 V and a perforated MDR 3 cover with or without ON/OFF lever.

차량 부착용 공기압축기는 DC 12,24볼트의 직류전압으로 AC 교류전압보다 전류치가 커서 릴레이를 부착하고 압력스위치는 릴레이 접점을 제어하는 역활을 하여여 사용한다
