A common Research, Education and Spreading organisation.

To promote the use of natural polysaccharide as industry feedstock for the manufacturing of multifunctional products.

Objectives

To develop a European organisation for Research and Education on polysaccharides - integrating resources and expertise.

To create the most complete, efficient and innovative research network in polysaccharides world wide.

To spread knowledge and promote education on polysaccharides.

Independent organisation (Association)

This independent non-profit organisation will deal with all the EPNOE activities that are not the research funding and the staff and equiment of the partners.

The only members will be the institutions of EPNOE.



This non-profit organisation will take care of:

IntegrationManagement of the EPNOE image (protection of the

name and logo, control and selling of its use, etc.).

Management of the two supports groups: Business and Industry Support Group (BISG), Institutional Support Group (ISG).

Activities and representation of EPNOE in official working groups and scientific committees.




ResearchThe follow-up of the research collaboration of the

partners.

The follow-up of the available experimental facilities within the partners.

The management and planning of equipment acquisition by the partners.

The management of topical forums and meetings of the partners in order to promote common ideas and research projects.
