Ancak TOYO'nun de-rin deniz ifllemleri iin zel olarak retilmifl Derin DenizPompalar derinlikten etkilenmez ve karfltrc sayesindekk apl sistemlerde bile yksek performans ve verimelde edilir.

    ManyToyopumps are working in quarries in variousstages of the process:-Extraction of submerged aggregates (sand, gravels,stones, ore)-Mixing and pumping of abrasive slurries (stonescutting water, ore treatment slurries)-Pits washing (rain collecting pits, truck wheelwashing)In the application illustrated on the pictures, the

    DP50B is handling a mixture made of very abrasive sand(60%), gravel (30%) and stones (10%). The maximumdiameter of the stones is 6 cm. The pump is extracting100 tons of solids per hour at 15 m depth.

    The advantage of the Toyo submersible pump is thatit can handle slurries including stones at higher depththan horizontal pumps can do. Nevertheless, whenever

    there are stones in the slurry, it is very important to care-fully verify the percentage of stones and their diameterwhen selecting the pump. Do not hesitate to contact usfor advice in these applications.

    Details make the differenceThe market segment of medium duty slurry pumps is

    a large volume market.In general the pumps present in that market offer

    poor resistance to abrasion and can hardly stir up solidswhich have settled down. They can only pump slurrieswith densities ranging between 1 and 1.1 kg/dm3.
