City-wide RPP Ordinance
Adopted in December 2014, updated in December 2015
Establishes procedure for creation of new RPP districts
Requirements for a resolution establishing RPP district
Procedures for opting in, opting out, and creating eligibility areas adjacent to districts

Downtown RPP Program
Phase 1 – September 2015
– Smaller initial boundary
– Up to 4 permits per residence (free of charge)
– Employee permits available with no limit
Phase 2 – April 2016
– Boundary expanded and eligibility area formed
– Up to 4 permits per household (1 free of charge, $50 each additional)
– Employee permits capped at 2,000

Downtown RPP Program
Permits are required to park on-street
– 8 am to 5 pm
– Monday through Friday
Park without permit for up to two hours
Permits available to those who live or work in the Downtown RPP district
