Telecommunication
Telecommunication: Te Post and elecommunica-tions o Kosovo (PK) oers a comprehensive rangeo services: Post (120 post oces), fxed and mobiletelephony, Internet (“Dardanet”).
Fixed network: 92,000 fxed telephone connectionsin 1999; currently around 135,000. Second fxedtelephony license issued to Ipko Net in July 2006.
Mobile Network: Currently around 1,200,000customers o “Vala” (PK). As o March 2007 thesecond GSM license granted to IPKO – Slovenian elekom. Currently IPKO has ca. 300,000 users.
Internet: Wide coverage; three licensed providers;21 % o population has internet access.
Transportation
Road network: Te road network consists o 630 kmo main roads. A highway connecting Kosovo withAlbania and Serbia currently under construction.
Railway: Combined length o 330 km. It covers theentire territory, connecting both the south with thenorth and east with west.
Air transportation: Prishtina International Airportis, with over one million passengers per year, one o the most requented airports o the region.

Tariff duties: 10 % customs duties on imports, no dutieson capital and intermediary goods, and selected raw materials; Excise tax on uel, tobacco alcohol and luxury goods. No duties and taxes on exports.
Free trade: Customs-ree access to the EU marketbased on the EU Autonomous rade Preerence (AP)Regime(extension - currently still pending),Central European Free rade Agreement – CEFA andpreerential treatment o exported goods in the US market.
Labour market: Average monthly labour cost 330 Euroin 2010, skilled and well educated work orce.
