“Cat-PECVD method” features ;
– H2 and SiH4 are introducedseparately.
– Catalyzer is located only onthe way of H2 gas line.
– Catalyzer is Ta or W wire. It isThe tenperature is around1800 ºC.
– H2 gas is heated by thecatalyzer and some amountsof atomic hydrogen areproduced.
