Abstract: With the tremendous development witnessed in our time in the
field of computer, especially what is known as computer
databases used in many areas of our daily lives, there has been
growing sense of the importance of using databases and
employment in the field of crime detection by the
establishment of so-called genetic information banks, or
databases and records of DNA data. The latter have played a
large and decisive role in solving the mystery of many criminal
cases. However the countries that organized the use of DNA in
criminal evidence developed legal provisions governing these
records and databases, in terms of their establishment
nevertheless they work and control to benefit from them. This
study reviews the reality of the legal regulation of DNA
databases in some Arab legislations.

Abstract : The current economic and industrial transformation of the world, and the consequent rapid developments in business and industrial activities, in order to ensure the sustainable development of the members of society, makes many businessmen and industrial enterprises need to use the environment surrounding these works and industries, so that such use is legitimate in the need for legal regulation corresponding to the size of those uses that may affect human life and the safety of society. It can be said that the issue of saving the environment has become the most human challenges at the present time, especially in the light of successive economic developments, which in one way or another affect the environment by the damage caused by factories and companies, often the environmental pollution may affect the environment and endanger human life. (Comparative Study between Islamic Doctrine and Law)
Abstract:
Since financial treatments are on the top priority of individuals,
people are much engaged in developing the ethics of such
treatments. Financial treatment depends on two parties: buyers
and sellers. The interaction between them both paves the way
for the birth of price market that ought to express the actual
value of goods. In a sense, the obligatory dimension of
contracts denotes that the two parties must stick to the articles
of the contract; otherwise, the contract will be cancelled. That
is why the paper at hand examines not only the importance of
price market, but also the ethics that distinguish Islamic
economy from the traditional one. To achieve this objective,
the study adopts two methods of approach: analytic and
comparative. While the former enables the researcher to
criticize, interpret and estimate the ABCs of market price, the
latter helps one compare Islamic economic judgments with
those of law.
