MULTILAM technology: Unlimited possibilitiesMULTILAM are strips of highly resistant copper alloy with a spe-cial geometry which are silver- or gold-plated according to their application. The constant spring pressure of the MULTILAM ensures a permanent contact with the contact surface, result-ing in a low and constant transmission resistance.MULTILAM technology enables us to offer a wide range of so-lutions that meet the most exacting electrical (up to several kA) and thermal (up to 350 °C) requirements, as well as fulfilling high mechanical demands with a contact life of up to 1 million mating cycles.

Batteries in electric vehiclesThe 10BV system offers a robust, maintenance-free plug con-nector that is fully in line with the long service intervals of mod-ern vehicles. It has IP2X touch protection in the unmated state, thus allowing work on the vehicle to be carried out safely. With its high current-carrying capacity of 250 A, the 10BV is ideally suited for heavy-duty applications.
