Filosofia della cooperativa C.S.I TRE

Con l'avvento della globalizzazione lo studio

della cultura si complica e semplifica allo stesso

tempo. Se nella modernità i territori erano

concepiti come contenitori di culture, nell'epoca

contemporanea la cultura viene studiata in una

prospettiva relazionale e reticolare.

L'antropologo svedese Ulf Hannerz afferma

infatti che “in quanto sistemi collettivi di

significato le culture appartengono innanzituto

alle relazioni sociali e ai network di queste

relazioni”

La filosofia della cooperativa che vorremmo

diffondere quindi nella realtà altoatesina è:

Una filosofia di network e di

relazioni (C.S.I significa cluster e

social innovation) alla luce di

un’innovazione sociale che

mettendo in relazione persone

normali e “svantaggiati” mette in

crisi le nostre abitudini e ci spinge

verso l’utilizzo del “pensiero

laterale”,

Utilizza la tecnologia per :

o superare le barriere

culturali (linguistiche, di

accesso alla cultura..)

o superare le barriere sia

fisiche che operative

(mouses speciali, comandi

vocali, computer integrati

nell’ambiente, RFID, ecc.)

Portare avanti la logica del

“movimento lento”

The philosophy of cooperative C.S.I TRE

With the advent of globalization, the study of

culture is more complicate and easier at the

same time. If modernity in the territories were

conceived as containers of cultures in

contemporary culture is studied in a relational

and networked perspective. The Swedish

anthropologist Ulf Hannerz states that "as

collective systems of meaning cultures belong

before all to the social relationships and to the

network of these relationships”

The philosophy of this cooperative we would

like to spread in the reality of South Tyrol is:

• A philosophy of networks and relationships

(CSI means cluster and social innovation) in the

light of social innovation that linking normal

and disabled people disrupts our habits and

pushes us towards the use of "lateral thinking ",

• Uses technology to:

- overcome cultural barriers (language,

access to culture ..)

- overcome barriers both physical and

operational (special mouses voice

commands, computer integrated in the

environment, RFID, etc.).

Analisi di mercato effettuate e risultati

ottenuti

La proposta di questa cooperativa si basa

sulle ricerche di mercato effettuate dal

“Piano di settore persone con disabilità” e

quanto stabilito nel “ Programma Operativo

del Fondo Sociale Europeo Obiettivo 2007-

2013, concentrandosi sul seguente obiettivo:

- colmare il gap tra aumento della

scolarità giovanile e un sistema

produttivo che continua a chiedere

diplomati

Le persone che sono state “riqualificate” nel

2012 sono state 4 e in particolare:

- un ragazzo disabile di 22 anni che non

aveva finito la scuola dell’ obbligo che è

stato “spinto” a frequentare un corso per

diventare esperto web (FSE – Kantea),

accompagnato da volontari della

cooperativa per 6 mesi e che ha

frequentato due mesi di stage presso la

cooperativa che l’ ha messo in grado di

entrare da professionista nel mondo del

lavoro

- una ragazza di 18 anni di origine turca

che ha frequentato 3 anni presso la

scuola tedesca “Lehrantstalt fuer

Wirtschaft und Turismus” e che ha

effettuato uno stage di due settimane

presso la cooperativa e che ha continuato

a collaborare e a crescere

professionalmente con noi

- un ragazzo di 33 anni che aveva fatto

un corso di 6 mesi (FSE – responsabile

reti) e che nello stage di 2 mesi presso la

cooperativa ha affrontato interamente il

tema e-book

- una ragazza albanese di 26 anni che sta

effettuando uno studio sul tema “bilancio

sociale” per confrontare la realtà di una

cooperativa sociale con quella di

un’azienda certificata audit - famiglia

lavoro

L’innovazione è possibile attraverso la

partnership con alcuni centri di ricerca:

- Fondazione Bruno Kessler – TN

- Vega – Centro ricerche Mestre

Market analysis carried out and the results

obtained

The proposal of this cooperative is based on

market research carried out by the "Field Plan

for People with Disabilities" and what is stated

in the "Operational Programme of the European

Social Fund Objective 2007-2013, focusing on

the following objective:

- bridge the gap between the increase in

youth education and the production

system that keeps asking graduates

People who have been "upgraded" in 2012 were

4 and in particular:

- a disabled boy of 22 years who had

not finished school 's requirement that

was "pushed" to attend a course to

become a web expert (ESF - Kantea),

accompanied by volunteers from the

cooperative for 6 months and that he

attended two months internship at the

cooperative that made him ready to enter

the world of work as a professional

- a turkisch 18 year old girl who has

attended three years at the German

School "Lehrantstalt fuer Wirtschaft und

Turismus" and which has conducted a

Innovation is possible through partnerships

La cooperativa Sociale C.S.I. TRE, impegnata

da oltre un anno sulla Social Innovation a

Bolzano, ha intrapreso una serie di contatti con

la Fondazione GRAPHITECH di Trento

(Direttore . Raffaele De Amicis) e con

importanti operatori del mercato (centri di

ricerca del Trentino, Veneto e Friuli Venezia

Giulia…) nell’ambito delle nuove tecnologie

ITC legate allo sviluppo dei cosiddetti Smart

Territory, specificatamente nei settori

- dell’energia

- pianificazione territoriale

- trasporti e mobilità finalizzati ad uno

sviluppo economico sostenibile

Graphitech è riuscita in pochi anni e tramite un

modesto investimento della Provincia Autonoma

di Trento a cogliere le necessità espresse dal

territorio dove opera implementando un modello

della ricerca analiticamente sostenibile non solo

dal punto economico ma anche finanziario.

La professionalità acquisita da Graphitech nel

“porre il mercato in presa diretta con la ricerca

scientifica” e le positive sinergie instaurate dall’

ing. De Amicis con i centri di ricerca

internazionali, potrebbe aprire importanti

collaborazioni per l’Alto Adige.

The Social Cooperative C.S.I. TRE has been

engaged for more than a year on the Social

Innovation in Bolzano and has built a lot of

contacts with the Foundation GRAPHITECH of

Trento (Director. Raffaele De Amicis) and with

key market players (research centers in Trentino,

Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia ...) under the

new ITC technologies related to the

development of so-called Smart Territory,

specifically in the

- Energy

- spatial planning

- transport and mobility aimed at

sustainable economic development

Graphitech has succeeded in a few years and a

modest investment by the Autonomous Province

of Trento to grasp the needs expressed by the

territory in which it operates by implementing a

research model analytically sustainable not only

in economic but also financial.

The expertise gained from Graphitech in the

"put the market in direct touch with scientific

research," and the positive synergies established

by ing. De Amicis with international research

centers, could open important partnerships for

South Tyrol
