FORM OF BOND FOR EXPENSIVE TRAINING TO PSPCL EMPLOYEES

Know all men by these present that I______________________________________

_______________ (herein after called. “The Principal Party”) and (i)Shri________________________________________Son of Sh._____________________

and (ii) Sh. ______________________________________Son of

___________________________________sureties on behalf of the Principal Party do

hereby jointly and severely bind ourselves and our respective heirs, executors,

administrator and legal representatives to pay to the Punjab State Power Corporation (here

in after called, “The Corporation” which expression shall include its successors etc. of the

Principal Party all expenses incurred by the Corporation of the SAP software training.

Where as the above bounded Principal Party has been deputed on specialized SAP

software Training by the Corporation.

Now the condition of the above written obligation is that in the event of the above

bounded Principal Party Sh._____________________________ failing to continue his

duty during and after the period of training or resigning or leaving his job at any time

during or within a period of two years after conclusion of the training without any prior

permission in writing of the Corporation, the Principal Party and sureties shall forthwith

refund to the Corporation as may be directed by the Corporation on demand the entire

expenses incurred on the SAP training of the Principal Party.

And upon making the such payment by Principal Party

And Sh.___________________________________________ sureties , the above written

obligation shall be void and of no effects, otherwise it shall and remain in force and virtue.



Provided always that the liabilities of the sureties hereunder shall not be impaired or

discharged by reasons of time being granted or by any forbearance act or omission of the

Corporation or any person authorized by it (Whether with or without the consent or

knowledge of the sureties) nor shall it be necessary for the Corporation to sue the said

Principal Party before suing the above bounden sureties

Know all men by these present that I AJAY PAL SINGH ATWAL Son of

Sh. JAI SINGH ATWAL resident of 119 SIDHU COLONY, BHADSON ROAD,

PATIALA in the District of PATIALA (herein after called. “The Principal Party”) and

(i) Shri Kewal Singh Son of Sh. Dalbara Singh resident of 6-Power Colony II,

Shakti Vihar, Patiala and (ii) Sh. H.S.Handa Son of Shri J.S.Handa resident of 64E,

Hira Nagar, Patiala sureties on behalf of the Principal Party do hereby jointly and

severally bind ourselves and our respective heirs, executors, administrator and legal

representatives to pay to the Punjab State Power Corporation (here in after called, “The

Corporation” which expression shall include its successors etc. of the Principal Party allexpenses incurred by the Corporation of the SAP software training.

Date this 17th day of MAY Two thousand and Thirteen.

Where as the above bounded Principal Party has been deputed on specialized SAP

software Training by the Corporation.

Now the condition of the above written obligation is that in the event of the above

bounded Principal Party Sh. AJAY PAL SINGH ATWAL failing to continue his duty

during and after the period of training or resigning or leaving his job at any time during or

within a period of two years after conclusion of the training without any prior permission

in writing of the Corporation, the Principal Party and sureties shall forthwith refund to the

Corporation as may be directed by the Corporation on demand the entire expenses incurred

on the SAP training of the Principal Party.

And upon making such payment by Principal Party Sh. AJAY PAL SINGH

ATWAL and Sh.Kewal Singh and Sh.H.S.Handa sureties, the above written obligationshall be void and of no effects, otherwise it shall and remain in force and virtue.
